Abstract

본 발명은 자기 공명 장치에서 자기 공명에 의해 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 영상 획득 방법은 RF 여기 펄스(RF excitation pulse)를 인가하여 조직체에서 자화(magnetization)를 여기하는 단계와, RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스(RF refocusing pulse) 중 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스인 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로 매칭 분쇄기(matching crusher)의 모멘트(moment)를 그 외 펄스열에 있는 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트 보다 증가시킨 부가적 매칭 분쇄기를 삽입시키는 단계를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 유동성 혈액의 신호 강도를 억제하는 동안 종양의 신호 강도를 선택적으로 향상시킨 T1-강조 영상을 획득할 수 있다.

Description

유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법
본 발명은 조직체에 대한 자기 공명 영상의 획득방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging: 자기 공명 영상)는 인체 내에 있는 원자핵에 외부로부터 에너지를 주어 그 핵에서 발생하는 신호를 얻어 영상화하는 것으로, MRI에서 주로 이용되는 원자핵은 수소원자핵 내의 양성자(proton)이다. 해당 양성자와 외부 에너지와의 상호작용에 의해 MR 영상에 관련된 대조도를 묘사할 수 있는데, 조직의 서로 다른 스핀격자 이완시간에 의해 결정되는 종축자화를 이용하여 영상화한 것을 T1-강조 영상(T1-weighted imaging)이라고 한다.
종양의 뇌 전이에서는 혈관이 혈액 뇌관문을 부양하지 않는데, 외인성 소 분자량 명암 대비 시료가 투여되면, 영향받는 조직에 축적을 일으킨다. 따라서, 명암 대비 시료의 T1 단축효과에 민감한 명암 대비-향상된(Contrast-Enhanced: CE) 영상법은 뇌 전이의 검출을 위해 이용된다. CE T1-강조 2D 스핀 에코 영상은 투과성 관을 가진 뇌종양의 검출을 위해 널리 임상적 수용을 얻었으며, 높은 signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) 및 contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR)를 제공한다. 그러나, 부분 용적 효과(partial volume effects)에 기인한 전이의 작은 크기를 검출하는데는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이 문제를 극복하기 위하여, 3D T1-강조 이미징 시퀀스를 널리 이용하는 자화 준비 그레디언트 에코 영상법(magnetization-prepared-rapid-gradient-echo imaging: MP-RAGE imaging)은 임상적으로 허용되는 이미징 시간 내에서 고 해상도, 등방성의 전체 뇌 데이터를 획득하기 위하여 이용될 수 있다.
이러한 장점에도 불구하고, 자기 공명 조영제의 분포가 혈관 및 종양실질 내 양 영역의 동시의 향상을 초래하여 전이 환부 검출의 정확성을 손상시킨다. 혈액의 신호 강도의 억제는 공간적 범위가 증가하여 더 문제가 되고 있다.
본 발명이 이루고자 하는 기술적 과제는 혈관의 신호 강도를 억제하는 동안 종양의 신호 강도를 선택적으로 향상시키는 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 발명의 일 양태에 따르면 기본장 방향으로 정렬된 기본 자기장을 가진 자기 공명 장치에서 자기 공명에 의해 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 있어서, RF 여기 펄스(RF excitation pulse)를 인가하여 조직체에서 자화(magnetization)를 여기하는 단계, 상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스(RF refocusing pulse) 중 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스인 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로 매칭 분쇄기(matching crusher)의 모멘트(moment)를 그 외 펄스열에 있는 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트 보다 증가시킨 부가적 매칭 분쇄기를 삽입시키는 단계, 가변성 플립각으로 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스를 인가하는 단계, 상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스 외의 펄스열에서 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트를 증가시키는 단계, 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가 후에 회복 펄스 열을 인가하여 다음 RF 여기 펄스 인가 전에 기본장 방향에 반대로 자화를 정렬하는 단계, 및 상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 상기 조직체로부터 자기 공명 신호를 획득하여 상기 자기 공명 신호로부터 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 조직체의 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법을 제공한다.

