Description

Furniture with a top plate
This invention relates to the furniture with a top plate which can change a height position by raising / lowering a top plate.
In a conventional overbed table (furniture with a top plate), one of the pair of left and right extensible legs (legs) has a gas spring in one of the extensible legs, and the gas spring is pushed when raising and lowering the top board. The rod is pressed by an operating lever (operating means) provided on the upper side of the telescopic leg, and the top / bottom of the top plate is assisted by the urging force of the gas spring, and the telescopic leg does not have a gas spring. By providing an operation lever on the upper side of the top plate, the top plate can be moved up and down even when the operator is at either the left or right position of the overbed table (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Moreover, the conventional furniture with a top plate is, for example, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, a pair of left and right guide rods (external pedestals) and an elevating rod (internally slidable along the guide rods) A leg is composed of a pedestal and a gas spring is provided on one leg so as to assist in raising and lowering the top plate and fixing the height position, and a plurality of pulleys (synchronous pulley members) ) And the wire (synchronous wire member) that runs over this pulley constitutes an adjustment device (elevating and synchronizing means), making it difficult to produce up and down errors in the left and right elevating rods and synchronizing the left and right sides of the top plate in a balanced manner Is lifted up and down. Also, Patent Documents 1 and 3 disclose various similar synchronization means and expansion / contraction synchronization means (elevation synchronization means).
特許第2761706号公報(第3頁、第4頁、第2図、第5図)Japanese Patent No. 2761706 (page 3, page 4, FIG. 2, FIG. 5) 特開平10-179266号公報(第3頁、第7図)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-179266 (page 3, FIG. 7) 特許第3681001号公報(第4頁、第3図)Japanese Patent No. 3681001 (page 4, FIG. 3)
In the overbed table (furniture with a top plate) described in Patent Document 1, a gas spring is provided only on one of the telescopic legs (legs), and it is applied to a large top plate having weight. Therefore, there is a desire to have gas springs in both the left and right telescopic legs. However, in the state where the left and right telescopic legs are equipped with gas springs, if the timing of pressing the push rods of each gas spring is shifted, either gas spring will be stretched first and the top plate will tilt. May occur.
Moreover, in the height adjusting device (elevating / lowering synchronizing means) of the desk top described in Patent Document 2, one end of a wire (synchronizing wire member) and a pulley (synchronizing pulley member) of the adjusting device are guided. It must be fixed to the heel (external pedestal), and in order to prevent these wires and pulleys from interfering with the gas spring, the wires and pulleys must be housed in the cover member provided on the side of the leg. Yes. Therefore, there is a problem that not only the width of the leg body including the cover member is increased, but also the weight is increased. Patent Documents 1 and 3 have the same problem.
The present invention has been made paying attention to such problems, and can be easily moved up and down even with a heavy top plate by providing gas springs on the left and right legs, and the top plate can be lifted and lowered. An object of the present invention is to provide furniture with a top plate that can prevent the top plate from being tilted.
In addition, the present invention provides a furniture with a top plate that can accommodate a lifting and lowering synchronization means for moving the left and right sides of the top plate up and down synchronously and a gas spring in the leg body so that the weight of the leg can be reduced. With the goal.

As shown in FIG. 4, an arm 7 extending in the front-rear direction is provided on the upper portion of the leg 3, and this arm 7 is attached to the upper portion of the lifting / lowering rod 6. The left and right arms 7 are connected by two connecting rods 8 arranged in front and rear. The connecting rod 8 forms a prism and extends substantially linearly between the left and right legs 3. Furthermore, the top plate 2 is attached to the upper part of the arm 7 and the connecting rod 8, and the top plate 2 is raised and lowered together with the raising and lowering of the lifting rod 6.
In addition, an operation unit 9 (operation means) that is operated when the operator raises and lowers the top plate 2 is attached to the center of the lower surface of the top plate 2 (see FIG. 2). The operation unit 9 is attached to the front plate 2 in the vicinity of the front end and the rear end of the table 2 so as to be spaced apart from each other, and the operator can use the table top from either the front side or the rear side of the table 1. 2 can be moved up and down (see FIG. 4).
As will be described later, the operator lifts or lowers the top plate 2 while maintaining the state in which the operation lever 10 provided in the operation unit 9 is moved horizontally in the direction away from the top plate 2. The height position of the top plate 2 can be freely changed.
