步骤 303: Ec/No的测量值大于等于 Ec/No— min且持续第一预定时间, 且 RSCP的测量值大于等于 RSCP— min且持续第二预定时间, 如果是, 转 步骤 304; 否则, 转步骤 302。
移动终端判断 Ec/No的测量值是否大于等于 Ec/No— min且持续第一预 定时间, 第一预定时间可以根据具体需要进行设置, 在本具体实施方式中, 第一预定时间可以设置为 5 秒或是其他合适的时间; 移动终端判断 RSCP 的测量值是否大于等于 RSCP— min且持续第二预定时间, 第二预定时间也 可以根据具体需要进行设置, 在本具体实施方式中, 第二预定时间可以设 置为 5 秒或是其他合适的时间。 如同时满足 Ec/No 的测量值大于等于 Ec/No— min且持续第一预定时间; RSCP的测量值大于等于 RSCP— min且持 续第二预定时间, 转步骤 304, 否则, 转步骤 302。
步骤 304: 发起 WCDMA小区重选。
这里 , 移动终端发起 WCDMA小区重选。
本发明中, 除对第一阔值 Ec/No— min 及其第一预定时间、 第二阔值 RSCP— min及其第二预定时间进行设置外, 其他参数可根据 3GPP 45.008中 6.6.5标准的要求。

权利要求书
1、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 该移动终端包括设置模块和检测模块; 其中,
所述设置模块,用于对移动终端从全球移动通信系统 GSM小区到宽带 码分多址 WCDMA小区的重选参数进行设置;
所述检测模块, 用于基于 WCDMA小区的信号测量值与所述设置的参 数的比较判断是否向 WCDMA小区发起重选。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述设置模块对移动 终端的从 GSM小区到 WCDMA小区重选参数进行设置包括: 设置模块设 置移动终端的发射端扩谱后每码道上每个码片的能量和带限白噪声功率谱 密度的比的第一阔值、 设置接收信号码功率的第二阔值。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述检测模块基于 WCDMA小区的信号测量值与所述设置的参数的比较判断是否向 WCDMA 小区发起重选为:

4、 如权利要求 2或 3所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述设置模块设 置移动终端的发射端扩谱后每码道上每个码片的能量和带限白噪声功率谱 密度的比的第一阔值、 设置接收信号码功率的第二阔值为: 设置模块将所 述第一阔值设置为大于等于 -18dB并小于 FDD— Qmin - FDD— Qmin— Offset, 将所述第二阔值设置为大于等于 -105dB并小于 FDD RSCP threshokL

6、 一种移动终端小区重选方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
对移动终端从 GSM小区到 WCDMA小区的重选参数进行设置; 基于 WCDMA 小区的信号测量值与所述参数的比较判断是否向
WCDMA小区发起重选。

9、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端小区重选方法, 其特征在于, 所 述设置第一阔值、 第二阔值为: 设置所述第一阔值设置为大于等于 -18dB并 小于 FDD— Qmin - FDD— Qmin— Offset, 所述第二阔值设置为大于等于 -105dB 并小于 FDD RSCP threshold。
10、 如权利要求 7或 8所述的移动终端小区重选方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一阔值和所述第二阔值在移动终端出厂时预置并可修改。
