Abstract

Disclosed is a lighting assembly having an improved structure, and a lighting apparatus having same, for preventing light pollution and controlling light distribution and illumination. The lighting apparatus of the present invention converts light emitted from a light source to downward light by means of a lens unit having a downwardly convex lens shape or a reflecting unit having a downwardly sloped reflective surface, thereby preventing light pollution and improving the uniformity of the illumination of the ground to minimize unlighted areas. Also, by adopting a structure in which a plurality of lighting assemblies are stacked, the lighting apparatus can control light distribution so as to be suitable for use in a variety of locations, and can increase the intensity and luminance of light emitted from a light source.
