Object of the invention

The present invention relates to a device for dispensing fragrances and / or deodorizing products, more specifically to a device for use in the toilet or bathroom.

Background of the invention.

At present, a toilet or bathroom is a place where unpleasant odors are usually produced typical of the activities carried out in them, and also when they are generally closed or poorly ventilated.

To mitigate these odors, substances containing fragrances and / or deodorizing products are used, which are dispensed in various ways, always ensuring that the dispensing is as close as possible to the place that is intended to deodorize and / or perfume.

For example, there are static dispensers, consisting of jars with wicks moistened in a suitable liquid inside, these wicks being exposed externally to facilitate evaporation and supply of fragrance by capillarity. There are also dispensers that comprise boxes partially opened by grooves or grids with a solid or gelatinous tablet or body inside, impregnated with the fragrance and / or deodorizing product, and slowly released to the outside. These products are releasing the volatile substances of the fragrance and / or deodorant product continuously when they are open, without obtaining a greater intensity at times of need, unless the box or wick is handled directly.

The jars are likely to break by spilling the inner product, constituting a certain risk. In addition, in all these cases the dispenser may be available to children, with the consequent risk to their health.

Other dispensers comprise an electrical apparatus that allows for the evaporation of the fragrance or deodorant by heat, achieving a better dispersion of the fragrance, but they occupy an electrical outlet or consume batteries, so that the cost of fragrance consumption must be added energy consumption or the replacement of spent batteries.

In other situations, the fragrance dispensing device comprises a canister with a gas at propellant pressure of the fragrance and / or deodorant product, and which can be released by a user press when deemed necessary or by an electric programmer that activates regular periods the dispensation These boats are usually placed on the wall or vertical surfaces near the toilet, using an adhesive or similar, remaining by hand. But the withdrawal of the dispenser causes discomfort, as it leaves residue or marks on the surfaces on which it has been mounted, and which are difficult or impossible to remove.

Description of the invention

The device for dispensing fragrances and / or deodorizing products, object of this invention, has technical characteristics intended to facilitate its use only when necessary, without the need for electricity consumption and in a totally discrete way to be hidden and not disturbed. In addition, its installation is easy and fast, even for less skilled people.

According to the invention, the fragrance dispensing device and / or deodorizing products comprises a hollow cylindrical body with a main chamber for housing a fragrance and / or deodorizing product inside, in solid, liquid or semi-liquid state, being next to one end of the main chamber is a secondary chamber, both cameras being connected by a first hole, which is radially displaced, and this secondary chamber being connected to the outside by means of a second hole, in an arrangement diametrically opposite the first hole. Thus, during the rotation of the hollow cylindrical body on its longitudinal axis a small amount of the liquid or semi-liquid passes from the main chamber to the secondary chamber, and from said secondary chamber to the outside when the rotation is completed. The device, in an operative arrangement, is placed inside the cardboard tube of the toilet paper roll that is usually next to the toilet, in the lower part of the space that is available within said cardboard tube when the roll of Toilet paper is located in its service position, usually suspended from a horizontal axis above the device. In this way, considerable benefits are obtained, the first being that the device is completely hidden inside the cardboard tube of the toilet paper roll and has no aesthetic impact. It also has the advantage that the dispensing is done at the necessary time and automatically when the user takes a certain amount of toilet paper, the roll rotates and in turn the dispenser rotates inside the cardboard tube, so that the dispensing occurs of the fragrance or deodorant product immediately. This dispensing of liquid or semi-liquid on the cardboard tube causes said tube to be impregnated immediately, allowing to perfume the roll of toilet paper by proximity and the subsequent progressive evaporation of the fragrance or deodorant product. In addition, its position inside the toilet paper roll is the closest to the toilet, which is the origin of bad odors in the bathroom or toilet.

In one embodiment, the secondary chamber is located next to one end of the main chamber for the pouring of the fragrance and / or product in proximity with a side of the hollow cylindrical body.

In a second embodiment the secondary chamber is arranged at an intermediate point of the length of the hollow cylindrical body. This ensures the correct impregnation of the toilet paper roll tube while the device moves sideways.

In either of the two described embodiments, the device comprises at least one air passage opening between the secondary chamber and the main chamber, in a position approximately centered with respect to the diameter of the hollow cylindrical body. In this way, as the liquid constituting the fragrance or product is poured outside, the formation of an internal depression or vacuum is prevented that counteracts the passage through the fine holes between the two chambers.

The device comprises an adhesive protector on the second hole, and which is removable at the time of its operation, preventing spillage of the inner substance during storage and commercialization.

In another embodiment, a snap-on or threaded cover is the element that can be attached to the second hole, removable at the time the device is put into operation, also acting as a protector.

Preferred Embodiment of the Invention

As can be seen in the referenced figures, the dispensing device of the present invention comprises a hollow cylindrical body (1), within which a main chamber (1 1) is defined and next to it a secondary chamber (12), the main chamber being (1 1) communicated with the secondary chamber (12) by means of a first hole (13) moved radially to one side. On the outer surface of the hollow cylindrical body (1) there is a second hole (14) that communicates with the secondary chamber (12) with the outside, and which is located diametrically opposite the first hole (13).

As can be seen in figures 6 and 7, the device is intended to be housed inside the cardboard tube (T) of a roll of toilet paper (R), in the lower part of the space that is available within said cardboard tube (T) when the roll of toilet paper (R) is located in its service position, usually suspended from a removable horizontal axis (E) above the device.
