Abstract

It is considered a machine of electronic expulsion (Automatic Siphon) that works via current source reaches (12 volt, 3.5 Amp.). It is generated from luminary cells after putting it on the building surface or associated or governmental authorities. It consists of 4 main parts that are: 1 - Diaphragm (Drainer) 2- buoy 3- carrier 4- control plate and the switch of starting. These electronic parts when pressing the start switch to expel water. This machine differs from the other machines that work mechanically. All the defects that are found in most of the previous machines are eliminated such as leaking phenomenon, damage, exhausting water. But the current electronic machines is suitable for working under any water pressure and it is safe as it prevents electric problems.

The technical field of the new invention is related to the industry field. This invention is an automatic siphon's machines that can work by using solar energy or electricity.
Among its important features and advantages is to eliminate the phenomenon of water leakage and waste inside lavatory bases.

On of the problems existing in the prior art some of development in some parts of the machine, but there are still shortcomings in the use of materials which are manufactured seals because it damages it in the water and some modern machines are also it seal had damaged or the diaphragm(drainer) in the water in order to interact the skin with the seal and this lead to them damaged or found on them many of turns that lead to the infiltration in the toilet.

This is why Allah has made the percentage of water on this planet is about 70% and the percentage of water inside the human body is about 65% out of the necessary amount of water to keep him alive and also for our bodies' cells to perform its functions properly. So, we have to preserve this great gift and all the sources that provide us with it and also to pay the required care and attention towards it; and also to economize the usage of it and not to waste it in order to avoid losing it and fight with each other over it as a result whereas, it is more precious than petroleum for all nations.
It is worthy noting that there is a report made in 2008 by The Developing Center of The UN in collaboration with the Ministry of Local Development, which showed that there will be a reduction in the individual's quota of water in Egypt from 1000 cubic meter to 600 cubic meter in the year 2017.
However, the household needs of drinking water can be estimated as of 4.5 billion cubic meter annually. It is also expected that this number will increase due to the increasing number of population yearly with a range of 2.1%; whereas, the total needs of that sector are valued at 6.6% billion cubic liter annually by the year 2017.
However, the strategic experts note that the coming wars will be wars for water drops that constitute the basis of our life on this earth.
Consequently, the idea of developing the siphon's machine to avoid the old defects that may exist in these machines currently, which can be in one of the constituent parts such as the buoy and/or the drainer as I have already explained. So, the new machine is mainly designated to avoid all these defects as much as we can and to match the nature of water; whereas, this machine works automatically through a low electric current of 12 volt whether this current is generated by electricity or solar power. So, we are very concerned with providing the all necessary factors in the new machine so that we can avoid the leakage of water and defects; since, the new machine works automatically through an electric current of 12 volts/ 3-5 Ampere, that can be generated by solar power or electricity.
Whereas, the parts- that work mechanically to press water inside the machine - have been converted to parts that work automatically, so as not to be affected by the high or low water pressure; and unlike the old machines that can be easily affected by any pressure of water and thus leads to waste and leak big amounts of water; besides, the imprecision of selecting the materials used for manufacturing the previous machines. The method of exploitation
To use this machine, after offering the machine to the companies that produce sanitary ware or bases of the closet through using the machine instead of the previous machine of the previous technique, thus reducing or eliminating the phenomenon of water leakage(source of life).
As that machine is used by companies and government agencies, hospitals, universities, schools, hotels and public places, which has the largest amount of people gathered and the use of the latrines, and that machine propertied to work in any high-pressure water machines other than the other most affected by high water pressure. Function of the machine:

Claims

CLAIMS - The new parts that should be protected in the new invention are as follows: 1- The first Claim : The automatic siphon's machine (The automatic siphon) - it is an automatic siphon that organizes the entry and exit of water from and to it, which in turn helps avoid the problem of water leakage that occurs with the old and normal siphons and machines and also it is not affected by the pressure of water. This part includes some elements: 1- The drainer (diaphragm) 2- The buoy (feeding tap) 3- The probe 4- Control Panel 2- The second Claim : It is the drainer(diaphragm) which includes some components: 1 - The power supply wire 2- Lifting and fixing arms made of plastic or metal for the gearbox and engine 3- The engine that is responsible for moving the mobile china or porcelain piece used for opening and shutting the machine to fill and release water. 4- The gearbox or another component that has the same function. 5- A metal or plastic shaft used for transferring motion to the bottom of the machine. 6- Pressing spring: its function is to press on the connecting shaft ,which in turn , presses on the mobile china piece in order not to allow water leakage. 7- The machine's body and shape which can be modified. 8- Gearing arms 9- Two pieces made of china or porcelain: its function is to open and shut the machine to fill and expel water to and from inside the box (and it serves as a substitute for the rubber ring which causes the problem)10- A drainer which is in the form of a pipe that drains the exceeding water. 1 1- A probe (the switch button) which is fixed on the drainer (diaphragm) and works when it touches water to indicate any disorder that may occur in the machine. 3- The third Claim: 1- The buoy (feeding tap) which includes some components as follows: 1- The solenoid which contains:
1.1 - A coil of 12 volts that works as a magnet when connected to the power supply.
1.2 - A spring used for pressing on the metal shaft fixed inside the solenoid.
1.3 - A metal shaft made of stainless steel which responds to the magnetic field.
1.4- A round leather piece with a plastic shaft fixed at its center and it has a hole helps - when water flows through this hole - expand the winding rubber to allow the water flow.
1.5- A thin pipe with a diameter of about (8 - 10) mm. and its function is to transfer water from its source to the solenoid.
1.6- The buoy's body: it is a pipe with a diameter of 20mm. and has a nut and a ring made of metal or plastic that is used for fixing the buoy's body and allows the flow of water from below and also it has another function ,namely, to strengthen and reinforce the internal pipe that transfers water from the lower hole of the buoy to the solenoid and to give it the necessary power to endure the high water pressure.
1.7- The backside of the buoy which is made of plastic or metal with a diameter of 20mm./ 1/2 inch to endure water pressure.
1.8- A thin pipe with a diameter of (8 - 10) mm. that transfers water to the lower part in order to prevent the sound of water rush.
4- The fourth Claim:
The probe (sensor) Model A: its function is to run and stop the buoy and the drainer regularly through the control panel and it has some components as follows:
1 - The power supply source
2- The switch buttons inside the sensor
3- A piece of cork or plastic in the form of a hollow shaft from inside full of air so that it can float over the water and extended from its lower end to press on the lower switch button.
4- A tube, that is made of transparent plastic or glass, which allows fixing the switch buttons inside it and also the free motion of the plastic shaft up and down this tube to allow the flow of water inside it.
5- A piece of leather of cork that is used for fixing and joining the internal pipe with the external one and also for prolonging or shortening this pipe at our request.
6- A large tube that allows the entry of the other tube inside it.
7- A switch button fixed at horizontal or vertical position at the lower part of the tube that is to be water proof.
8- The backside of the tube that allows the entry and exit of water through it. 9- Vents or slots for the entry and deflation of air when water flows into the tube.
- The probe (sensor) Model B: it has the same function of the sensor (Model A) but the difference is only in the components of each one and it includes:
1- A transparent glass or plastic tube that is concaved from inside to allow the entry of water inside it from below and it has two open ends.
2- Switch buttons with iron arms that react with the magnetic field through the magnet fixed inside the tube when it gets nearer from that magnet, in order to start or stop any part of the machine.
3- A plastic or cork disc that has a magnet inside it.
4- A piece of leather or cork which is used for fixing the two tubes: a tube (referred to in element 5 above) which is made of transparent plastic or glass that can be joined to the other and to be adjusted; A tube (referred to in element 6 above) which is close to the main tube in which the switch buttons are fixed.
- The fifth Claim:
- Control Panel - its function is to organize the operating of the machine as of filling, expulsion and draining of water; it includes some parts as follows:
1- The electric power supply of 12 volt.
2- On/ off switch button.
3- Electronic control panel with its constituent components.
4- Outlets for operating the machine's parts and connecting it with the other parts which function inside the machine.
5- A switch for the expulsion and operating of the machine.
- This machine is adaptable to any development or modification to cope with the continuous scientific and technological advancement.
- It is possible to make any development or modification to the power supply in order to reduce the voltage used from 12 to 6 volts.
- The power supply can be taken from electricity or solar power which is considered the preferable since it is attainable and less costly.
