本发明涉及移动通讯领域, 尤其涉及一种电子公告板 ( Bulletin Board System, BBS )管理方法、系统、服务器和 BBS管理服务器 ( BBS Management Server, BMS ) 。
背景技术
BBS的出现, 使人们可以在网络上交流, 加速了信息的传播, 拓宽了人 们的视野, 根据专业分类的 BBS可以传授很多专业知识, 并能够实时解答很 多疑难问题, 将公众的智慧汇合起来, 对加速信息交流、 促进社会进步有着 非常重要的作用。
BBS的特点就是允许每一个注册的用户在网上发表意见, 从而可以将更 多共同兴趣爱好的人聚集在一起, 共同提高。 但是由于当前因特网不能很方 便的识别用户的真实身份, 服务器在用户注册时无法获取用户的真实身份信 息, 因而会出现不法分子(如恐怖分子)注册到 BBS后, 利用 BBS散布谣言 并进行聚众闹事的可能, 为此需要对不法分子进行言论控制和追踪, 这是各 个国家需要面临和解决的问题。 为避免 BBS被不法分子利用, 各国都釆取了一定措施, 最典型的做法是 要求各论坛有人工管理员, 配合网络警察, 对 BBS上的发言进行实时监控, 如果发现有谣言或者恐怖言论, 则网络警察和人工管理员立即删除发布的消 息, 并通过管理员, 将此论坛用户屏蔽, 不让其再在 BBS上发布新的言论。
目前的方法的缺点是:
1、 BBS注册名和用户的真实身份未建立严格对应关系, 通过 BBS注册 名不能识别出不法分子的身份, 无法对不法分子绳之以法。
2、 BBS管理者发现并屏蔽一个恶意行为发布者的 BBS注册名, 不法分 子可以在此 BBS上重新注册其他 BBS名称, 继续散布谣言, 使 BBS管理者 非常被动。 3、 即使 BBS屏蔽掉恶意用户在此 BBS服务器上的所有注册名, 此用户 还可以到其他 BBS上散布谣言。
4、 谣言散布者如果用暗语, 管理员 艮难发现并进行处理。
从上面可以看出, 在传统因特网上, 对于这种在 BBS上散布谣言的恶意 用户的防范只能发现一例处理一例, 对恶意信息发布人, 没有办法预防, 也 无法根治, 管理员处于被动挨打的地步, 这对国家和社会安全带来了很大隐 患, 必须要设法解决。
可以看出, 当前对不法分子在 BBS散布谣言难以控制的主要原因在于用 户的不可追溯性, 因为现有因特网广泛使用的传输控制协议 /因特网互联协议 ( Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, TCP/IP )协议中 IP地址具有 双重功能,既作为网络层的通信终端主机网络接口在网络拓朴中的位置标识, 又作为传输层主机网络接口的身份标识。 TCP/IP设计之初并未考虑主机移动 以及因 IPV4地址空间不够而带来的 NAT转换等问题, 因而造成了用户移动 或者经过 NAT转换后用户不易追溯的特征。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电子公告板管理方法和系统, 以便 于对 BBS进行有效管理。

本发明电子公告板管理方法和系统中, BBS管理服务器在注册时向 BMS 上 ^艮每个论坛注册名的注册信息, 并在公布信息时同时公布该论坛注册名, 使得网络监控者可以通过论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名, 向 BMS发起追溯 查询, 获取此 BBS用户端的身份标识符 SID, 然后根据此 BBS用户端行为的 危害程度, 通过 BMS管理设备屏蔽该 BBS用户端的一个或全部 BBS论坛注 册名, BMS还可以拒绝此 BBS用户端申请新的论坛注册名,这样就可以实现 对 BBS用户端发布恶意言论进行彻底防范,从而将 BBS管理员从被动防御的 状况解脱出来, 实现更安全的 BBS信息发布管理。 附图概述

本发明的较佳实施方式
本发明电子公告板管理方法和系统基于用户身份标识和位置分离架构的 网络实现,为描述方便,下文将此用户身份标识符和位置分离网络(Subscriber Identifier & Locator Separation Network, SILSN ) 简称为 SILSN, 以下结合图 1对 SILSN进行说明。
如图 1所示为身份标识符和位置分离网络架构, 该架构网络具有如下特 征: 此网络内每个用户只有经过严格认证才能接入, 用户在发送每个数据包 时, 都同时携带自己的真实身份标识符 SID, 此符号仅分配给该用户使用且 全网唯一, 用户在各种业务中所发送的数据包都一直携带此标识符, 用户发 送的每个数据包都必须经过接入服务器 ASN验证,保证用户发出的数据包携 带的是自己的身份标识符, 不会假冒其他用户 SID接入网络, 并且此标识符 在网内传送时将一直保持不变, 当用户在移动或切换时, 此标识符也不会发 生变化。
图 1 中, 此身份标识符和位置分离网络由接入服务器 (Access Service Node, ASN )、身份标识符位置登记寄存器( Identification & Location Register, ILR )等组成。
