Description

Multipack packaging box
In the present invention, for example, alcohol beverage cans such as canned beer, sparkling liquor cans, Chu-hi cans, and non-alcoholic beverage cans such as can juice, canned coffee, canned tea, canned tea, etc. The present invention relates to a multipack packaging box. In addition, the “container” in the present invention refers to a product in a form filled with contents.
Conventionally, a plurality of containers such as canned beer and canned juice are arranged in a row or standing in a row or in a plurality of rows, and then wrapped so as to wrap the upper, side and lower portions of the container. A paper multi-pack packaging box is used in which openings are formed through which both sides of a container group can be seen through at both ends where no side plate is present.
By using such a multi-pack packaging box, it becomes possible to carry a plurality of canned beers, canned juices, etc. in a single package and carry them easily at one time. Together, the use of such multipack packaging boxes has been rapidly expanding in recent years.
In such a multi-pack packaging box, a push-in flap that has a function of holding the container folded inside to prevent the contents from popping out or dropping out into the opening part of the side of the container group. The upper and lower retaining pieces connected to the upper and lower corners of the top plate and the bottom plate are connected to each other and connected to the upper and lower sides of the pressing flap piece. There are things.
Prior art documents considered to be related to this case will be described below.
In the multipack packaging box disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-161337 (Patent Document 1), the top and bottom corners of the top plate and the bottom plate are connected to the top and bottom of the pressing flap pieces. It is a structure in which a substantially triangular cutout is provided at the connection end of the upper retaining piece and the lower retaining piece, and the upper and lower end projecting angles of the pushing flap piece are 90 ° or more. It is composed of angles.
Moreover, in the multipack packaging box disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-233378 (Patent Document 2), the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 is connected to the connecting end portion between the pushing flap piece, the upper retaining piece, and the lower retaining piece. It is different in that the notch is not provided and is separated only from the cut line. The upper and lower end projecting angles of the indented flap pieces are 90 °.
As mentioned above, the multi-pack packaging box is basically a container that can be brought together and carried easily at a time. Therefore, in consideration of safety, it is possible to use a pushing flap piece, an upper retaining piece, and a lower retaining piece. The holding power of the container is required to be as high as possible. Moreover, it is also desired that the packaging box specifications can contribute to the reduction of the manufacturing cost including the reduction of the amount of paper raw material used.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the unfolded original box paper shown in FIG. 1 and a perspective view showing a state in which a can container represented by canned beer is stored in the box.
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of a state in which it is possible to eliminate the margin for discarding the multipack paper adjacent in the width direction when imposing the developed view of the multipack container on the base paper. It is a top view which shows the state in which is attached to the width direction.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a general multi-pack packaging box 1 capable of storing six cans of beer (three cans in series arranged in two rows) will be described as an example.
The multipack packaging box 1 of the present invention can be formed by assembling the unfolding sheet (packing sheet) shown in FIG. 1, and the unfolding sheet has a horizontally long and substantially rectangular shape as shown in FIG. ing.
In the present invention, when arranging a plurality of spread sheets, the direction of the vertical side 1a in FIG. 1 is referred to as “width direction (refer to the portion indicated by the arrow in FIG. 1 as the width direction)” for convenience.
In the unfolded sheet shown in FIG. 1, the central portion constitutes an upper surface plate 2, and side plates 3 and 4 are connected to both ends thereof. A bottom plate 5 is formed on the left side of the drawing, which is the tip side of the side plate 3, and a bottom plate 6 is formed on the right side of the drawing, which is the tip side of the side plate 4.
The upper surface plate 2 covers the upper surface of six canned beers in which three in series are arranged upright in two parallel rows, so that three cans of beer cans in the direction of the vertical side 1a and the direction of the horizontal side 1b in the drawing. It has an area consisting of the length of two beer cans. Side plates 3 and 4 corresponding to the height of the can beer are connected to both sides of the top plate 2 via folding lines 2a and 2b that form boundaries.
The bottom plates 5 and 6 are respectively formed with a locking portion 7 (the bottom plate 5 side) and a locking portion 8 (the bottom plate 6 side) that can be engaged with each other at the engaging portion.