본 발명의 다른 양태에 따르면 기본장 방향으로 정렬된 기본 자기장을 가진 자기 공명 장치에서 자기 공명에 의해 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 있어서, RF 여기 펄스(RF excitation pulse)를 인가하여 조직체에서 자화(magnetization)를 여기하는 단계, 상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스(RF refocusing pulse) 중 180도로 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스인 제1 리포커싱 펄스(α1= 180 °)의 양측으로 매칭 분쇄기(matching crusher)의 모멘트(moment)를 그 외 펄스열에 있는 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트 보다 증가시킨 부가적 매칭 분쇄기를 삽입시키는 단계, 가변성 플립각으로 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스를 인가하는 단계, 상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스 외의 펄스열에서 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트를 증가시키는 단계, 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가 후에 회복 펄스 열을 인가하여 다음 RF 여기 펄스 인가 전에 기본장 방향에 반대로 자화를 정렬하는 단계, 및 상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 상기 조직체로부터 자기 공명 신호를 획득하여 상기 자기 공명 신호로부터 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 조직체의 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법을 제공한다.
본 실시예는 유동성 혈액의 신호 강도를 억제하는 동안 종양의 신호 강도를 선택적으로 향상시킨다. T1-강조 영상에서 뇌 전이를 검출하는데 효과적이다. 또한, 뇌종양 검출에서 3D 터보/고속 스핀에코(spin echo: SE) 영상의 응용 범위를 넓힐 수 있다.

도 1 및 도 2는 본 실시예에 따른 조직체의 T1-강조 영상 획득방법을 개략적으로 도시한 도면이다.
도 1 및 도 2를 참조하면, 신호 여기는 공간적인 비선택적 RF 여기 펄스(30)에 의해 발생된다. 그런 다음, 가변 플립각으로 리포커싱 펄스 열(50)을 인가시킨다. 여기서, 공간적인 비선택적 RF 여기 펄스란 펄스가 인가된 부위에서 비선택적으로 신호를 여기시키는 펄스를 말하고, 가변 플립각(variable flip angle)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 리포커싱 펄스 열(50)의 플립각이 일정하지 않고 다양한 것을 말한다.
신호의 획득은 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51) 후 리포커싱 펄스들 사이에서 일어난다. 다음으로, 다음 공간적인 비선택적 RF 여기 펄스(30)는 반복 시간(repetition time: TR) 후 인가된다. 여기서, 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51)는 리포커싱 펄스 열(50) 중 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스를 나타내고, 제2 리포커싱 펄스는 리포커싱 펄스 열(50) 중 두번째 리포커싱 펄스를 나타낸다.
자화 준비(10)는 예를 들어, 90도 펄스 및 일어난 횡축 평면 자화를 디페이스(de-phase)시키는 스포일러 그레디언트로 구성되는데, 첫번째인 공간적인 비선택적 RF 여기 펄스(30)전에 스위칭된다.
도 2를 참조하면, 리포커싱 펄스(50)는 α1,y 내지 αL,y로 다른 플립각을 가진 복수의 펄스를 포함한다.
도 3은 가변 플립각 방식의 에코열(echo train)에서 다양한 리포커싱 플립각들을 보여주는 그래프이다.
다시 도 2를 참조하면, 리포커싱 펄스 열(50)의 말단에서 세가지 짧은, 비선택적 펄스로 구성된 회복 펄스(70)가 인가된다. 회복 펄스(70)는 횡축 평면 및 종축을 따라 남아있는 자화의 실질적인 수준을 횡축 평면으로 모으는 첫번째 두 개의 펄스(71,72) 및 음 종축으로 회전시키는 마지막 90도 펄스(73)로 구성된다. 첫번째 두 개의 펄스(71,72)는 첫번째 스핀 에코로부터 두번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP2)으로 인가되고 마지막 90도 펄스(73)는 첫번째 두 개의 펄스(71,72)와 ESP2/2의 시간 간격으로 인가되는 것이 바람직하다.