接入服务器 ASN1、 ASN2、 ASN3负责为用户终端及 BBS服务器实现接 入, 并承担计费、 切换等功能; ILR承担用户的位置注册和身份识别功能, UE1、 UE2存在唯一的身份标识符 (Subscriber Identification, SID)。
图 1 中, UE1、 UE2和 BBS Server都是 SILSN的用户, 他们分别通过 ASN1、 ASN2、 ASN3接入 SILSN网络。
UE1向 BBS论坛发送信息的时候, 必须先在 BBS服务器上注册一个论 坛注册名, 然后才能够发布信息。
BMS用于记录和管理各个 BBS上的论坛名注册使用情况, 实现追溯、 屏蔽和监控等功能。 UE2为具有追溯或屏蔽等权限的终端,通过与 BMS的信息交互, 实现对 各论坛注册名发布信息的统一管理。
本发明中将注册论坛注册名并发布信息的终端设备(如 UE1 )称为 BBS 用户端, 将具有管理权限的终端设备(如 UE2 )或管理员称为管理者。
从背景信息可以知道, 由于当前的 BBS系统对信息发送者的真实身份不 可追溯, 因而即使屏蔽了 BBS信息发布人当前的 BBS论坛注册名,也不能阻 止此用户利用其它 BBS论坛注册名发送恶意信息, 同样也不能阻止此用户在 BBS上注册其他新用户名再度发布恶意信息。
由于 SILSN网络中用户发送每一个数据包都携带用户的身份标识 SID, 而且此身份标识在网络传输中可以唯一不变, 这样 BBS服务器就可以利用此 身份标识来记录用户的真实身份。
本方法通过引入 BMS, 实现了对 BBS论坛发布信息的统一管理, 如图 1 所示。
本发明电子公告板管理方法基于以上用户身份标识和位置分离架构网络 实现, BBS用户端具有全网唯一的身份标识符 SID, 该方法包括:
步骤 201 : BBS用户端进行论坛注册时, BBS服务器向 BBS管理服务器 ( BMS )上报注册信息, 所述注册信息包括所述 BBS用户端的 SID、 论坛注 册名以及所述 BBS服务器的域名;
BBS服务器在注册的时候,将注册信息如论坛注册名和 BBS服务器域名 通知给 BMS 进行记录, 之后具有追溯等管理权限的管理者, 就可以直接向 BMS发起追溯 /屏蔽 /监控功能。
步骤 202: 发布信息时, 所述 BBS服务器同时公布对应的论坛注册名; 步骤 203: 所述 BMS根据 BBS服务器上报的注册信息、管理者提供的论 坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对所述 BBS用户端进行管理。 如果具有追溯等管理权限的管理者发现此论坛注册名发布了恶意信息, 可以向 BMS发起追溯请求, BMS将返回对应论坛注册名的真实身份标识符 SID以及该 SID关联的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名。
具有相应管理权限(指屏蔽和监控等)的管理者, 如 UE2, 还可以 BMS 服务器发起屏蔽 /监控用户的请求, BMS根据请求, 检索论坛注册名或 SID 对应的一个或多个论坛注册名以及 BBS服务器域名,向这些域名的 BBS服务 器发起屏蔽或监控请求, 这些 BBS服务器执行相应的操作, 将结果返回给 BMS, BMS然后将结果返回给 UE2。
另外, 具有相应管理权限(指屏蔽和监控等) 的用户, 如 UE2, 还可以 BMS服务器发起解除屏蔽 /监控用户的请求, BMS向对应的 BBS服务器发出 消息,指示 BBS服务器解除相应的论坛注册名或 SID的被屏蔽或被监控状态。
下面根据附图对注册流程、 信息发布流程、 实现 BBS管理的流程(包括 追溯、 屏蔽、 监控及解除屏蔽、 解除监控)分别进行详细说明。 需要说明的 是, 本发明内容可以用以下实施例解释, 但不限于以下的实施例。
注册流程
本方法中 BBS服务器在注册的时候, 将注册信息如论坛注册名和 BBS 服务器域名通知给 BMS进行记录,之后具有追溯等管理权限的管理者, 就可 以直接向 BMS发起追溯 /屏蔽 /监控功能。
图 3示出了 BBS用户端注册论坛注册名的流程, 注册时, BBS服务器除 了核对 BBS 用户端申请的论坛注册名是否重复外, 还要检查其身份标识符 SID是否已经在本地黑名单中, 同时还向 BMS发起注册请求, BMS也检查 是否允许此 SID注册论坛注册名, 如果允许则保存注册信息。
如图 3所示, UE注册论坛注册名的流程包括:
步骤 301 : UE向 BBS服务器发送论坛注册请求, 其中携带 UE的 SID、 要注册的论坛注册名及密码;
当用户 UE希望在 BBS上发布信息时, 需要先向 BBS服务器注册, 发起 论坛注册请求, 由于该用户位于 SILSN网内, 其请求注册 BBS的数据包中除 了携带论坛注册名和密码外, 也同时携带用户的真实身份标识符 SID。
步骤 302: 所述 BBS服务器接收所述论坛注册请求后检查 SID是否在本 地黑名单中;
BBS服务器在检测申请论坛注册名的 SID是否在本地黑名单中, 如果在 黑名单中, 则直接返回失败。 否则检查请求注册的论坛注册名和当前的已注 册是否有冲突,如果有冲突则返回失败, 无冲突且 SID不在本地黑名单中时, 再执行以下步骤。
