Abstract

The present invention relates to a rinsing cup-holding apparatus having an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp, the apparatus comprising: a main body in which a power supply is stored and at the top surface of which a lower electrical terminal connected to the power supply is upwardly exposed, and in a side surface of which a plurality of elevating slots are defined; a hanger plate, the structure of which covers the top surface and the side surface of the main body and which is configured such that a rinsing cup may be hung upside-down on the top surface thereof, and which is provided with an upper electrical terminal downwardly exposed at a position corresponding to the lower electrical terminal of the main body; an ultraviolet lamp connected to the lower electrical terminal and upwardly exposed from the hanger plate; and a spring installed between the main body and the hanger plate to resiliently support the hanger plate. With the cup-holding apparatus having an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp of the present invention, moisture remaining on a rinsing cup is evaporated and dried by ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp, and harmful microorganisms including bacteria are sterilized.
