一种通知消息的发送方法, 包括:
确定发送多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端 发送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移动终端使用 与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收 MBMS通知消息;
在所述发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧,向移动终端发送 MBMS通知消息。 进一步的, 上述发送方法中, 所述高层信令具体为 BCCH message, 或 MCCH message, 或 RRC message, 或 MAC CE; 所述子帧为单播子帧或 MBSFN子帧。
一种移动终端, 其包括:
配置信息读取模块, 其设置为接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带 的子帧配置信息; 以及
多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息接收模块, 其设置为釆用与所 述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收所述 MBMS通知消息。
进一步的, 上述移动终端还包括:
规则配置模块, 其设置为配置缺省子帧选取规则、 固定子帧选取规则或 动态子帧选取规则, 并为所述缺省子帧选取规则及所述固定子帧选取规则分 配序号。
一种网络侧设备, 其包括:
高层信令发送模块, 其设置为确定发送多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS ) 通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置 信息, 指示所述移动终端使用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收 MBMS通知消息; 以及
MBMS通知消息发送模块, 其设置为在所述高层信令发送模块确定的发 送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送 MBMS通知消息。
一种通知消息传输系统, 其包括移动终端和网络侧设备;
所述移动终端设置为接收所述网络侧设备发送的高层信令, 读取所述高 层信令中携带的子帧配置信息, 并釆用玉所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取 规则接收多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息;
所述网络侧设备设置为确定发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧,向所述移动终 端发送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移动终端使 用与子帧配置信息相应的子帧配置规则接收 MBMS通知消息,并在所述发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送 MBMS通知消息。
本发明的实施例提供了一种 MBMS通知消息的传输方法、 装置及系统, 预先配置好子帧选取规则, 由网络侧确定发送 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧, 并通过高层信令, 将 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧配置信息通知给移动终端; 网络侧设备在 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧发送 MBMS通知消息, 移动终端 选取相应的子帧选取规则,根据该规则接收 MBMS通知消息, 实现了 MBMS 通知消息的传输, 解决了没有 MBMS通知消息传输机制的问题。

本发明的较佳实施方式
对于一个已经接收了 MCCH信息的移动终端 (如 UE )来说, 没有必要 每次都去接收一个没有发生变化的 MCCH信息, 因为 MCCH信息量大, 接 收和解析过程比较耗电, 这样会造成移动终端费电。 于是提出了增加一个 MBMS通知消息, 用少量的信息来描述 MCCH message ( MCCH 消息)是否 发生了变化, 处于空闲模式(Idle )的移动终端只需要监听 MBMS通知消息, 根据 MBMS通知消息决定是否接收 MCCH message。
MBMS通知消息和系统寻呼信息具有相似性, LTE寻呼机制的实现是通 过发送寻呼消息来实现的, 已经驻留在小区的移动终端 , 如 UE ( User Equipment, 用户设备), 通过监听寻呼消息来实现查找是否有针对它的寻呼 信息; UE监听寻呼消息的位置称为 PO ( Paging Occasion, 寻呼时机) , PO 在时间域上为 1个子帧; 对于某一 UE来说, 在寻呼周期内仅有一个子帧位 置是其 PO位置, 这个具体的位置与移动终端的 IMSI ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 全球移动用户标识)和寻呼周期长度相关, 具体通过固定 算法进行约束现实。 处于空闲模式的 UE, 会在每个寻呼周期中属于它的 PO 上检测寻呼消息。 即在寻呼周期内, 网络侧在 PO处给移动终端发送寻呼信 息, 移动终端也在该 PO处检测其寻呼消息, PO的具体位置网络侧和移动终 端是预先获知的。