步骤 303: 所述 BBS服务器向 BMS发送论坛注册请求, 其中携带 UE的 SID、 所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名;
步骤 304: BMS收到 "论坛注册请求" 后, 检查 SID是否在全局黑名单 中, 如果在黑名单中, 则不允许注册, 返回失败消息。 如果不在黑名单中, 则将保存注册信息, 即 UE的 SID、 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名的关联关 系。
BMS保存一份 SID和各个论坛注册名以及 BBS服务器域名的对照表, 可以根据任意论坛注册名检索到此 BBS用户端的 SID, 并能检索到此 SID下 所有的论坛注册名。
步骤 305: BMS向 BBS服务器返回论坛注册响应;
论坛注册响应中携带全局黑名单检测结果(通过或未通过) , 如果 BMS 还具有监控功能, 则 BMS检查此 SID是否是全局被监控对象, 如果是, 则 BMS在发给 BBS服务器的 "论坛注册响应" 消息中, 携带 "监控" 标志, 指 示 BBS服务器将该 SID设置为本地被监控对象, 提示 BBS服务器对该论坛 注册名发布的信息进行监控, 监控的具体流程见图 4的信息发布流程。 如果 SID未被设置为被监控对象则在 "论坛注册响应" 中只携带 "通过" 信息。
步骤 306: BBS服务器记录论坛注册名和 SID的对应关系;
BBS服务器收到 BMS的 "论坛注册响应" 消息后, 如果携带 "通过" 信息, 则在数据库中记录论坛注册名和 SID的对应关系。如果携带监控标志, 则将该 SID设置为本地被监控对象, 开启对此论坛注册名的 "监控" 功能。 步骤 307: BBS服务器向 UE发送 "论坛注册响应" , 通知用户论坛注册 成功 (或失败) 。
信息发布流程
在发布信息的时候, BBS服务器验证信息发布者的身份标识符 SID和注 册时候是否一致, 如果不一致, 则说明用户被假冒, 不允许 SID和注册时不 一致的用户发布信息。 然后检查此 SID或论坛注册名是否被屏蔽, 如果被屏 蔽, 则不允许发布信息。 然后检查此论坛注册名或 SID是被监控对象, 如果 是, 则将用户发布的信息连同其身份标识符 SID 和论坛注册名, 一起发给 BMS。 之后 BBS服务器将发布信息和论坛注册名一起发布出来。
图 4示出了 BBS论坛信息发布流程, 该流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 401 : UE向 BBS服务器发送论坛发布信息请求, 其中携带 BBS用 户端的 SID、 论坛注册名以及要发布的信息;
用户希望在 BBS上发布信息时, 向 BBS服务器发起论坛发布信息请求, 其中除了包含用户的论坛注册名和密码外, 其请求发送 BBS信息的数据包中 也携带了用户的真实身份标识符 SID。
步骤 402: BBS服务器发布信息, 包括用户希望发布的信息机论坛注册 名;
所述 BBS服务器收到所述论坛发布信息请求后,提取用户发送的数据包 中的身份标识符 SID, 将此身份标识符 SID和用户注册时携带的身份标识符 进行对比如果不一致则说明用户被假冒, 返回失败, 并对假冒者进行记录, 提示管理员处理。 如果一致, BBS服务器进一步检查此论坛注册名或 SID是 否被放入了 BBS 的本地黑名单, 如果是, 则返回失败, 不允许用户在 BBS 上发布新信息。 如果不在黑名单, 则将用户希望发布的信息和用户的论坛注 册名一起发布到论坛上。
步骤 403: BBS服务器向 BMS发送 "论坛发布信息上报请求" 消息, 对于有监控功能的 BBS服务器而言, 发布信息后, 还要判断发布信息的 UE是否是本地被监控对象, 如果是则 BBS服务器向 BMS发送 "论坛发布信 息上报请求" 消息, 携带 UE发布的信息及被监控对象信息, 被监控对象信 息可以是论坛注册名或 SID。
步骤 404: BMS接到 "论坛发布信息上报请求" 消息, 记录下相关信息, 并交付给相关管理员处理; 然后 BMS向 BBS服务器返回 "上报用户发布信 息响应" 消息;
步骤 405: BBS服务器通知 UE信息发布成功 (或失败) 。
以上流程也可以先执行步骤 405再指向步骤 403。
以上信息发布流程中, BBS服务器对 UE身份进行核对, 另外判别 UE 是否在用于屏蔽的本地黑名单中, 同时还根据用户的被监控状态, 向 BMS上 报用户发布的论坛信息。 追溯、 屏蔽及监控 图 5示出了对论坛发布信息进行追溯、 屏蔽及监控过程, 具有追溯等相 关权限的用户 UE2向 BBS服务器发起追溯、 屏蔽及监控请求时, BBS服务 器鉴别用户 UE2的权限, 根据用户 UE2是否具备追溯等相关权限, 在 UE2 有相关权限时, BMS根据 UE2的要求执行追溯、 屏蔽及监控操作。
如图 5所示, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 501 : UE2向 BMS发起 "用户追溯 /屏蔽 /监控请求" , 其中携带用 户的论坛注册名和 BBS服务器域名;