STE(stimulated echo)코스에서 자화를 위한 위상 분산 및 각 홀수 에코에서의 STE 코스에서 자화를 위한 위상 분산들을 확대하기 위하여, FE(frequency encoding)방향에서 각 리포커싱 펄스의 양측에서 매칭 분쇄기(스포일러)의 그레디언트 모멘트는 증가된다. 에코 열의 초기에서 혈액의 신호 강도를 빠르게 감소시키기 위하여, x, y 및 z축에서 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51)의 양측에서 부가적 매칭 분쇄기(91)가 유동성의 방향 관련 없이 에코 열의 초기 부분에서 자화의 위상 분산을 촉진시키기 위하여 삽입된다. 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로 부가적 매칭 분쇄기(91)의 모멘트를 다른 매칭 분쇄기(93)의 모멘트보다 증가시켜 삽입시킨다. 바람직한 그레디언트 모멘트를 주어, 모든 매칭 분쇄기들은 최대 그레디언트 진폭 및 슬루율내에서 가장 짧은 지속을 가지도록 한다.
생성된 복수의 스핀 에코들에서 RF 여기 펄스(30)로부터 첫번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP1)이 첫번째 스핀 에코로부터 두번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP2) 보다 더 긴 것이 바람직하다. ESP(echo spacing)1 ESP2 더 긴 ESP(ESP1)는 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51)의 양측에서 부가적 매칭 분쇄기(91)를 수용하며, 도 2에서의 제1 에코에 대해 이용된다. 가장 짧은 ESP (ESP2)는 에코 열의 나머지에 대해 이용된다.
신호의 손실을 피하고 이용가능한 자화를 충분히 활용하기 위하여, 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51)의 플립각은 180도로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이하에서는, 블로흐 방적식(Bloch-equation)의 시뮬레이션을 이용한 본 실시예의 효과를 도 4 내지 도 8을 이용하여 설명한다.
시뮬레이션의 변수는 다음과 같다. G R (예비-페이싱 그레디언트의 진폭)= 10 mT/m , G D (제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측에 부가적 매칭 분쇄기의 진폭)= 0 mT/m, ESP(echo spacing) = 4.0 ms, ETL = 22
도 4 및 도 5는 다양한 리포커싱-플립-각에 따른 효과를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 에코열에서 리포커싱 플립각들의 변이를 보여준다. 고정 플립각 방식(CFA)에서 플립각이 180o 에서 120o로 낮아짐에 따라 혈액의 신호 강도는 감소된다. 가변 플립각 방식는 에코열을 따라 훨씬 더 낮은 혈액신호를 보유하며, 부분적으로 제1 에코들에서 빠른 신호 강하를 나타낸다.
도 5를 참조하면, 유속이 증가함에 따라 혈액신호들은 모든 리포커싱-플립-각 방법에 대하여 감소한다. 가변 플립각 방식에서, 혈액의 신호 강도의 초기 빠른 강하는 v = 1 cm/s(도 4) 보다는 v = 5 cm/s(도 5)의 에코열에서 더 일찍 일어난다. 또한, α1 = 180o 으로의 가변 플립각 방식은 α1≠ 180o인 경우과 비교하여 한 에코만큼 이동된다.
도 6 및 도 7은 리포커싱 가변 플립각을 이용한 다양한 유동성-민감 그레디언트의 혈액의 신호전개를 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 6을 참조하면, α1= 180o에 대하여, Rg 가 증가함에 따라 에코열의 초기의 신호 강하는 더 빨라지고 Rg이 2.0 및 2.5로 증가함에 따라 혈액의 신호 강도는 최초 열개의 에코들 후 거의 바닥 수준에 도달한다. 여기서, Rg는 시뮬레이션에서 특정된 레퍼런스 그레디언트 모멘트(M GR0 = 20 ms mT/m)에 대한 예비-페이싱 그레디언트 모멘트(M GR )의 비를 나타낸다.
도 7을 참조하면, Rd이 1.0 이상으로 증가함에 따라, 바닥 수준에 대한 신호 강하는 에코열을 따라 제1 에코 후 즉각 나타난다. 여기서, Rd M GR 0 대 부가적 매칭 분쇄기 진폭(M GD )의 비를 나타낸다.
