Abstract

The device relates to external sockets. The technical result is to simplify the process of inserting the socket body into a base; to prevent rotation of the socket body relative to the base; to prevent rubbing of the body cavities by the base contact. The claimed technical result is achieved by the fact that the socket, which consists of a base and circular body (cover), wherein the body (cover) is formed from ceramic, differs in that a minimum of two grooves is formed on the internal side of the body, and a minimum of two convexities are arranged symmetrically on the external side of the base, wherein the convexities can freely enter the groove and move therealong.

Description

CERAMIC SOCKET
ОПИСАНИЕ DESCRIPTION
Application area
The device belongs to external outlets. State of the art
The prior art external sockets, which are mainly made of plastic. The disadvantage of such outlets is the clouding of the plastic over time, and combustibility - the risk of fire when a circuit or overload in the wiring.
These shortcomings are deprived of a socket with a ceramic case.
[3, 4].  The prior art external TV / FM sockets, made with a case made of ceramic [1, 2]. Also known from the prior art are electrical sockets with a ceramic case [3, 4].
All these sockets have several disadvantages.
In particular, the base with the contacts inside the ceramic body of the socket is made rounded in shape of the socket body, as a result of which, when laying the case on top of the base during installation of the socket in the place of its use, the body easily rotates around the base and in the process of rotation to find the position when the holes for the contacts coincide with the contacts of the base, the ceramic case is damaged (scratched) from the inside, which reduces the performance of the outlet. For example, when the electrical outlet is heated under a heavy load, scratches on the ceramic case can cause cracks in them, especially from above - at the place of attachment of the case to the base, where it is clamped with a screw or screw.
In addition, after fixing the socket housing to the base, the first one is also able to rotate around the axis and from free rotation it is held by the contacts inserted into the housing sockets. As a result, during operation, these contacts rub continuously on the sockets of the ceramic case when using the outlet by inserting plugs or connectors into it. As friction occurs, cracks appear in the ceramic body. The service life of the outlet is reduced. Technical result: simplifies the process of inserting the outlet into the base; rotation of the socket housing relative to the base is excluded; friction of the housing sockets on the base contacts is excluded.
The claimed technical result is achieved due to the fact that the socket, consisting of a base and a rounded body (cover), moreover, the body (cover) is made of ceramic, characterized in that at least two grooves are made on the inside of the case and symmetrically on the outside of the base at least two bulges are placed, and the bulges are made with the ability to freely enter the grooves and move along them. In addition, at least one hole for wiring is made in the lower part of the housing.

In FIG. 2 shows a structural device of the socket with a base inserted into the housing, where 13 is a clamping bolt.
Device implementation
The ceramic socket can be implemented using the following construction as an example (see Fig. 1, Fig. 2). The two main parts of the outlet: the base (6) and the housing (1) (cover). The case (cover) (1) is made of ceramic, which gives the socket all the design properties, eliminating the disadvantages of clouding of the case with time and the risk of fire when the wiring is shorted or overloaded.
Distinctive features of the outlet are at least two grooves (5) made on the inner side of the housing (1), and at least two bulges (12) symmetrically placed on the outer side of the base (6), and the bulges are able to freely enter the grooves (5) and move around them. At least one hole (3) for wiring is made in the lower part of the housing (1). Insofar as the socket is ceramic, not plastic, this hole must be present in the case, since the user himself will not be able to make it without breaking the structure. But when solving a number of individual tasks for securing outlets to wiring from the inside of the supporting surface, this hole is not necessary. The shape of the bulges (12) of the base (6) can be different, but have the property of free insertion into the grooves (5) and displacement along them. For example, the bulges (12) may have a shape identical to the free space inside the grooves (5), as shown in the drawing. But also the bulges can have a more simplified shape, for example, in the form of small tubercles or protrusions. The technical result achieved does not depend on the shape of the protrusions, but the bulges must have the condition to freely enter the grooves (5) and move along them.
The principle of attaching the outlet to the supporting surface is as follows.
1).  On the supporting surface (11), the base (6) is fixed by screwing the screws (10) to the mounting sockets (9) (see Fig. 1).
Then, on top of the base, combining the grooves (5) with the bulges (12) impose a ceramic socket body (1). Then the housing is screwed to the base with a bolt (13) (see Fig. 2), screwing it into the mounting socket (8), where the thread is made.
Due to the combination of the bulges (12) and the grooves (5), the body is firmly fixed relative to the base and cannot rotate. As a result, the friction of the holes (2) in the ceramic case and contact sockets (7) is eliminated.
Due to the presence of grooves (5), the housing (cover) (1) of the outlet is conveniently mounted on the base (6), thereby simplifying the process of inserting the outlet into the base.