UE2发现用户 UE1在 BBS上发布的信息有恶意意图, UE2记录下此用 户在论坛上发布信息时同时公布的论坛注册名, 然后向 BMS发起 "用户追溯 /屏蔽 /监控请求" , 其中携带用户的论坛注册名和 BBS服务器域名。 BMS 收到用户 UE2的请求后, 从数据包中提取用户 UE2的身份标识 SID2, 检验 SID2是否有相应权限。 如果没有相应权限, ILR返回失败消息, 流程结束。
步骤 502: BMS根据消息中携带的 UE1的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域 名, 检索所述论坛注册名的关联信息;
BMS在检验 UE2具有相关追溯、屏蔽或监控权限后,根据消息中携带的 UE1的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名, 检索所述论坛注册名的关联信息, 比 如对应的 BBS用户端 UE1的身份标识符 SID1 ,该身份标识符 SID1关联的论 坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名; 如果要求屏蔽或监控, 则执行步骤 503。 如果 只要求追溯, 则转步骤 505;
如果 UE2请求对此论坛注册名进行屏蔽或监控 , BMS检查论坛注册名和
BBS服务器域名对应的用户身份标识 SID , 然后从 SID检索出此用户 SID注 册的所有论坛注册名和对应的 BBS服务器域名。然后逐一向各个 BBS服务器 发送 "屏蔽 /监控用户请求" , 通知各个 BBS服务器对此用户的论坛注册名进 行屏蔽或监控。
步骤 503: BMS向 BBS服务器发送 "屏蔽 /监控用户请求" ;
BMS向 BBS服务器发送 "屏蔽 /监控用户请求" 中包含被管理对象, 被 管理对象可以是论坛注册名或者 SID。 如果是前者, 要求 BBS服务器只屏蔽 或监控或论坛注册名发布的消息,如果是 SID,则表示需要屏蔽或监控此 BBS 服务器上 SID对应的所有论坛注册名发布的消息。
步骤 504: BBS服务器收到 "屏蔽 /监控用户请求" 后, 执行相应的屏蔽 或监控操作, 然后向 BMS发送 "屏蔽 /监控用户响应" 消息。
执行屏蔽或监控操作指根据屏蔽请求在本地黑名单中加入所述被管理对 象, 或根据监控请求将所述被管理对象设置为本地被监控对象。
当屏蔽或监控的对象是 SID时, BMS需要向此 SID已注册过的论坛注册 名的所有 BBS服务器发送 "屏蔽 /监控用户请求" 。
步骤 505: BMS向用户 UE2返回包含执行结果的 "用户追溯 /屏蔽 /监控 响应" 消息, 如果 UE2请求了对论坛注册名进行追溯, 则用户追溯响应消息 中包含该论坛注册名对应的关联信息 (比如 SID ) 。 如果 UE2未申请追溯, 只返回响应操作的成功或失败结果。
追溯、 屏蔽和监控是可以独立操作的。
值得说明的是, BMS也可以独立发起 603和 604步骤, 对用户身份 SID 下的所有 BBS论坛注册名或部分注册名进行屏蔽或监控。 解除屏蔽 /监控流程
图 6示出了对 BBS用户解除屏蔽及监控的过程, 具有屏蔽和监控控制权 限的用户 UE2向 BMS发起解除屏蔽及监控请求时, BMS鉴别用户 UE2的权 限, 根据用户 UE2是否具备屏蔽或监控等相关权限, 在 UE2有相关权限时, BMS根据 UE2的要求执行屏蔽及监控操作。 步骤 601 : UE2向 BMS发起 "解除屏蔽 /监控请求" , 其中携带用户的论 坛注册名和 BBS服务器域名;
当具有屏蔽或监控等管理权限的 UE2认为需要将 UE1解除屏蔽或监控 时, UE2向 BMS发起 "解除屏蔽 /监控请求" , 其中携带用户的论坛注册名 和 BBS服务器域名。 BMS收到用户 UE2的请求后, 从数据包中提取用户 UE2的身份标识 SID2,检验 SID2是否有相应权限。如果没有相应权限, BMS 返回失败消息, 流程结束。
步骤 602: BMS向 BBS服务器发送 "解除屏蔽或解除监控用户请求" ; BMS可根据 UE2的要求,确定解除屏蔽或监控的被管理对象, 即确定解 除整个 SID对应的所有的论坛注册名的屏蔽 /监控, 或者只解除单个论坛注册 名或一部分论坛注册名的屏蔽 /监控。 BMS对每个需要解除屏蔽或监控的论坛 注册名检索到对应的服务器域名, 然后向对应的服务器域名逐一发起 "解除 屏蔽 /监控用户请求",指定对单个论坛注册名或者整个 SID解除屏蔽或监控。
屏蔽或解除屏蔽时, BMS还对全局黑名单进行维护更新。
步骤 603: BBS服务器在收到 BMS发送的 "解除屏蔽或解除监控用户请 求" 后, 执行相应的操作, 然后向 BMS返回 "解除屏蔽 /监控用户响应" ; 执行相应操作指从本地黑名单或本地被监控对象中删除被管理对象, (如论坛注册名或 SID ) 。
步骤 604: BMS在收到所有的 BBS服务器发出的 "解除屏蔽 /监控用户 响应" 时, 向 UE2返回 "解除屏蔽 /监控用户响应" , 告知 UE2操作结果。