Next, the internal structure of the left and right legs 3 will be described. Since the insides of both legs 3 have substantially the same configuration with the front and rear being reversed, the right leg 3 will be described as an example. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, a connecting member 11 fixed to the base leg 4 extends in the vertical direction on the front side (right side in the drawing) inside the lifting rod 6, and the rear side inside the lifting rod 6. A gas spring 12 that can expand and contract in the vertical direction is provided on the left side of the drawing. The gas spring 12 has a lower end fixed to the base leg 4 and an upper end fixed to the lower surface of the arm 7.
Further, between the connecting member 11 and the gas spring 12, there are provided a pulley member 13 (synchronization pulley member) and a synchronization wire member 14 (synchronization wire member) which constitute an elevating synchronization means described later. The pulley member 13 is rotated around a pivot 61 extending in the left-right direction, and can be moved up and down by the synchronizing wire member 14.
Next, the gas spring 12 will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in FIG. 5, the gas spring 12 includes a cylinder 15 in which gas is sealed, and a piston rod 16 that is disposed inside the cylinder 15 and that is taken in and out of the cylinder 15. Thus, the gas spring 12 is expanded and contracted in the vertical direction, so that the vertical length of the gas spring 12 can be changed to an arbitrary length.
As shown in FIG. 8, the piston rod 16 operates when the push rod 17 provided at the upper end of the gas spring 12 is pressed, and the vertical length of the gas spring 12 can be arbitrarily changed. . Further, a nut 18 attached to a position below the arm 7 in the piston rod 16 is fixed to the lower surface of the arm 7.
In addition, as the vertical length of the gas spring 12 changes, the lifting / lowering rod 6 is moved up and down, and the height position of the lifting / lowering rod 6 is fixed as the vertical length of the gas spring 12 is fixed. A state where the push rod 17 is pressed and the piston rod 16 can be expanded and contracted is an expanded state, and a state where the push rod 17 is released and the piston rod 16 is locked (fixed) is a fixed state.
Next, switching means for switching between the expanded state and the fixed state of the gas spring 12 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8, 9A, and 9B. 9A is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD of FIG. 8, and is a longitudinal rear view of the leg 3 as viewed from the rear side of the table 1. FIG.
8 and 9A, a pressing member 19 (switching means, operating member) for pressing the push rod 17 (operating portion) of the gas spring 12 is provided inside the arm 7.
The pressing member 19 is pivotally supported by a pivoting member 20 attached to the arm 7 so that the pressing member 19 is swung in the vertical direction about a pivoting shaft 21 extending in the front-rear direction at the lower part thereof. It has become.
As shown in FIG. 9A, the upper end of the pressing member 19 is a wire engaging portion 23 with which an operation wire member 22 for swinging the pressing member 19 is engaged. A pressing portion 24 that presses the push rod 17 is formed at a portion corresponding to the gas spring 12 in the portion.
The operation wire member 22 includes an operation wire 25 (operation line member, switching synchronization means) and a resin tube member 26. The operation wire 25 is inserted into the tube member 26, and the tube member. 26 can slide in the extending direction. The operation wire member 22 is fixed to the arm 7 by a fixing portion 27 formed at the end of the tube member 26.
In the table 1 in this embodiment, two operation wire members 22 are provided on the front and rear sides. The pressing members 19 are provided on the left and right arms 7, respectively, and one operation wire member 22 connects the pressing members 19 to each other (see FIGS. 4 and 14). The front and rear operation wire members 22 are connected to the same pressing member 19, and the front and rear operation wire members 22 are arranged so as to be substantially parallel in the vicinity of the pressing member 19.
Furthermore, the operation wire 25 is provided longer than the length of the tube member 26, and the operation wire 25 is exposed at the end of the operation wire member 22. The distal end of the operation wire 25 is fastened with an engagement fitting 28, and the engagement fitting 28 is engaged with the wire engagement portion 23 of the pressing member 19. In addition, the wire engaging part 23 is formed in the front side and back side of the press member 19, and the front and rear operation wires 25 and 25 are engaged with the front and rear wire engaging parts 23, respectively (see FIG. 8). ). Furthermore, in the pressing member 19, the front and rear wire engaging portions 23 (connection points) are provided apart from each other in the front and rear directions, that is, between the front and rear wire engaging portions 23, that is, two operation wire members. A pulley member 43 to be described later can be disposed between the two.
