Abstract

The present invention relates to a rear side layer system for thin-film solar modules having a rear contact. The rear contact comprises a conductive, light-reflective, structured rear layer (104, 306) for transporting electric current. According to the invention, a retroreflective dielectric layer (401, 501) is applied to the metal rear layer. The invention further relates to a thin-film solar module having a rear side layer system according to the invention, and a method for producing a rear side layer system according to the invention.
