Abstract
특정 파장을 갖는 광을 검출하는 파장 검출기 및 이를 구비하는 광 간섭 단층 촬영 장치에 있어서, 단일 슬릿 또는 다수의 평행한 슬릿이 배치된 평판부재를 이용하여 파장 검출기로 공급된 광으로부터 특정한 파장을 갖는 광을 선택적으로 검출하고 선택광과 피검체의 영상 이미지에 관한 픽셀을 일대일로 맵핑시켜 피검체의 수직방향 해상도를 향상할 수 있다. 슬릿을 통과하는 광의 파장은 광 스펙트럼 분석기에 의해 초기에 결정된다.