移动终端刚开机或由于其移动性而进入一个新的 MBSFN ( MBMS over a Single Frequency Network, MBMS单频网络) 区域时, 移动终端将读取当前 区域的 MCCH信息; 随后网络侧通过发送 MBMS 通知消息告知已经获取 MCCH信息但没有接收 MBMS业务的移动终端 MCCH信息发生了变更, 此 时, 移动终端才进行接收 MCCH信息; 否则, 移动终端不会去读取没有发生 变更的 MCCH信息。
使用 MBMS通知消息能够节省网络资源及移动终端的电能,但目前仍没 有一个传输 MBMS通知消息的机制, 为了解决没有 MBMS通知消息传输机 制的问题, 本发明的实施例提供了一种 MBMS通知消息接收方法和发送方 法。
一个 MCCH修改周期 (MCCH信息发生变化的周期) 包含 n ( n为大于 1的正整数)个 MCCH重复周期(MCCH信息发送的周期)。需要保证 MBMS 通知消息在每个重复周期内至少发送一次,可以在一个 MCCH修改周期发送 多次 MBMS通知消息 , 以提高 MBMS通知消息的可靠性。
下面结合附图, 对本发明的实施例进行介绍。
使用本发明的实施例提供的 MBMS通知消息接收方法和发送方法完成 MBMS通知消息传输的过程如图 1所示, 包括:
步骤 101、 配置子帧选取规则;
本发明实施例中, 网络侧设备具体为 E-NodeB (演进的节点 B ) , 移动 终端具体为 UE。 一个无线帧包含 10个子帧。对于 FDD ( Frequency Division Duplex, 频分 双工) 系统, PO位置可能是一个无线帧中的第 0, 4, 5, 9子帧; 对于 TDD ( Time Division Duples, 时分双工) 系统, PO位置可以是一个无线帧中的第 0, 1 , 5, 6子帧。
本步骤中, 配置子帧选取规则, 子帧选取规则包括缺省子帧选取规则, 固定子帧选取规则及动态子帧选取规则,所述子帧可以为 PO或者非 PO子帧。
缺省子帧选取规则具体为如果所述高层信令中没有子帧配置信息, 则使 用缺省子帧接收 MBMS 通知消息, 缺省子帧可以由人工在系统初始化前指 定, 可以为单播子帧或 MBSFN子帧, 如承载 MCCH信息的第一个 MBSFN 子帧。 固定子帧选取规则具体为根据子帧配置信息,从本地预置的固定子帧中, 选取相应的子帧接收所述 MBMS通知消息;在移动终端上可以保留多个固定 子帧选择方案,如每个 MCCH重复周期的第一个无线帧的某个非 PO子帧(如 第一个非 PO子帧, 或每个 MCCH重复周期内第一个无线帧的 1号子帧, 或 每个最小 MCCH重复周期的第一个无线帧中承载 MCCH的第一个 MBSFN 子帧) 。
动态子帧选取规则具体为在所述子帧配置信息携带的子帧接收所述 MBMS通知消息, 即在子帧配置信息中携带有具体的子帧的信息, 如用 7号 无线帧的 1号子帧接收 MBMS通知消息。携带动态子帧选取规则的子帧配置 信息通过系统消息传送。
在制定完子帧配置规则后, 可以为子帧配置规则分配序号, 如为缺省子 帧选取规则分配序号 0 ,为每个 MCCH重复周期的第一个无线帧的某个非 PO 子帧,如第一个非 PO子帧这一固定子帧选取规则分配序号 1 ,为每个 MCCH 重复周期内第一个无线帧的 2号子帧这一固定子帧选取规则分配序号 2, 为 每个 MCCH重复周期的第一个无线帧中承载 MCCH的第一个子帧选取规则 分配序号 3。
步骤 102、 网络侧设备确定发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发 送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移动终端使用相 应的子帧配置规则接收 MBMS通知消息;
本步骤中, 网络侧设备确定发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 进一步确定使 用的子帧选取规则, 通过高层信息携带子帧配置信息, 指示移动终端根据相 应的子帧选取规则 , 接收 MBMS通知消息。
所述高层信令包括 BCCH message, MCCH message, RRC message, MAC CE信息。
步骤 103、 移动终端接收网络侧设备发送的高层信令, 读取所述高层信 令中携带子帧配置信息;
本步骤中, 移动终端接收网络侧设备发送的系统消息, 并根据该系统消 息中携带的子帧选取规则的序号, 从本地选取对应的固定子帧, 确定使用该 固定子帧接收 MBMS通知消息。
步骤 104、 网络侧设备在发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送 MBMS通知消息;
本步骤中,网络侧设备在步骤 102中选取的子帧,向移动终端发送 MBMS 通知消息。
步骤 105、 根据所述子帧配置信息, 使用相应的子帧选取规则, 接收所 述 MBMS通知消息;
本步骤中, 移动终端根据步骤 103确定的子帧选取规则, 在每个 MCCH 重复周期的相应子帧监听接收 MBMS通知消息。
需要说明的是, 对于步骤 102来说, 如果移动终端接收到的高层信令中 均不携带子帧配置信息, 则移动终端认为使用缺省子帧选取规则, 在系统缺 省设定的子帧接收 MBMS通知消息;如果移动终端接收到的高层信令中携带 的是具体的子帧, 如第 7号无线帧的 3号子帧, 则移动终端会在 7号无线帧 的 3号子帧唤醒, 监听接收 MBMS通知消息。
此外, MBMS通知消息的占用的子帧可以为 PO或者非 PO子帧。 如果 在 PO上发送, 对于处于空闲模式的 UE, 会在每个寻呼周期且属于它的 PO 上检测 MBMS通知消息 , 空闲模式的 UE在相应的 PO时刻自动唤醒检测寻 呼消息, 同时可以检测 MBMS通知消息, 可以减少 UE额外的唤醒次数。 同 时考虑到 MBMS通知消息出现频率较系统寻呼消息低, 为了减少 MBMS通 知消息的占用资源, 可以在高层信令中指定承载 MBMS通知消息 PO子帧的 具体配置,如在每个 MCCH重复周期的第一个无线帧中的 PO上发送 MBMS 通知消息。