As shown in FIG. 9B, when the operation wire 25 is pulled inward, the pressing member 19 swings and the pressing portion 24 descends. Then, the push rod 17 of the gas spring 12 is pressed, and the piston rod 16 is expanded and contracted.
When the gas spring 12 is expanded and contracted, the piston rod 16 is raised by the urging force of the gas inside the gas spring 12, and the arm 7 and the top plate 2 are pushed up. However, the operator can easily raise the top plate 2.
When the pulling state of the operation wire 25 is released, the pressing portion 24 is pushed up by the push rod 17, and the pressing member 19 is swung back. And it will be in the fixed state where the piston rod 16 was locked. In this way, the expansion / contraction state and the fixed state can be switched. In addition, you may provide urging means, such as a spring, in the site | part of the pivot shaft 21 of the pivot member 20 so that the press member 19 may return easily.
Next, the operation unit 9 will be described with reference to FIGS. 12A to 13B. Since the operation units 9 provided at two places on the front and rear of the top plate 2 have the same configuration, the operation unit 9 provided on the front side will be described as an example. As shown in FIG. 12A, the operation unit 9 is provided with a fixing member 29 that is fixed to the top plate 2 and a moving member 30 that is movable in the horizontal direction. In addition, an operation lever 10 for the operator to move the moving member 30 is provided on the front side of the moving member 30.
The fixing member 29 has a rectangular shape in plan view, and its four corners are screwed to the top plate 2. At the rear end portion of the fixing member 29, two holding portions 31 for holding the operation wire member 22 are formed on the left and right. Further, the moving member 30 combined above the fixed member 29 is formed such that the left-right width of the front part is smaller than that of the rear part.
Further, two long holes 32 extending in the front-rear direction are formed in the front part and the rear part of the moving member 30. When the bolt 33 inserted from above the long hole 32 is fixed to the fixing member 29 and the moving member 30 is in the normal position shown in FIG. 12A, the bolt 33 is positioned at the front end of the long hole 32. Yes.
Further, a pulley arrangement portion 34 having a substantially semicircular shape is formed at the rear portion of the moving member 30. A pulley 35 (moving member, switching synchronization means, operation pulley member) to which the substantially central portion of the operation wire member 22 is engaged is attached to the pulley arrangement portion 34.
As shown in FIG. 13A, a hole 36 formed in the pulley arrangement portion 34 of the moving member 30, a center hole 37 of the pulley 35, a hole 39 of the pulley pivot member 38 attached to the moving member 30, Are formed at portions corresponding to each other. The pulley 35 is rotatable about a pivot 62 extending in the vertical direction between the pulley pivot member 38 and the pulley arrangement portion 34.
The holding portion 31 of the fixing member 29 holds the fixing portion 40 provided at the end of the tube member 26 of the operation wire member 22, and the operation wire 25 exposed from the fixing portion 40 is attached to the pulley 35. Is engaged. A circumferential surface on the front side of the pulley 35 serves as a contact surface 41 on which the operation wire 25 at a substantially central portion of the operation wire member 22 is slid.
Further, the vicinity of the portion engaged with the pulley 35 in the operation wire member 22 is held by the holding portion 31, so that the state where the operation wire 25 is stretched over the pulley 35 is maintained, and the operation wire 25 can be prevented from being detached from the pulley 35.
As shown in FIGS. 12B and 13B, when the operation lever 10 is pulled forward and the moving member 30 is moved to the front position, the operation wire 25 is slid in the tube member 26 and is moved to the pulley 35. The engaged operation wire 25 is pulled forward.
Next, the movement when the operation unit 9 is operated will be described with reference to the conceptual diagram of FIG. The pressing members 19 of the left and right legs 3 are connected by an operation wire member 22, and the operation portion 9 is provided at a substantially central portion on the front and rear end sides of the top plate 2. Is substantially slid by the contact surface 41 of the pulley 35 of the operation unit 9 and pulled.
Therefore, even if there is an error in the length of the operation wire member 22 from the moving member 30 to the left and right pressing members 19, the error is caused by the operation wire member 22 sliding on the contact surface 41 as the pulley 35 rotates. To be absorbed. Further, the operation wire member 22 can be separated from the contact surface 41 of the pulley 35. That is, the operation wire member 22 can move relative to the pulley 35 and the moving member 30.