The locking portion 7 on the bottom plate 5 side located on the left side of the drawing includes a first locking portion 7a parallel to one vertical side 1a of the developing sheet forming the leading end portion and a second locking portion 7 located on the inside thereof. It has a locking portion 7b. In this Embodiment, the latching | locking part 7 is each provided in the three places of the center of the vertical side 1a, and its both ends.
In this embodiment, the shape of the first locking portion 7a is a vertically long hole that is cut out, and one side is a straight portion, and the second locking portion 7b is cut as shown in the figure. .
On the other hand, the locking portion 8 on the bottom plate 6 side located on the right side of the drawing is formed so as to be able to engage with the first locking portion 7a and the second locking portion 7b, respectively. It consists of a first locking portion 8a and a second locking portion 8b.
In this embodiment, the shape of the first locking portion 8a is a straight line parallel to the vertical side 1a, and the center is a notch that forms a recess b on the inside. The shape of the second locking portion 8b tapers from the width of the first locking portion 8a to the neck portion d, and the subsequent tip is formed as a head portion c wider than the neck portion d.
At both end portions of the side plates 3 and 4, there are formed pressing flap pieces 9 which are folded inward and have a function of holding the container. Further, an upper retaining piece 10a and a lower retaining piece 10b for preventing the container from dropping off are formed so as to be connected to the corners of the bottom plates 5 and 6, respectively. These structures are the parts that constitute the main part of the present invention, and FIG. 1 also includes a partially enlarged view in which these parts are partially enlarged. A detailed configuration will be described later.
By attaching the bottom plates 5 and 6, the multipack packaging box 1 that can be stored so as to enclose a group of containers 19 such as canned beer is assembled. Then, as shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, an opening P through which a part of the side surface of the container group is viewed is formed at both ends where the side plates 3 and 4 of the multipack packaging box 1 are not present.
In the upper surface plate 2 in the embodiment of the present invention, a notch 50 is formed on the opening P side so that a part of the ring-shaped protrusion 95 formed on the peripheral edge of the top cover 90 of the container 19 can be seen. (See FIGS. 1 to 3).
Such a notch 50 is formed so that the can product can be drawn out as easily and easily as possible (improvement of take-out ease). That is, as shown in FIG. 3, canned beer can be easily taken out by hooking and pulling a part of the ring-shaped protrusion 95 being peeped on the tip of the finger.
It is particularly preferable that the shape of the cutout portion 50 is a curved shape, and the number of the cutout portions 50 is desirably the same as the number of containers viewed from the opening P. However, in the present invention, the presence of the cutout portion 50 is not essential, and it is a matter of course that a multipack packaging box that does not include the cutout portion 50 may be used.
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 13 denotes a compression hole (six locations), reference numeral 14a denotes a mountain fold line (fold line), and reference numerals 14b and 14b ′ denote valley fold lines (fold lines). Further, reference numeral 15a represents a top gusset hole (four places), reference numeral 15b represents a bottom gusset hole (four places), reference numeral 16 represents a finger hole (two places), and reference numeral 17 represents a cut line. A tear line indicated by reference numeral 17 on the upper surface plate 2 forms an upper surface tear opening piece. The operation of tearing off the top tear opening piece is started from the side of reference numeral 17a in FIG.
(Description of the essential structure of the present invention)
As described above, the main part of the present invention is the connection structure of the pushing flap piece 9, the upper retaining piece 10a, and the lower retaining piece 10b.
Details will be described below.
As shown in the overall view and a partially enlarged view of FIG. 1, push flap pieces 9 are formed at both ends of the side plates 4 and 3 so as to be folded inward to hold the container. An upper retaining piece 10a and a lower retaining piece 10b for preventing the container from dropping off are connected to the flap piece 9 until reaching the corner of the top plate 2 and the corners of the bottom plates 5 and 6, respectively. Is formed.
