Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von tierischem Kot, umfassend ein Rahmenteil (1) samt Kotsack (2) sowie ein Griffteil (3) mit einem Festhalte- bzw. Auswurfmechanismus mit einem Auslöser, wobei das Rahmenteil (1) in das Griffteil (3) einführbar und in einer Position durch den Festhalte- bzw. Auswurfmechanismus fixierbar sowie durch Betätigung des Auslösers entkoppelbar und ausstoßbar ist. Um tierischen Kot auf zumutbare und hygienische Weise vom Boden aufnehmen und anschließend sauber entsorgen zu können, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, dass der Auslöser als händisch betätigbares, im Wesentlichen einteiliges Festhalte- bzw. Auslöseelement, insbesondere als Auslösehebel (4), am Griffteil (3) ausgebildet ist und das Rahmenteil (1) eine Nut (8) aufweist, in welche das Festhalte- bzw. Auslöseelement bei eingeführtem Rahmenteil (1) direkt eingreift und dabei einrastet, sodass das Rahmenteil (1) im Griffteil (3) fixiert ist. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Entfernen von tierischem Kot.
