Abstract

Disclosed are a solar photovoltaic device and a production method for the same. The solar photovoltaic device comprises: a substrate; a first cell which is disposed on the substrate; and a second cell which is disposed on the substrate and is adjacent to the first cell; wherein, the first cell comprises a plurality of first active regions and a plurality of first transparent regions which are disposed alternately to each other, the second cell comprises a plurality of second active regions and a plurality of second transparent regions which are disposed alternately to each other, and the first active regions are respectively adjacent to the second transparent regions.
