以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图 1〜图 7所示, 为本发明的一个优选实施例。
一种电子密码锁面板, 包括其上带有密码输入键盘部 11的基板 1及一能将密码输 入键盘部 11遮盖起来的旋转盖板 2,基板 1和旋转盖板 2的外形基本相同,且它们两者 的一端均呈大致的圆盘状。
旋转盖板 2的圆盘部通过压盖 5转动连接在基板 1的圆盘部上,旋转盖板 2—侧开 有截面呈圆形的阶梯通孔 22, 压盖 5具有外形与阶梯通孔 22的小孔部外形相配的圆环 形挡壁 51, 及一外形与阶梯通孔 22的大孔部相配的圆环形挡肩 52, 圆环形挡壁 51穿 过阶梯通孔 22的小孔部后通过螺钉与基板 1连接在一起, 圆环形挡肩 52压制在阶梯通 孔 22的大孔部以将旋转盖板 2限位在基板 1上。
在旋转盖板 2和基板 1之间设有一旋转限位结构, 该旋转限位结构能将旋转盖板 2 限位在将密码输入键盘部 11遮盖起来的状态下; 旋转限位结构包括设置在基板 1上表 面的限位块 3及设置在旋转盖板 2背面上的弧形限位槽 21, 该弧形限位槽 21的弧度大 致为 90度, 限位块 3位于弧形限位槽 21内并能相对滑移, 在旋转盖板 2将密码输入键 盘部 11遮盖起来的状态下, 限位块 3位于弧形限位槽 21上部的末端, 在旋转盖板 2处 于打开状态下, 限位块 3位于弧形限位橹 21下部的末端。
在旋转盖板 2和基板 1还设有一阻尼结构,该阻尼结构为在旋转盖板 2的背面上沿 圆周间隔设置有多个凹坑 23, 基板 1上固定有三个阻尼弹块 6, 沿圆周均布, 每块阻尼 弹块 6上至少具有两片弹片 61, 各弹片 61的端部固定有一与凹坑 23相配的突点 62, 该突点 62在弹片 61弹力的作用下保持卡入凹坑 23趋势。
面板还包括有显示屏 7及有机玻璃板 8, 显示屏 7固定在基板 1上, 压盖 5上开有 一显示视窗 53, 显示屏 7的显示面位于压盖 5上的显示视窗 53内, 有机玻璃板 8被压 盖的圆环形挡肩 52压制在旋转盖板上阶梯通孔 22的大孔部内。
显示屏 7的控制电路由一干簧管 9控制, 干簧管 9固定在基板 1上, 旋转盖板 2 背面固定有强磁块 10, 在旋转盖板 2处于打开状态下, 强磁块 10靠近干簧管 9, 使干 簧管 9的两根弹片接触导通, 在旋转盖板 2处于遮蔽状态下, 强磁块 10远离干簧管 9, 使干簧管 9的两根弹片分离解除导通。
基板 1上还开有锁孔 12, 该基板 1上还设有一可将该锁孔 12遮盖住的滑盖 4, 滑 盖 4限位在基板 1上并能相对基板 1滑移。 本发明实施例的工作原理及过程如下:
如图 5、 图 6所示, 开启过程: 逆时针转动旋转盖板 2, 使其以基板 1的圆盘部和 旋转旋转盖板 2的圆盘部为圆心逆时针转动, 转动过程中, 弹片 61上的突点 62在扭力 作用下克服弹片 61的弹性而脱离凹坑 23的限制, 当旋转盖板 2大致转动到 90度状态 下, 弹片 61上的突点 62在弹片 61弹力作用下重新卡入相应的凹坑 23内, 这时旋转盖 板 2相对被限位, 同时旋转盖板 2不再遮蔽密码输入键盘部 11, 同时强磁块 10靠近干 簧管 9, 使干簧管 9的两根弹片接触导通, 点亮显示屏 7, 需要应急开启时, 则打开滑 盖 4, 露出锁孔 12, 便可插入钥匙开启锁具。
如图 1〜图 4所示, 遮蔽过程: 拔出钥匙, 合上滑盖 4, 再顺时针转动旋转盖板 2, 使其以基板 1的圆盘部和旋转旋转盖板 2的圆盘部为圆心顺时针转动, 转动过程中, 弹 片 61上的突点 62在扭力作用下克服弹片 61的弹性而脱离凹坑 23的限制, 当旋转盖板 2大致转动到水平态下,弹片 61上的突点 62在弹片 61弹力作用下重新卡入相应的凹坑 23内, 这时旋转盖板 2相对被限位, 这时旋转盖板 2遮蔽密码输入键盘部 11, 同时强 磁块 10远离干簧管 9, 千簧管 9不受强磁块 10的磁性影响使干簧管 9的两根弹片分离 解除导通, 显示屏 7熄灭, 显示屏 7不显示。