本发明的实施例提供的 MBMS通知消息传输方法,预先配置好子帧选取 规则, 由网络侧确定发送 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧, 并通过高层信令, 将 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧配置信息通知给移动终端; 网络侧设备在 MBMS 通知消息使用的子帧发送 MBMS通知消息,移动终端选取相应的子帧选取规 则, 根据该规则接收 MBMS通知消息, 实现了 MBMS通知消息的传输, 解 决了没有 MBMS通知消息传输机制的问题; 由于子帧配置信息可以只是一个 序号, 而将具体的子帧选取规则存储在移动终端, 在指示移动终端使用相应 的子帧选取规则时产生信息量小,可以实现对移动终端接收 MBMS通知消息 使用子帧的实时调整, 进一步提高了系统效率。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种移动终端, 如图 2所示, 包括:
配置信息读取模块 201 , 用于接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带 的子帧配置信息;
MBMS通知消息接收模块 202, 用于根据所述子帧配置信息, 使用相应 的子帧选取规则, 接收所述 MBMS通知消息。
进一步的, 上述移动终端如图 3所示, 还包括:
规则配置模块 203 , 用于配置缺省子帧选取规则, 固定子帧选取规则及 动态子帧选取规则, 并为所述缺省子帧选取规则及所述固定子帧选取规则分 配序号。
所述高层信令具体为 BCCH message , 或 MCCH message , 或 RRC message, 或 MAC CE; 所述子帧为单播子帧或 MBSFN子帧。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种网络侧设备, 如图 4所示, 包括: 高层信令发送模块 401 , 用于确定发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动 终端发送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移动终端 使用相应的子帧选取规则接收 MBMS通知消息;
MBMS通知消息发送模块 402 ,用于在所述发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送 MBMS通知消息。
本发明的实施例还提供了一种 MBMS通知消息传输系统, 该系统如图 5 所示, 包括移动终端 501和网络侧设备 502;
所述移动终端 501 , 用于接收所述网络侧设备 502发送的高层信令, 读 取所述高层信令中携带的子帧配置信息, 并根据所述子帧配置信息, 使用相 应的子帧选取规则 , 接收所述 MBMS通知消息;
所述网络侧设备 502, 用于确定发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向所述移 动终端 501发送高层信令, 在该高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移 动终端 501使用相应的子帧配置规则接收 MBMS通知消息, 并在所述发送 MBMS通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端 501发送 MBMS通知消息。
上述移动终端、 网络侧设备和 MBMS通知消息传输系统, 可以与本发明 的实施例提供的一种 MBMS通知消息传输发送和接收方法相结合,预先配置 好子帧选取规则, 由网络侧确定发送 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧, 并通过高 层信令, 将 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧配置信息通知给移动终端; 网络侧设 备在 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧发送 MBMS通知消息 , 移动终端选取相应 的子帧选取规则, 根据该规则接收 MBMS通知消息, 实现了 MBMS通知消 息的传输, 解决了没有 MBMS通知消息传输机制的问题。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步 骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成, 所述的程序可以存储于一种计算 机可读存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
另外, 在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以釆用硬件的形式实现, 也可以釆用软件功能模块的形式实现。 所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块 的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时, 也可以存储在一个计算机可读 取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器, 磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。