值得说明的是, BMS也可以独立发起 603和 604步骤, 对用户身份 SID 下的所有 BBS论坛注册名或部分注册名解除屏蔽或监控。 本发明方法实现了对 BBS用户端注册的多个论坛注册名进行统一管理的 功能, 可以防止被屏蔽的 SID申请新的论坛名注册再次发布消息, 可以根据 论坛注册名对用户进行追溯, 也可以对此论坛注册名进行屏蔽和监控, 较好 的解决了传统 BBS所面临的难以追溯, 难以屏蔽以及不易监控的缺陷。
为实现以上方法, 本发明还提供一种电子公告板管理系统, 该系统基于 用户身份标识和位置分离架构网络实现, 如图 7所示, 该系统包括通过网络 连接的终端 71、 BBS服务器 72及 BBS管理服务器 (BMS)73 , 其中:
终端 71, 具有全网唯一的身份标识符(SID ) , 所述终端执行 BBS论坛 功能时称为 BBS用户端, 所述 BBS用户端用于向 BBS服务器注册论坛注册 名及发布信息;
具体地, 所述 BBS用户端包括相连接的注册模块 711 及信息发布模块 712, 其中:
所述注册模块 711用于向所述 BBS服务器发送论坛注册请求, 所述论坛 注册请求携带所述 BBS用户端的 SID、 要注册的论坛注册名及密码; 所述信 息发布模块 712, 用于向所述 BBS服务器请求发布信息;
终端执行 BBS管理功能时,称为管理者, 所述管理者包括管理模块 713 , 用于向所述 BMS发送管理请求,管理请求中携带要管理的论坛注册名及 BBS 服务器域名, 管理类型包括追溯、 屏蔽、 解除屏蔽、 监控及解除监控。
作为管理者的终端是公安机关等特殊终端或管理员。
所述 BBS服务器 72, 用于在 BMS的管理下为 BBS用户端提供 BBS服 务, 包括注册论坛注册名以及发布信息, 并在发布的信息中同时公布论坛注 册名; 还用于向所述 BMS上报所述 BBS用户端的注册信息, 所述注册信息 包括 BBS用户端的 SID、 论坛注册名以及所述 BBS服务器的域名;
具体地, 所述 BBS服务器 72包括相连接的注册请求处理模块 721、与所 述注册请求处理模块 721连接的注册信息记录模块 722以及与所述注册信息 记录模块 722连接的信息发布处理模块 723 , 以及与所述注册信息记录模块 722、 所述信息发布处理模块 723连接的监控处理模块 724, 其中: 所述注册请求处理模块 721用于根据所述 BBS用户端发送的论坛注册请 求进行注册,并向所述 BMS发送论坛注册请求,其中携带 BBS用户端的 SID、 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名; 以及接收所述 BMS的论坛注册请求响应; 所述注册信息记录模块 722, 用于记录论坛注册名及所述 BBS用户端的 SID的对应关系;
所述信息发布处理模块 723 , 用于发布信息, 且发布信息时同时发布论 坛注册名; 发布信息前, 该信息发布处理模块 723还根据注册信息记录模块 722记录的信息验证论坛注册名与 SID的对应关系是否与记录的信息一致, 只有一致的情况下才允许发布信息;
本地黑名单检测模块 725 , 用于在注册论坛注册名前或发布信息前, 检 测要注册或发布信息的 BBS用户端的 SID或论坛注册名是否在本地黑名单 中, 如果在, 则通知注册请求处理模块或发布信息处理模块向所述 BBS用户 端反馈失败响应, 否则, 通知所述注册请求处理模块 721或信息发布处理模 块 725继续执行注册或发布信息流程。
监控处理模块 724, 用于根据本地被监控对象设置向所述 BMS上报监控 信息, 所述监控信息包括被监控对象发布的信息及被监控对象信息, 被监控 对象信息包括论坛注册名或所述 BBS用户端的 SID; 所述 BMS还包括监控 管理模块, 用于对所述 BBS服务器上报的监控信息进行管理。
BMS73, 用于对一个或若干个 BBS服务器进行管理, 包括根据 BBS服 务器上报的注册信息、 管理者提供的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对 BBS 用户端进行管理。
具体地,所述 BMS73包括相连接的论坛注册管理模块 731及信息记录模 块 732、 与信息记录模块 732相连接的追溯管理模块 733、 与所述信息记录模 块 732及所述论坛注册管理模块 731相连接屏蔽管理模块 734, 与信息记录 模块 732相连接的监控管理模块 735, 其中:
所述论坛注册管理模块 731用于对所述 BBS服务器发送的论坛注册请求 进行处理, 并返回论坛注册响应; 所述信息记录模块 732, 用于记录所述注 册信息, 包括 BBS用户端 SID、 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名的对应关系。 所述 BMS的所述论坛注册管理模块 731对所述论坛注册请求进行处理包 括,检测所述 BBS服务器发送的论坛注册请求中的 SID是否在全局黑名单中, 若是则向所述 BBS服务器返回拒绝注册响应, 否则返回允许注册响应。