When the operator pulls the front operation lever 10 forward, the operation wire 25 engaged with the pulley 35 is pulled forward, and the left and right ends of the operation wire 25 move inward. Is done. Then, the pressing members 19 in the left and right legs 3 are simultaneously operated so that the gas spring 12 can be switched between the stretched state and the fixed state simultaneously (see FIGS. 9A and 9B).
Next, the elevating / lowering synchronizing means for synchronizing the expansion and contraction operations of the left and right legs 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. In the table 1 in the present embodiment, an elevating synchronization means for synchronizing the vertical movement of the elevating rod 6 is provided. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB of FIG. 5 and is a longitudinal rear view of the right leg 3 as viewed from the rear side of the table 1.
By the lifting / lowering synchronizing means, the lifting / lowering rods 6 arranged on the left and right can move in the vertical direction at the same moving distance. Therefore, when changing the height position of the top plate 2, the horizontal state of the top plate 2 is maintained.
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the pulley member 13 provided between the gas spring 12 and the connecting member 11 inside the lifting / lowering rod 6 is rotated around a pivot 61 extending in the left-right direction, and is used for synchronization. The wire member 14 can move up and down.
Further, inside the arm 7, there is provided a pulley member 43 (synchronous pulley member) having two pulleys 42 and 42 'connected to the front and rear. The pulley member 43 has a pivot 63 extending in the front-rear direction. The front pulley 42 and the rear pulley 42 'rotate independently of each other.
A U-shaped bracket 44 is provided on the outer side of the pulley member 43 in a side view (see FIG. 8), and the pulley member 43 is screwed to the arm 7 via the bracket 44 (FIG. 6). reference). Further, the pulley member 43 is disposed on the inner side of the pressing member 19, and the pressing member 19 does not collide with the pulley member 43 even when the pressing member 19 is swung (see FIGS. 9A and 9B). ).
The synchronizing wire member 14 is engaged with the pulley members 13 and 43 and spans the lower side of the left and right legs 3 and the top plate 2. As shown in FIG. 8, a connection fitting 45 is provided in the vicinity of the connection member 11 in the synchronization wire member 14, and the synchronization wire member 14 is connected to the upper end portion of the connection member 11 via the connection fitting 45. It is connected to.
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the connecting member 11 is provided with a stopper 46 at a substantially intermediate portion. A stopper contact member 47 is provided on the lower surface of the lift rod 6, and the lift of the lift rod 6 is stopped at a position where the stopper contact member 47 is in contact with the stopper 46. (See FIG. 10).
Furthermore, the synchronizing wire member 14 is bridged in a U-shape from the front pulley 42 of the pulley member 43 through the pulley member 13 toward the rear pulley 42 ′. The synchronization wire member 14 extending from the pulley member 43 of the right arm 7 extends toward the left arm 7 and is bridged between the left arm 7 and the leg 3, and the synchronization wire member 14 is integrally formed. Has been.
The movement when the top plate 2 is raised and lowered will be described with reference to the conceptual diagram of FIG. The elevating / lowering synchronizing means includes pulley members 13 and 43 and a synchronizing wire member 14 connected to the connecting member 11. As described above, the pulley members 13 and 43 are pivotally supported with respect to the lifting rod 6 and are lifted and lowered together with the lifting rod 6.
As shown in FIG. 15, of the upper pulleys 42 and 42 ', the synchronizing wire member 14 spanned on one pulley 42 is defined as a synchronizing wire member 14a, and the synchronizing wire member 14a spans on the other pulley 42'. The wire member 14 will be described as a synchronization wire member 14b.
For example, when the lift 6 on the right side of the paper rises, the right pulley member 43 rises. However, the synchronization wire member 14a is fixed to the connecting member 11 via the connecting bracket 45, and therefore the right pulley. By pulling up 42, the left pulley member 13 is interlocked by the synchronizing wire member 14 a and is raised by the same distance as the moving distance of the right pulley 42.
Similarly, when the elevating rod 6 on the left side of the paper rises, the left pulley member 43 rises. However, since the synchronization wire member 14b is fixed to the connecting member 11 via the connecting bracket 45, By pulling up the pulley 42 ', the right pulley member 13 is interlocked by the synchronizing wire member 14b, and the left pulley 42' is raised by the same distance as the moving distance.