The lines that form the outermost parts of the pushing flap piece 9, the upper retaining piece 10a, and the lower retaining piece 10b constitute the same line 100 before being pushed, and the pushing flap piece 9 and the upper retaining piece 10a. The first partial separation (cut) of the end portion by the first cut line C1 that intersects the line is performed at the position of the line that forms the outermost part of the line.
Similarly, a partial second separation (cut) of the end portion by the second cut line C2 that intersects the line at the position of the line that forms the outermost part of the pushing flap piece 9 and the lower retaining piece 10b. Has been done.
Then, as shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. 1, the angle θ1 of the end portion of the pushing flap piece 9 on which the partial first separation is performed on the basis of the pushing flap piece 9, and the partial first The angle θ2 of the end portion of the pushing flap piece 9 that has been separated by 2 is formed at an acute angle. Here, “on the basis of the pushed-in flap piece 9” means a state in which the pushed-in flap piece 9 is viewed as a single unit. Further, when the cut shape of the end portion of the pushing flap piece is curved, the angles θ1 and θ2 can be obtained by drawing a tangent line at the outermost end portion (that is, the tangential line and the outermost line 100). And θ1 and θ2).
In the present invention, the first separation is performed only by the common first cut line C1. That is, the substantially triangular notch portion at the time of separation as disclosed in the prior patent document 1 is not provided, but only a linear cut is performed. Similarly, the second separation is performed only by the common second cut line C2. By forming the first separation and the second separation by such a method, the so-called “throw away” of the multi-pack paper adjacent in the width direction can be obtained in the imposition of the developed view of the multi-pack container on the base paper. It can be arranged so as to be eliminated, and can be stamped and formed at once with multiple impositions. For example, as shown in FIG. 4, a multi-sided (two-sided) chamfering arrangement in which the arrangement is in close contact is possible. The pressing flap piece 9 and the upper retaining piece 10a are the same except for the first cut line C1. The pushing flap piece 9 and the lower retaining piece 10b are connected by the second fold line 14b ′ except for the second cut line C2. The first and second fold lines 14b and 14b ′ are both valley-folded.
In the present invention, the angle θ1 of the end portion of the pushing flap piece 9 is an acute angle (that is, θ1 <90 °), as described above, preferably in the range of 30 ° to 75 °, more preferably in the range of 40 ° to 75 °. It is good to be in the range.
The angle θ2 of the end portion of the pushing flap piece 9 positioned below the other is an acute angle (that is, θ1 <90 °) as described above, preferably in the range of 30 ° to 75 °, more preferably in the range of 40 ° to A range of 75 ° is preferable.
The relationship between the angle θ1 and the angle θ2 may be any of θ1 = θ2, θ1 <θ2, and θ1> θ2, but a particularly preferable relationship obtained experimentally is preferably θ1> θ2. .
By using such suitable angles θ1 and θ2, it is possible to improve the holding force of the container stored and held in the box.
Further, in the present invention, as shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. 1, a line that forms the outermost portion of the pushing flap piece 9 is a point that shifts from the first cut line C1 to the first fold line 14b. The inner distance measured with reference to L1 and the point of transition from the second cut line C2 to the second fold line 14b 'is measured with reference to the line forming the outermost part of the pushing flap piece 9 as the reference Is L2, L2> L1 (preferably L2 = (1.1 to 1.5) L1, more preferably L2 = (1.1 to 1.3) L1). By satisfying such a condition, it is possible to improve the holding force of the container stored and held in the box.
The multipack packaging box of the present invention having the above-described main configuration can improve the holding power of the container housed and held in the box. Furthermore, it is possible to punch a plurality of papers simultaneously using a punching die arranged and formed so that the developing papers are adjacent to each other in the width direction so as to eliminate a substantial throw-away margin between adjacent developing papers. .
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing an example of a state in which the margin for discarding multipack paper adjacent in the width direction can be eliminated in imposing the developed view of the multipack container on the base paper. A plan view showing a state in which the paper is arranged side by side in the width direction is described. FIG. 4 shows an example in which two spread papers are provided side by side in the width direction due to the size of the paper surface. However, in consideration of productivity, for example, spread paper of about 5 to 10 is actually described. It is good to arrange so that there is.