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种电子密码锁面板, 包括其上带有密码输入键盘部 (11)的基板 (1), 其特征在 于: 所述面板还包括一能将密码输入键盘部 (11)遮盖起来的旋转盖板 (2), 该旋转盖板 (2) 的一侧转动连接在基板 (1)的一侧,且在旋转盖板 (2)和基板 (1)之间设有一旋转限位结构, 该旋转限位结构能将旋转盖板 (2)限位在将密码输入键盘部 (11)遮盖起来的状态下。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述旋转限位结构包括 设置在基板 (1)上表面的限位块 (3)及设置在旋转盖板 (2)背面上的弧形限位槽 (21),所述限 位块 (3)位于弧形限位槽 (21)内并能相对滑移, 在旋转盖板 (2)将密码输入键盘部 (11)遮盖 起来的状态下, 所述的限位块 (3)位于弧形限位槽 (21)的末端。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述的基板 (1)上还开有 锁孔 (12), 该基板 (1)上还设有一可将该锁孔 (12)遮盖住的滑盖 (4), 滑盖 (4)限位在基板 (1) 上并能相对基板 (1)滑移。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述旋转盖板 (2)通过压 盖 (5)连接在基板 (1)上, 所述旋转盖板 (2)—侧开有截面呈圆形的阶梯通孔 (22), 所述压盖 (5)具有外形与阶梯通孔 (22)的小孔部外形相配的圆环形挡壁 (51), 及一外形与阶梯通孔 (22)的大孔部相配的圆环形挡肩 (52), 所述圆环形挡壁 (51)穿过阶梯通孔 (22)的小孔部后 通过螺钉与基板 (1)连接在一起, 所述圆环形挡肩 (52)压制在阶梯通孔 (22)的大孔部以将 旋转盖板 (2)限位在基板 (1)上。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述面板还包括有显示 屏 (7)及有机玻璃板 (8), 所述显示屏 (7)固定在基板 (1)上, 所述压盖 (5)上开有一显示视窗 (53), 显示屏 (7)的显示面位于所述压盖 (5)上的显示视窗 (53)内, 所述有机玻璃板 (8)被压 盖的圆环形挡肩 (52)压制在旋转盖板上阶梯通孔 (22)的大孔部内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述显示屏 (7)的控制电 路由一干簧管 (9)控制, 所述干簧管 (9)固定在基板 (1)上, 所述旋转盖板 (2)背面固定有强 磁块 (10), 在旋转盖板 (2)处于打开状态下, 强磁块 (10)靠近干簧管 (9), 使干簧管 (9)的两 根弹片接触导通, 在旋转盖板 (2)处于遮蔽状态下, 强磁块 (10)远离干簧管 (9), 使干簧管 (9)的两根弹片分离解除导通。
7、根据权利要求 1〜6中任一权利要求所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述 旋转盖板 (2)的背面上沿圆周间隔设置有多个凹坑 (23),所述基板 (1)上固定有一个或数个 阻尼弹块 (6), 每块阻尼弹块 (6)上至少具有一片弹片 (61), 该弹片 (61)的端部固定有一与 凹坑 (23)相配的突点 (62), 该突点 (62)在弹片 (61)弹力的作用下保持卡入凹坑 (23)趋势。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子密码锁面板, 其特征在于: 所述阻尼弹块 (6)上具有 两片弹片 (61)。
9、根据权利要求 8所述的电子密码锁面板,其特征在于:所述阻尼弹块 (6)奢三 ί夬, 沿圆周均布。