In this way, the action of the synchronizing wire member 14a and the action of the synchronizing wire member 14b work simultaneously and affect each other, so that only one of the left and right elevating rods 6 and 6 does not advance in advance. . In other words, the right and left elevating rods 6 and 6 are reliably raised in synchronism.
Furthermore, even when the left and right elevating rods 6 and 6 are lowered, the left elevating rod 6 and the right elevating rod 6 act so as to move together in the same moving distance. In this way, the left and right lifting rods 6 and 6 and the top plate 2 can be lifted and lowered integrally in order to synchronize the expansion and contraction of the left and right lifting rods 6 and 6.
In other words, the elevating / lowering synchronization means synchronizes the expansion and contraction operations of both legs 3, and when changing the height position of the top plate 2, the height of the top plate 2 does not deviate from the left and right. The state is maintained and the vehicle is moved up and down.
Next, the arrangement of the gas spring 12, the connecting member 11, and the pulley member 13 inside the leg 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following description, the right side of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the elevating rod 6 fitted in the support rod 5 is formed with a first accommodating portion 48 in which the gas spring 12 is accommodated on the rear side, and the connecting member 11 is accommodated on the front side. A second accommodating portion 49 is formed. Furthermore, a third housing portion 50 in which the pulley member 13 is housed is formed between the first housing portion 48 and the second housing portion 49.
As described above, the gas spring 12 accommodated in the first accommodating portion 48, the pulley member 13 and the synchronizing wire member accommodated in the third accommodating portion 50 are operated without interfering with each other. Yes.
Further, the third housing part 50 is formed to be narrower in the left-right width than the first and second housing parts 48, 49, and the portion corresponding to the third housing part on the outer surface of the lifting / lowering rod 6 is vertically A concave line 51 extending in the direction is formed.
As shown in FIG. 7, a plurality of guide rollers 52 that rotate about a pivot 64 extending in the left-right direction are attached to the front and rear outer surfaces of the elevating rod 6 and the four surfaces of the left and right concave strips 51. The pair of upper and lower guide rollers 52 and 52 are independently rotated, and the pair of upper and lower guide rollers 52 and 52 constitute a pair of roller portions 53.
As shown in FIG. 10, the guide rollers 52 and 52 of the roller unit 53 are arranged slightly shifted in the horizontal direction. In this embodiment, the rollers are provided at two upper and lower positions on the front and rear and left and right surfaces of the lifting / lowering rod 6. A portion 53 is provided (see FIGS. 5 and 6).
As shown in FIG. 7, a groove 54 is formed in a portion of the support rod 5 corresponding to the guide roller 52, and the surface facing the groove 54 is a slidable contact surface on which the guide roller 52 is slidably contacted. 55. The pair of upper and lower guide rollers 52, 52 are in sliding contact with one sliding contact surface 55 and the other sliding contact surface 55, respectively.
As shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. 11, the guide roller 52 on the right side of the paper surface is in sliding contact with the right sliding surface 55, and the guide roller 52 on the left side of the paper surface is in sliding contact with the left sliding surface 55. Therefore, the lifting / lowering rod 6 is lifted and lowered without wobbling in the horizontal direction.
When the elevator 6 is raised, the right guide roller 52 is rotated in the clockwise direction, and the left guide roller 52 is rotated in the counterclockwise direction. Therefore, the raising / lowering operation | movement of the raising / lowering rod 6 is performed smoothly.
Further, when the elevating rod 6 is lowered, the right guide roller 52 is rotated counterclockwise, and the left guide roller 52 is rotated clockwise (not shown).
Further, the recess 51 is formed by using the portion where the third housing portion 50 of the lifting rod 6 is provided, and the guide roller 52 can be compactly accommodated between the lifting rod 6 and the support rod 5. It can be done.
Next, the operation in which the operator operates the operation unit 9 to raise and lower the top plate 2 will be described. When the operator pulls the operation lever 10 of the operation unit 9 forward and the moving member 30 is moved to the front position, the substantially central portion of the operation wire 25 engaged with the pulley 35 is moved forward (see FIG. 12B). ), Both ends of the operation wire member 22 are evenly moved to the center side (see FIG. 14).