α1 가 180도가 아니라면, 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51) 후 즉각적인 SE(spin echo) 및 STE 코스에서의 자화는 실질적인 디-페이싱(de-phasing)을 경험하고, 두번째 에코로부터 신호의 빠른 감소를 나타낸다. 제1 리포커싱 플립각은 정지 조직에서 신호의 손실을 피하기 위하여 180o로 되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 8은 가변 플립각을 이용한 180°인 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 효과를 보여주는 그래프이다.
도 8을 참조하면, α1= 180o를 가진 종양과 백색질의 신호 강도는 α1≠ 180o인 경우의 두 배이다. α1= 180o를 가진 두 조직들간의 신호 차이는 α1≠ 180o의 경우와 비교하여 대략 두 배로 증가한다.
이하에서는, 본 실시예에 따른 실험예를 도 9 내지 도 11을 이용하여 기술한다.
3명의 건강한 지원자와 뇌 전이가 의심되는 6명의 환자들에서 3T 전체 몸 MR 스캐너에서 두 번의 대조시료의 투약 전 후의 영상을 획득하였다.
유동성-민감 그레디언트를 가진 가변 플립각 방식에서 180도인 제1 리포커싱 플립각의 효과를 보여주기 위하여, 시상면에서 뇌 영상의 두 개의 세트가 각각 α1 = 92o 및 180o에서 본 실시예에 따른 펄스-시퀀스를 이용하여 지원자에서 획득되었다. 유동성-민감 그레디언트를 가진 가변 플립각 방식은 Rg/Rd = 1.0/1.0일 수 있다.
영상변수는 다음과 같다. 반복 시간 (TR) = 650 ms; 유효 TE (TEeff) = 12.1 ms; ESP1 = 8.8 ms; ESP2 = 3.3 ms; ETL = 22; field-of-view (FOV) = 250 x 250 mm2; 동위상 획득 매트릭스 = 240 (phase encoding) x 256 (frequency encoding); 파티션 = 56; 및 슬라이스 두께(slice thickness )= 3.0 mm.
혈액 신호의 억제하에서 다른 리포커싱-플립-각의 효과를 입증하기 위하여, 시상 뇌 영상이 본 실시예에 따른 방법을 이용하여 지원자에게서 획득되었다. 영상 변수는 상기와 동일하다.
비교를 위하여, 영상의 세트는 다음 변수로 종래 MP-RAGE방식을 이용하여 획득되었다. 반전의 TR/TE/시간(TI) = 2200/4.4/900 ms; 플립 각 = 10o; FOV = 250 x 250 mm2; 동위상 획득 매트릭스 = 256 x 256; partitions = 56; 및 슬라이스 두께 = 3.0 mm.
대조시료의 주입 후에 따르는 종래 MP-RAGE방식의 비교로서 시상면에서 고 해상도 등방성 전체 뇌 영상의 두 개의 세트가 각각 획득된다.
초기 분포를 위해 대조시료의 주입 3분 후 영상이 획득된다.
대조시료 주입 및 이미징 사이의 다른 시간으로부터 초래될 수 있는 뇌종양의 신호 강도를 평가하는데 편차를 줄이기 위하여, 6명 중 세명의 환자들을 본 실시예에 따른 방법에 의해 뒤따르는 종래 MP-RAGE를 이용하여 스캔되지만, 남은 세명의 환자들은 반대 순서로 영상이 획득된다. 영상변수들은 두 방법에서 다음으로 동일하다. FOV = 250 x 250 mm2; 파티션 = 176; 슬라이스 두께 = 1.0 mm; 및 이미징 시간 = 8.5 min.
종래 MP-RAGE방식의 영상변수는 다음과 같다: TR/TE/TI = 2200/4.4/900 ms; 동위상 획득 매트릭스 = 256 x 256; 및 플립각= 10o. 본 실시예에 따른 방법의 영상변수는 다음과 같다.: TR/TEeff = 650/11.7 ms; 동위상 획득 매트릭스 = 240 x 256; ESP1/ESP2 = 18.9/4.3 ms; ETL = 22; 가변 플립각 방식 (α1 =180o); 및 Rg = 2.5; Rd = 2.0-3.0.