追溯管理模块 733 , 用于根据管理者发送的追溯请求进行追溯处理, 所 述追溯请求中包括 BBS用户端发布布信息时对应的论坛注册名及 BBS服务 器域名, 所述追溯处理包括判断所述管理者是否具有追溯权限, 所述管理者 具有追溯权限时根据所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名检索所述论坛注册名 的关联信息, 并向所述管理者返回所述论坛注册名的关联信息; 所述关联信 息包括所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对应的所述 BBS用户端的 SID ,以 及所述 SID关联的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名;
屏蔽管理模块 734, 用于根据管理者的屏蔽请求或解除屏蔽请求对全局 黑名单进行维护以及通知对应的 BBS服务器对其本地黑名单进行维护; 所述 BBS服务器的本地黑名单检测模块还用于根据所述 BMS的通知对本地黑名 单进行维护。
所述监控管理模块 735还用于根据管理者的监控请求或解除监控请求通 知对应的 BBS服务器对其本地被监控对象进行维护;所述 BBS服务器的监控 处理模块 724还用于根据所述 BMS的通知对本地被监控对象进行维护。
利用本发明方法和系统, 既可以保证特殊机构对论坛信息发布者进行方 便的追溯, 同时也使普通 BBS用户端无法了解发帖人的真实身份, 从而在实 现追溯的情况下, 有保护了信息发布者的隐私。 另外还在 SISLN中实现了一 个 BBS用户端可以在一个 BBS论坛或多个 BBS论坛仍然有多个不同的论坛 注册名, 使 BBS用户端仍然能按当前的习惯在论坛上发布信息, 并且在追溯 的时候, 不必由具体的 BBS论坛管理者参与, 这样可防止公安局等较高安全 等级的机构对论坛注册名追溯的时候被 BBS用户端察觉, 从而完美的解决了 论坛发布信息的可追溯、 隐私保护、 BBS用户端习惯等各种需求。
工业实用性
釆用本发明的方案, 一旦 BBS用户端在一个论坛上发布恶意言论, 网络 监控者可以通过论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名, 向 BMS发起追溯查询, 获 取此 BBS用户端的身份标识符 SID,然后根据此 BBS用户端行为的危害程度, 通过 BMS管理设备屏蔽该 BBS用户端的一个或全部 BBS论坛注册名 , BMS 还可以拒绝此 BBS用户端申请新的论坛注册名,这样就可以实现对 BBS用户 端发布恶意言论进行彻底防范, 从而将 BBS管理员从被动防御的状况解脱出 来, 实现更安全的 BBS信息发布管理。
本发明所述机制还可以避免管理者封掉恶意 BBS用户端一个论坛注册名 时, 此恶意 BBS用户端仍可用其他论坛注册名发布信息的问题, 也能够避免 此恶意 BBS用户端通过注册新论坛注册名, 继续发布恶意信息的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、一种电子公告板管理方法, 该方法基于用户身份标识和位置分离架构 网络实现, 电子公告板(BBS )用户端具有全网唯一的身份标识符(SID ) , 包括:
BBS用户端进行论坛注册时, BBS服务器向 BBS管理服务器( BMS )上 报注册信息, 所述注册信息包括所述 BBS用户端的 SID、 论坛注册名以及所 述 BBS服务器的域名;
发布信息时, 所述 BBS服务器同时公布对应的论坛注册名; 以及 所述 BMS根据 BBS服务器上报的注册信息、 管理者提供的论坛注册名 及 BBS服务器域名对所述 BBS用户端进行管理。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BBS用户端进行论坛注册时, BBS服务器向 BBS管理服务器(BMS )上报注册信息的步骤包括:
所述 BBS用户端向所述 BBS服务器发送论坛注册请求, 所述论坛注册 请求中携带所述 BBS用户端的 SID、 要注册的论坛注册名及密码;
所述 BBS服务器接收所述论坛注册请求后,检查所述论坛注册名未冲突 时,向所述 BMS发送论坛注册请求,所发送的论坛注册请求中携带所述 BBS 用户端 SID、 所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名;
所述 BMS接收所述 BBS服务器发送的论坛注册请求后, 建立所述 BBS 用户端 SID、 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名的关联关系; 以及
所述 BMS向所述 BBS服务器发送论坛注册响应, 所述 BBS服务器向所 述 BBS用户端发送论坛注册响应。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BBS服务向所述 BMS发送论 坛注册请求前, 该方法还包括: 检查所述 SID是否在本地黑名单中, 若是则 拒绝所述 BBS用户端注册, 若不是则向所述 BMS发送论坛注册请求;
所述 BMS建立所述关联关系前,该方法还包括:检查所述 SID是否在全 局黑名单中,若是则不允许所述 BBS服务器为所述 BBS用户端注册,若不是 则建立所述关联关系。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述发布信息时, 所述 BBS服务 器同时公布对应的论坛注册名的步骤包括:
所述 BBS用户端向所述 BBS服务器发送论坛发布信息请求, 所述论坛 发布信息请求中携带 BBS用户端的 SID、 论坛注册名以及要发布的信息; 所述 BBS服务器收到所述论坛发布信息请求后, 检测所述 BBS用户端 的当前论坛注册名或 SID是否在本地黑名单中, 以及
若是则不发布信息, 并向所述 BBS用户端返回论坛发布信息失败响应; 若不是则所述 BBS服务器将 BBS用户端发送的信息以及对应的 BBS用 户端的论坛注册名发布到 BBS上; 所述 BBS服务器向所述 BBS用户端发送 论坛发布信息成功响应。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述建立所述 BBS用户端 SID、 论 坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名的关联关系的步骤之后, 该方法还包括:
所述 BMS检查所述 SID是否是全局被监控对象, 如果是, 所述 BMS向 所述 BBS服务器发送论坛注册响应的步骤还包括: 所述 BMS向所述 BBS服 务器发送的论坛注册响应中携带监控指示; 所述 BBS服务器根据指示将所述 SID设置为本地被监控对象;
所述建立所述 BBS用户端 SID、论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名的关联关 系的步骤之后,该方法还包括: 所述 BBS服务器判断发布信息的 BBS用户端 是本地被监控对象, 则向所述 BMS发送论坛发布信息上报请求, 所述论坛发 布信息上 ^艮请求中携带所述 BBS用户端发布的信息及被监控对象信息, 所述 被监控对象信息包括论坛注册名或所述 BBS用户端的 SID。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述管理指追溯, 所述管理者具有 追溯权限, 所述 BMS根据 BBS服务器上报的注册信息、 管理者提供的论坛 注册名及 BBS服务器域名对所述 BBS用户端进行管理的步骤包括:
管理者向所述 BMS发送追溯请求, 所述追溯请求中包括 BBS用户端发 布信息时对应的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名;
所述 BMS判断所述管理者具有追溯权限后 ,根据所述论坛注册名及 BBS 服务器域名检索所述论坛注册名的关联信息, 所述关联信息包括所述论坛注 册名及 BBS服务器域名对应的所述 BBS用户端的 SID,以及所述 SID关联的 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名; 以及
7、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述 BMS根据 BBS服务器上报的 注册信息、管理者提供的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对所述 BBS用户端进 行管理的步骤包括:
管理者向所述 BMS发送管理请求, 所述管理请求中包括 BBS用户端发 布信息时对应的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名;
所述 BMS判断所述管理者具有管理权限后 ,根据所述论坛注册名及 BBS 服务器域名检索所述论坛注册名的关联信息, 并向对应的 BBS服务器发送管 理请求, 所发送的管理请求中包括被管理对象, 所述管理请求指屏蔽请求、 解除屏蔽请求、 监控请求或解除监控请求, 所述被管理对象指论坛注册名或 SID; 以及
所述 BBS服务器执行管理操作并向所述 BMS返回响应, 所述管理操作 包括: 根据屏蔽请求在本地黑名单中加入所述被管理对象, 或, 根据解除屏 蔽请求从本地黑名单中删除所述被管理对象, 或根据监控请求将所述被管理 对象设置为本地被监控对象, 或根据解除监控请求从本地被监控对象中删除 所述被管理对象。
8、一种电子公告板管理系统, 该系统基于用户身份标识和位置分离架构 网络实现, 包括通过网络连接的终端、 电子公告板(BBS )服务器及 BBS管 理服务器 (BMS), 其中:
所述终端, 具有全网唯一的身份标识符(SID ) , 所述终端执行 BBS论 坛功能时称为 BBS用户端, 所述 BBS用户端设置为: 向 BBS服务器注册论 坛注册名及发布信息;
所述 BBS服务器设置为:在 BMS的管理下为 BBS用户端提供 BBS服务, 包括注册论坛注册名以及发布信息,并在发布的信息中同时公布论坛注册名; 向所述 BMS上"¾所述 BBS用户端的注册信息, 所述注册信息包括 BBS用户 端的 SID、 论坛注册名以及所述 BBS服务器的域名; 所述 BMS设置为:对一个或若干个 BBS服务器进行管理,包括根据 BBS 服务器上报的注册信息、 管理者提供的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对所述 BBS用户端进行管理。