The left and right pressing members 19, 19 with which the operating wire 25 at the end of the operating wire member 22 engages are swung, the pressing portion 24 is lowered, and the push rod 17 of the gas spring 12 is simultaneously pressed (see FIG. 9B). Then, the left and right gas springs 12 and 12 are simultaneously expanded and contracted, and the top plate 2 can be moved up and down.
Thus, since the left and right gas springs 12 and 12 are simultaneously switched to the expanded and contracted state, the switching of one of the gas springs 12 occurs first, and the top plate 2 is caused by imbalance of the urging forces of the gas springs 12 and 12. Can be prevented from tilting.
When the operator raises the top plate 2, the top plate 2 is raised by pushing the top plate 2 upward while the gas spring 12 is stretched, that is, with the operation lever 10 being pulled. At this time, since the upward force acts on the piston rod 16 by the gas inside the gas spring 12, even the top plate 2 having a weight can be easily moved up and down.
Further, since the elevating / lowering synchronizing means constituted by the pulley members 13 and 43 and the synchronizing wire member 14 is provided, the height position of the top plate 2 is prevented from being shifted left and right. Furthermore, since the operation part 9 is provided in the approximate center part of the top plate 2, the force which an operator applies to the top plate 2 is added equally with respect to a right-and-left leg.
When the top plate 2 is moved to an arbitrary position and the operator releases the operating lever 10 to return the moving member 30 to the normal position, the substantially central portion of the operation wire 25 that engages with the pulley 35 is moved backward. The end of the operation wire member 22 is evenly moved outward.
Further, the left and right pressing members 19, 19 with which the operating wire 25 at the end of the operating wire member 22 engages swings, the pressing portion 24 rises, and the pressing of the push rod 17 of the gas spring 12 is simultaneously released. Is done. Then, the left and right gas springs 12, 12 are simultaneously fixed, and the position of the top plate 2 is fixed.
When the operator lowers the top plate 2, the top plate 2 is lowered by pushing the top plate 2 downward while the gas spring 12 is in an expanded / contracted state, that is, while the operation lever 10 is being pulled.
When the top plate 2 is moved to an arbitrary position, the operator releases the operation lever 10 and the moving member 30 is returned to the normal position, the operation wire 25 engaged with the pulley 35 is moved rearward, and the operation is performed. The end portion of the wire member 22 is simultaneously moved outward.
The left and right pressing members 19, 19 are simultaneously swung to raise the pressing portion 24, and the pressing of the push rod 17 of the gas spring 12 is simultaneously released. Then, the left and right gas springs 12, 12 are simultaneously fixed, and the position of the top plate 2 is fixed.
As described above, in the table 1 according to the present embodiment, each leg 3 is expanded and contracted in the vertical direction by the support rod 5 installed on the floor, the lifting rod 6 supported by the support rod 5 and capable of moving up and down. The gas spring 12 for assisting the raising and lowering of the lifting rod 6 and fixing the height position, and the pressing member 19 for switching the expansion and contraction state and the fixing state of the gas spring 12 are provided. An operating portion 9 for operating the pressing member 19 is provided. When the operating portion 9 is operated, a switching synchronization means for operating the pressing members 19 at the same time is provided. 2 can be adjusted, and the two gas springs 12 of the left and right legs 3 can be easily moved up and down even with the top plate 2 having a heavy weight. By switching 換同 life means for moving, for expansion state or a fixed state of the left and right gas spring 12 is switched at the same time, the switching of one of the gas spring 12 can be prevented from inclined top plate 2 occurs first.
The pressing member 19 is adapted to actuate the push rods 17 of the gas springs 12, and is provided with an operation wire member 22 having flexibility for connecting the pressing members 19 to each other. When the operation unit 9 is operated, the moving member 30 is configured by providing the operation unit 9 with the moving member 30 that moves the substantially central portion of 22 in a direction other than the extending direction. When the flexible operation wire member 22 is moved in a direction other than its extending direction, the left and right ends of the operation wire member 22 connected to each pressing member 19 are evenly distributed. The push rods 17 of the gas springs 12 can be operated simultaneously, and the simple structure of the pressing member 19, the operation wire member 22, and the moving member 30 is achieved. In can be provided a switching 換同 stage means.