도 9는 자기 공명 조영제의 주입전 가변 플립각 방식을 이용하여 획득된 뇌영상의 두가지 세트를 보여주는 사진이다.
도 9를 참조하면, 유동성-민감 그레디언트의 존재에서 α1 = 180o (a)를 가진 가변 플립각 방식은 α1 ≠ 180o경우(b) 보다 두 배 높은 SNR을 나타낸다.
도 10은 본 실험예에 따라 획득된 자기 공명 영상을 보여주는 사진이다.
도 10을 참조하면, 상위열은 종래 MP-RAGE방식을 이용한 CE 영상 (a),고정 플립각 180o를 이용한 CE 영상(b), 고정 플립각 120o를 이용한 CE 영상(c) α1 = 180o 를 이용한 가변 플립각 CE 영상(d)을 보여준다. 플립각 방법이 고정 플립각에서 가변 플립각 방식으로 변화함에 따라 혈액의 신호 강도는 점차적으로 감소한다.
중간열은 증가하는 Rg 값(e 내지 h)으로 본 실시예에 따른 가변 플립각 방식(α1 = 180o)을 이용하여 획득된 영상을 보여준다. 혈액 신호는 Rg = 1.0 및 1.5 (e 및 f 참조)에서 높게 남아있고, Rg이 2.0 및 2.5로 증가함에 따라 점차적으로 감소된다(g 및 h 참조).
하위열은 Rg = 2.5로 유지되는 동안 증가하는 Rd 값 (i 내지 l)으로의 본 실시예에 따른 가변 플립각 방식 (α1 = 180o)를 이용하여 획득된 영상을 보여준다. 남아있는 혈액신호로부터 초래된 유동성-유도된 산물(화살표)은 Rd = 0.0 및 1.0로 분명하게 보일 수 있고(i 및 j 참조) Rd = 2.0 및 3.0에서 실질적으로 감소된다(k 및 l 참조).
도 11은 종래 MP-RAGE 방식 및 본 실시예에 따른 방법을 이용하여 환자에게서 획득된 영상을 보여주는 사진이다.
도 11을 참조하면, 종래 MP-RAGE 방식에서 양 전이성 뇌종양(화살표) 및 혈액에서의 신호 강도는 동시에 향상된다. 그러나, 본 실시예에 따른 방법에서 전이성 종양 신호들은 높게 남아있지만 혈액 신호는 억제된다.
표 1은 6명 환자 중 5명으로부터 획득된 영상을 이용한 종래 MP-RAGE 방식 및 본 실시예에 따른 방법에 대한 SNR 및 CNR의 양적인 비교를 보여준다.

종래 MP-RAGE 방식과 비교하여, 본 실시예에 따른 방법은 SNRWM 에서 21.6 % 감소 , CNRWM-GM 에서 46.7 % 감소 및 CNRWM-종양 에서 9.9 % 감소를 초래한다.
플립각방식이 고정 플립각 방식에서 가변 플립각 방식로 변화함에 따라 혈액의 신호 강도는 점차적으로 감소한다.
정지조직 사이의 대비는 제1 리포커싱 펄스(51)의 양측에서의 추가적 속도 엔코딩 그레디언트의 형상을 최적화하여 이에 따라 유효 TE를 감소시킴에 의해 향상될 수 있다. 따라서, 종래 MP-RAGE 방식과 비교하여, 본 실시예가 혈액신호를 억제하는 동안 종양신호를 선택적으로 향상시킴을 확인할 수 있다.
상술한 실시예에서 사용한 구체적인 수치는 본 발명의 일 실시예를 설명하기 위한 것에 불과하므로 본 발명의 내용이 이러한 구체적인 수치에 한정되지 않는다.