10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BBS服务器还包括与注册请 求处理模块及信息发布处理模块连接的本地黑名单检测模块, 所述本地黑名 单检测模块设置为: 在注册论坛注册名前或发布信息前, 检测要注册或发布 信息的 BBS用户端的 SID或论坛注册名是否在本地黑名单中, 如果在, 则通 知注册请求处理模块或发布信息处理模块向所述 BBS用户端反馈失败响应, 如果不在则通知所述注册请求处理模块或发布信息处理模块继续执行注册或 发布信息流程。
11、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BBS服务器还包括与所述注 册记录模块、 所述信息发布处理模块连接的监控处理模块, 所述监控处理模 块设置为: 根据本地被监控对象设置向所述 BMS上报监控信息, 所述监控信 息包括被监控对象发布的信息及被监控对象信息, 被监控对象信息包括论坛 注册名或所述 BBS用户端的 SID;
所述 BMS还包括监控管理模块,所述监控管理模块设置为:对所述 BBS 服务器上报的监控信息进行管理。
12、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BMS的所述论坛注册管理模 块是设置为: 对所述论坛注册请求进行处理包括: 检测所述 BBS服务器发送 的论坛注册请求中的 SID是否在全局黑名单中,若是则向所述 BBS服务器返 回拒绝注册响应, 若不是则返回允许注册响应。
13、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BMS还包括与信息记录模块 相连接的追溯管理模块, 所述追溯管理模块设置为: 根据管理者发送的追溯 请求进行追溯处理, 所述追溯请求中包括 BBS用户端发布信息时对应的论坛 注册名及 BBS服务器域名, 所述追溯处理包括判断所述管理者是否具有追溯 权限, 所述管理者具有追溯权限时根据所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名检 索所述论坛注册名的关联信息, 并向所述管理者返回所述论坛注册名的关联 信息; 所述关联信息包括所述论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名对应的所述 BBS 用户端的 SID, 以及所述 SID关联的论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名。
14、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BMS还包括与所述信息记录 模块及所述论坛注册管理模块相连接屏蔽管理模块, 所述屏蔽管理模块设置 为: 根据管理者的屏蔽请求或解除屏蔽请求对全局黑名单进行维护以及通知 对应的 BBS服务器对本地黑名单进行维护;
所述 BBS服务器的本地黑名单检测模块还设置为: 根据所述 BMS的通 知对本地黑名单进行维护。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中, 所述 BMS的监控管理模块与信 息记录模块相连接, 所述监控管理模块还设置为: 根据管理者的监控请求或 解除监控请求通知对应的 BBS服务器对本地被监控对象进行维护;
所述 BBS服务器的监控处理模块还设置为: 根据所述 BMS的通知对本 地被监控对象进行维护。
16、 一种电子公告板(BBS )服务器, 基于用户身份标识和位置分离架 构网络, 所述 BBS服务器设置为: 在 BBS管理服务器(BMS ) 的管理下为 BBS用户端提供 BBS服务, 包括注册论坛注册名以及发布信息, 并在发布的 信息中同时公布论坛注册名; 向 BMS上 4艮所述 BBS用户端的注册信息, 所 述注册信息包括 BBS用户端的身份标识符( SID )、论坛注册名以及所述 BBS 服务器的域名。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的 BBS服务器, 所述 BBS服务器包括相连接的 注册请求处理模块、 与所述注册请求处理模块连接的注册信息记录模块以及 与所述注册信息记录模块连接的信息发布处理模块, 其中:
所述注册请求处理模块设置为: 根据 BBS用户端发送的论坛注册请求进 行注册, 并向所述 BMS发送论坛注册请求, 所述论坛注册请求中携带 BBS 用户端的 SID、 论坛注册名及 BBS服务器域名; 以及接收所述 BMS的论坛 注册请求响应;

所述本地黑名单检测模块设置为: 在注册论坛注册名前或发布信息前, 检测要注册或发布信息的 BBS用户端的 SID或论坛注册名是否在本地黑名单 中, 如果在, 则通知注册请求处理模块或发布信息处理模块向所述 BBS用户 端反馈失败响应, 如果不在则通知所述注册请求处理模块或发布信息处理模 块继续执行注册或发布信息流程。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的 BBS服务器, 所述 BBS服务器还包括与所述 注册记录模块、 所述信息发布处理模块连接的监控处理模块,