Further, the moving member 30 is configured to pull the substantially central portion of the operation wire member 22, and the substantially central portion of the operation wire member 22 is slid on the contact surface 41 of the moving member 30. When the operation portion 9 is operated, the left and right end portions of the operation wire member 22 are moved toward the substantially central portion, and the left and right end portions of the operation wire member 22 are moved evenly and moved. Even if there is an error in the length of the operation wire member 22 from the member 30 to each pressing member 19, the error is absorbed by the operation wire member 22 being slid on the contact surface 41 of the moving member 30. Become so.
Further, the substantially central portion of the operation wire member 22 is engaged with a pulley 35 included in the moving member 30, and the vicinity of the portion of the operation wire member 22 engaged with the pulley 35 is fixed to the top plate 2. Even if there is an error in the length of the operation wire member 22 from the moving member 30 to each pressing member 19, the error is caused by the rotation of the pulley 35. The operation wire member 22 is absorbed by moving in the extending direction, and the vicinity of the portion engaged with the pulley 35 in the operation wire member 22 is fixed to the top plate 2. By being held by the portion 31, it is possible to prevent the operation wire member 22 from being detached from the pulley 35.
Moreover, in the table 1 in the present embodiment, the elevating / lowering synchronizing means for synchronizing the expansion / contraction operation of the both legs 3 is a pulley member pivotally supported with respect to the elevating / lowering rod 6 that can be raised / lowered among the internal and external pedestals. 13 and 43, and a flexible synchronizing wire member 14 that is stretched over the pulley members 13 and 43. The synchronizing wire member 14 is installed on the floor surface of the internal and external pedestals. It is connected to a connecting member 11 that is fixed to the support rod 5 extending in the vertical direction, and the lifting rod 6 is expanded and contracted in the vertical direction to assist expansion and contraction of the leg 3 and to fix the height position. The first accommodating portion 48 that accommodates the gas spring 12 that performs the above and the second accommodating portion 49 that accommodates the connecting member 11 are provided apart from each other, so that the gas spring 12 accommodated in the first accommodating portion 48 is provided. And the second accommodating part 49 The accommodated connecting member 11, the synchronizing wire member 14 connected to the connecting member 11, and the pulley members 13, 43 spanning the synchronizing wire member 14 are operated without interfering with each other. The connecting member 11 extending in the vertical direction enables the synchronization wire member 14 to be connected regardless of whether the support rod 5 is an internal or external pedestal, and the first and second Since the accommodating parts 48 and 49 are formed in the elevating rod 6, the elevating synchronization means for moving the left and right sides of the top plate up and down synchronously and the gas spring 12 are accommodated in the leg body 3 in a compact manner. Weight reduction can be achieved.
Further, the elevating rod 6 has a third housing portion 50 formed between the first housing portion 48 and the second housing portion 49 and formed narrower than the first and second housing portions 48 and 49. In the third housing portion 50, the pulley member 13 is housed, whereby the gas spring 12 housed in the first housing portion 48, the pulley member 13 housed in the third housing portion 50, and the pulley. The synchronization wire member 14 spanned over the member 13 can be operated without interfering with each other, and the third housing portion 50 is formed with a narrow width. The accommodating part 48 and the second accommodating part 49 can be separated from each other.
In addition, a concave strip 51 extending in the vertical direction is formed at a portion corresponding to the third housing portion 50 on the outer surface of the lifting rod 6, and a guide roller 52 is provided in the concave strip 51, and the guide roller 52 is slid. A sliding contact surface 55 extending in the vertical direction for contact is formed inside the support rod 5, so that the guide roller 52 disposed in the concave strip 51 of the lifting rod 6 can slide inside the support rod 5. The sliding movement of the leg 3 is smoothed by the sliding contact with the 55, and the recess 51 is formed on the lifting rod 6 using the portion provided with the narrow third accommodating portion 50. The guide roller 52 can be compactly accommodated between the elevating rod 6 and the supporting rod 5.
Further, a pair of upper and lower roller portions 53 having a pivot 64 that faces in the same direction and being independently rotated are provided in the concave strip 51, and a sliding contact surface 55 in which the guide rollers 52 are arranged to face each other. The pair of upper and lower roller portions 53 are disposed between the slidable contact surfaces 55 extending in the vertical direction so as to face each other, and each guide roller 52 is slidably contacted with each slidable contact surface 55. As a result, the pedestal that can be moved up and down can be moved up and down without wobbling in the horizontal direction.
Next, furniture with a top plate according to the second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 16A to 17B.