The partial enlarged view of FIG. 4 is a drawing showing a preferred example of a punching blade for forming a connection structure between a pressing flap piece, an upper retaining piece, and a lower retaining piece in a portion adjacent in the width direction. .
The punching blade used in such an integrated punching method is such that, as shown in the partially enlarged view of FIG. 4, the developed paper is adjacent in the width direction, and the width of the adjacent developed paper is substantially discarded in the width direction. The common cutting blades 201, 202, 203 for forming adjacent straight lines and the shape of the cut line C1 for simultaneously extracting the adjacent first cut lines C1 at the same time are mirror-image-related. The continuous integral first punching blade 301 formed in the shape of the cut line C2 and the continuous integral first shape formed in a mirror image relationship for simultaneously removing the adjacent second cut lines C2 together. And two punching blades 302.
The common cutting blades 201, 202, and 203 for forming a straight line are formed by the first cutting blade 301 that forms the first cut line C1 and the second cutting blade 302 that forms the second cut line C2. , Arranged and formed so as to be divided. That is, the code G shown in the partial enlarged view of FIG. 4 remains as an uncut portion and is separated so that it is finally forcibly shredded. Therefore, a shredded mark is formed at that location, the sharpness of the sharp corners at the ends of the cut line C1 and the cut line C2 is slightly relaxed, and the corners are handed when the pushing flap piece 9 is pushed in. The benefit is that you don't mind the pain of touching.
Since the multipack packaging box of the present invention is configured to have the above-described main part configuration, the holding power of the container housed and held in the box can be improved.
According to the experiment of the present inventor, it is an experiment using a packaging box form containing 2 × 3 canned beer containers as shown in FIG. When the holding force of the container measured using the packaging box of the structure) is 100, the holding force of the container when θ1 = 72 ° and θ2 = 46 ° according to the present invention is 123, It was confirmed that a significant improvement in retention was achieved. Incidentally, it has been confirmed that the holding force of the container is surely improved beyond 100 when θ1 and θ2 are in the range of 40 ° to 75 °.
For reference, the holding force of the container in the case of θ1 = 90 ° and θ2 = 90 ° corresponding to Patent Document 2 was 84.
Further, the holding force of the container in the case of θ1 = 108 ° and θ2 = 134 ° as shown in FIG. However, the end angle of the upper and lower retaining pieces based on these angles θ1 and θ2 is an acute angle, and as a result of a sensory test when taking out the can by inserting a hand from the opening P side, there is a problem in handling the product. Since it was determined that there may be a pain level that would occur, it was excluded from the subject of the invention in order to achieve rights. The reason why the holding force of the container in the case of θ1 = 108 ° and θ2 = 134 ° is unexpectedly high is that, unlike the present invention, the holding force improvement mechanism has a high holding effect on the cans of the upper and lower retaining pieces. I guess it might be because it has become.
The holding force is measured by applying a force that pushes one row of 3 cans and the other row of 3 cans in the opposite direction to the 2 x 3 can beer container array. It was determined from the pressing force when popping out from the opening of the box. Twenty pieces of data were taken, and the two upper and lower data values were cut to obtain an average value of a total of 16 pieces of data.
In addition to the above effects, the multi-pack packaging box of the present invention can eliminate the margin for throwing away multi-pack paper adjacent in the width direction when imposing the developed paper on the base paper. It is possible to improve.
In addition, although embodiment of this invention demonstrated taking the packaging of canned beer as an example, it is not limited to this. For example, it can of course be applied to other various can products such as non-alcoholic beverage cans such as alcoholic beverage cans such as sparkling liquor cans and Chu-hi cans, can juice, canned coffee, canned tea, and canned tea.
The packaging box for multipacks of the present invention is a container of a certain quantity such as alcoholic beverage cans such as canned beer, sparkling liquor cans, Chu-hi cans, non-alcoholic beverage cans such as canned juice, canned coffee, canned tea, canned tea, etc. It is a packaging box for packaging and can be used in the packaging industry in general.
