Abstract

Our machine processes the chocolate as fibriform with Cutting Blade (30), Plain Blade (31) installed with a Cutting Cartridge (29). The fibriform chocolate machine provides two different working facilities. The operator can easily use its right and left arm and can easily mount the machine's Worm Screw Shaft (12) to the right or left side by changing the Cutting Handle (14). The fibriform chocolate machine is an original design with the Cutting Blade (30) installed on the Cutting Cartridge (29). Original design tests and studies are still going on. These studies will contribute to machine as additional models. The fibriform chocolate machine with the Chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) processes the vegetables, fruits and similar hard products besides chocolate in a special spiral form or strip.

CHOCOLATE SHAVING MACHINE
Our invention enables chocolate to be used in a different concept in Pastry sector. Normally the process is carried depending on special knife and the chief's skill. This takes time and Standard product process is not possible. Carrying this process in shortest time and in the same conditions, Fibriform chocolate machine enables the chocolate to be processed in fibers.
Fibriform chocolate machine provides a new design for garnishing top of the products of different concepts such as pastry, cake, special cookies, portion pastries, milk products, ice cream service, fruit nappy service. It provides a different appearance and increase allurement of the product.
Fibriform chocolate machine is operated mechanically by manpower. User processes the chocolate in an easy tempo with operating system of the machine. This current system can convert the system from mechanic to motor power with electric by adding additional manpower and Electrical Motor. Ease of our machine is that it provides ease of use by assembling the user's right or left arm and Cutting Handle (14) on the right or left of the machine.
Operation mode of the manual model of our invention

For moving the chocolate placed on the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) nearer to the cutting cartridge (29) , wing screw 2 (10) is loosened, joystick (11) is turned on, square cog screw (04) is moved, gear box and chocolate on the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) go down and the cartridge (29) is reset. Wing screw 2 (10) is taken in the marked channel on the square cog screw (04) and fixed. Wing screw 2 (10) is fixed by screwing. Control of adjustment of the torque spring that provides operation of the chocolate to be processed between the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) and the cutting cartridge (29) with the power coming from the Cutting Handle (14), torque spring (07) connecting screw (08) and press nut (09).

After top and sides of the product is covered by chocolate, the product on the Swivel (27) is taken and served. This process continues for other products to be covered or garnished in turn.
After the covering process is finished, to take the machine to the initial position, firstly the wing screw 2 (10) is loosened. The joystick (11) is turned to lift up gear box (02) and the product respectively and thus the machine is taken to the initial position. The product remaining in the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) is removed.
The machine is taken to the cleaning if operation will not continue. Chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) is cleaned with a cleaning brush and a dry cloth. Swivel (27) is wiped with a moist cloth and a dry cloth. Fibriform chocolate machine is thus made ready for reuse.
Operation mode of the motor model of our invention

After top and sides of the product is covered by chocolate, the system is stopped by pushing stop button (37). The product on the Swivel (27) is taken and served. This process continues for other products to be covered or garnished in turn. After the covering process is finished, to take the machine to the initial position, switch key (38), gear box (02) and the product assembled are lift up respectively and thus the machine is taken to the initial position. The product remaining in the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) is removed.
For the fibriform chocolate machine work healthily with motor system, Switch 1 is assembled on the main body (01) in downstream in order the machine not damage the motor's cutting cartridge (29) and the plastic sliding bearing (28) connected to the Main body (01) and the gear box (02) with the power it takes from the switch key (38) while operating upward and downward. There are two different usages thanks to our invention:

• Also by assembling only the flat blade (31) on the cutting cartridge (29), the machine processes the chocolate in a spiral shape and thus provides a different presentation in garnishing.
• Fibriform chocolate machine provides two different ease of work to the user. For the user to use his right or left arm, the Cutting Handle may be changed easily by assembling worm screw shaft (12) on the Right or left side of the machine.
• The cutting blade (30) assembled on the cutting cartridge (29) of Fibriform chocolate machine is in various design phase. Various designed experiments other than current function are carried. These works will provide additional models to the machine.
• Fibriform chocolate machine and the chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) change their design and process tough products other than chocolate such as fruit, vegetable in fiber, spiral or stripe shapes.

20. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Timing Gear (20) enabling to convey the potency (power) obtained by the Worm Screw Shaft (12) to the Base Side Gear Shaft (18).
21. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Side Gear Shaft (21) enabling to connect the Timing Belt Gear (19) ,the Timing Gear (20) from a fixed angle with the Base Side Gear Shaft (18).
22. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Timing Belt (22) enabling the motion of the Timing Belt Gear (19) ,Timing Gear (20) and Side Gear Shaft (21) with the Worm Screw Shaft (12).
23. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Jockey Pulley (23), Jockey Pulley Screw (24) and Sleeve (25) enabling to convey the potency (power) obtained by the Worm Screw Shaft (12) to the Timing Belt (22) and consequently providing a better operation.
24. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Motor 01 (33) connected with a Square Cog Screw (04) and enabling the gearbox (02) to move upwards and downwards from the main body.
25. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Motor 02 (34) enabling the Retainer Swivel (15) to rotate by 360 °.

The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has an Outer Cabin (35) on it, and Switch 1 (downwards) (41) enabling the Motor 01 (33) connected to the Square Cog Screw (04) to move upwards and downwards by operating the switch (38) and stopping the operation so as to prevent the damage of the Chocolate Retainer Adaptor (17) by the Cutting Cartridge (29).

The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has an Outer Cabin (35) on it, and Switch 2 (41) enabling the Motor 01 (33) connected to the Square Cog Screw (04) to move upwards and downwards by operating the switch (38) and stopping the operation so as to prevent the damage of the Plastics Slide Bearing (28) over the gearbox (02).
28. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has an Outer Cabin (35) on it and a voltage lamp (40) indicating the presence of the electricity on the machine by switching on the Electricity Plug 220 Volt (44).
29. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has, for the easy functioning of the chocolate machine, a Start Button (36), Stop Button (37), Switch (up, down motion button) (38), Voltage Lamp (40) and an Outer Cabin (35) for comfortable use.
30. The invention is the fibriform chocolate machine; characterized in that it has a Motor 01 (33), Motor 02 (34), and an Outer cabin cover (39) so as to provide a proper functioning and to protect the machine from outside effects.