이상 본 발명에 대하여 실시예를 참조하여 설명하였지만, 해당 기술 분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명의 기술적 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 본 발명을 다양하게 수정 및 변경시켜 실시할 수 있음을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 상술한 실시예에 한정되지 않고, 본 발명은 이하의 특허청구범위의 범위 내의 모든 실시예들을 포함한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (19)

  1. 기본장 방향으로 정렬된 기본 자기장을 가진 자기 공명 장치에서 자기 공명에 의해 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 있어서,
    RF 여기 펄스(RF excitation pulse)를 인가하여 조직체에서 자화(magnetization)를 여기하는 단계;
    상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스(RF refocusing pulse) 중 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스인 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로 매칭 분쇄기(matching crusher)의 모멘트(moment)를 그 외 펄스열에 있는 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트 보다 증가시킨 부가적 매칭 분쇄기를 삽입시키는 단계;
    가변성 플립각으로 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스를 인가하는 단계;
    상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스 외의 펄스열에서 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트를 증가시키는 단계;
    상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가 후에 회복 펄스 열을 인가하여 다음 RF 여기 펄스 인가 전에 기본장 방향에 반대로 자화를 정렬하는 단계; 및

    상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가로 생성되는 복수의 스핀 에코(spin echo)들에서 상기 RF 여기 펄스로부터 첫번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP1)이 상기 첫번째 스핀 에코로부터 두번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP2) 보다 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    레퍼런스 그레디언트 모멘트(M GR0 )에 대한 예비-페이싱(pre-phasing) 그레디언트 모멘트(M GR )의 비인 Rg는 2.0 내지 2.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    레퍼런스 그레디언트 모멘트(M GR0 )에 대한 부가적 매칭 분쇄기 진폭(M GD )의 비인 Rd 1.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 RF 여기 펄스는 펄스가 인가된 부위에서 비선택적으로 신호를 여기시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  11. 기본장 방향으로 정렬된 기본 자기장을 가진 자기 공명 장치에서 자기 공명에 의해 유동성 혈류의 신호를 선택적으로 제거하면서 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 방법에 있어서,
    RF 여기 펄스(RF excitation pulse)를 인가하여 조직체에서 자화(magnetization)를 여기하는 단계;
    상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스(RF refocusing pulse) 중 180도로 가장 첫번째 리포커싱 펄스인 제1 리포커싱 펄스(α1= 180 °)의 양측으로 매칭 분쇄기(matching crusher)의 모멘트(moment)를 그 외 펄스열에 있는 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트 보다 증가시킨 부가적 매칭 분쇄기를 삽입시키는 단계;
    가변성 플립각으로 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스를 인가하는 단계;
    상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스 외의 펄스열에서 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트를 증가시키는 단계;
    상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가 후에 회복 펄스 열을 인가하여 다음 RF 여기 펄스 인가 전에 기본장 방향에 반대로 자화를 정렬하는 단계; 및
    상기 RF 여기 펄스 인가 후 상기 조직체로부터 자기 공명 신호를 획득하여 상기 자기 공명 신호로부터 조직체의 T1-강조 영상을 획득하는 단계를 포함하는 조직체의 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스를 인가하는 단계에서,
    상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로의 부가적 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트가 매칭 분쇄기의 모멘트들 중 최대인 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  13. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 리포커싱 펄스의 양측으로의 부가적 매칭 분쇄기의 삽입은 x, y 및 z축으로 유동성의 방향 관련없이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  14. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 회복 펄스 열은 횡축 평면 및 종축을 따라 남아있는 자화를 횡축 평면으로 모으는 첫번째 두 개의 펄스 및 음 종축으로 회전시키는 마지막 90도 펄스로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  15. 제 14 항에 있어서,
    상기 회복 펄스 열 중 첫번째 두 개의 펄스는 상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가로 생성되는 복수의 스핀 에코(spin echo)들에서 상기 첫번째 스핀 에코로부터 두번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP2)으로 인가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  16. 제 11 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 RF 리포커싱 펄스의 인가로 생성되는 복수의 스핀 에코(spin echo)들에서 상기 RF 여기 펄스로부터 첫번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP1)이 상기 첫번째 스핀 에코로부터 두번째 스핀 에코와의 시간 간격(ESP2) 보다 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 T1-강조 영상의 획득방법.
  17. 제 11 항에 있어서,