工业实用性 本发明提供了一种 MBMS通知消息的传输方法、 装置及系统, 预先配置 好子帧选取规则, 由网络侧确定发送 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧, 并通过高 层信令, 将 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧配置信息通知给移动终端; 网络侧设 备在 MBMS通知消息使用的子帧发送 MBMS通知消息 , 移动终端选取相应 的子帧选取规则, 根据该规则接收 MBMS通知消息, 实现了 MBMS通知消 息的传输, 解决了没有 MBMS通知消息传输机制的问题。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种通知消息的接收方法, 其包括:
接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带的多媒体广播多播业务
( MBMS )通知消息中的子帧配置信息; 以及
釆用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收所述 MBMS通知消 息。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的接收方法, 其中,
所述子帧选取规则为固定子帧选取规则、 缺省子帧选取规则或动态子帧 选取规则;
在所述接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带的所述子帧配置信息的 步骤之前, 所述接收方法还包括:
当所述子帧选取规则为所述缺省子帧选取规则时, 配置所述缺省子帧选 取规则, 所述缺省子帧选取规则为使用缺省子帧接收所述 MBMS通知消息; 当所述子帧选取规则为所述固定子帧选取规则时, 配置所述固定子帧选 取规则, 所述固定子帧选取规则为在与所述子帧配置信息相应的固定子帧接 收所述 MBMS通知消息; 取规则, 所述动态子帧选取规则为在所述子帧配置信息携带的子帧接收所述 MBMS通知消息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的接收方法, 其中,
所述子帧配置信息为规则序号;
在所述接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带的所述子帧配置信息的 步骤之前, 所述接收方法还包括:
当所述子帧选取规则为所述缺省子帧选取规则时, 为所述缺省子帧选取 规则分配序号;
当所述子帧选取规则为所述固定子帧选取规则时, 为所述固定子帧选取 规则分配序号。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的接收方法, 其中,
接收所述 MBMS通知消息的所述步骤为:使用单播子帧或多播广播单频 网络(MBSFN )子帧接收所述 MBMS通知消息, 所述单播子帧为寻呼子帧 或非寻呼子帧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的接收方法, 其中,
所述单播子帧为寻呼子帧, 通过系统消息指示;
所述 MBSFN子帧为多播控制信道(MCCH )重复周期中承载 MCCH的 第一个子帧。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的接收方法, 其中,
所述高层信令为广播控制信道消息(BCCH message ) , 或多播控制信道 信息( MCCH message ) , 或无线资源控制协议信息 (RRC message ) , 或媒 体接入控制 (MAC )控制粒子 (CE ) 。
7、 一种通知消息的发送方法, 其包括:
确定发送多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端 发送高层信令, 在所述高层信令中携带子帧配置信息, 指示所述移动终端使 用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收所述 MBMS通知消息; 以及 在所述发送所述 MBMS 通知消息的子帧, 向所述移动终端发送所述 MBMS通知消息。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的发送方法, 其中,
所述高层信令为广播控制信道消息(BCCH message ) , 或多播控制信道 信息( MCCH message ) , 或无线资源控制协议信息 (RRC message ) , 或媒 体接入控制 (MAC CE ) ;
所述子帧为单播子帧或多播广播单频网络(MBSFN )子帧。
9、 一种移动终端, 其包括:
配置信息读取模块, 其设置为接收高层信令, 读取所述高层信令中携带 的子帧配置信息; 以及
多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息接收模块, 其设置为釆用与所 述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接收所述 MBMS通知消息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的移动终端, 其还包括:
规则配置模块, 其设置为配置缺省子帧选取规则、 固定子帧选取规则或 动态子帧选取规则, 并为所述缺省子帧选取规则及所述固定子帧选取规则分 配序号。
11、 一种网络侧设备, 其包括:
高层信令发送模块, 其设置为确定发送多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS ) 通知消息的子帧, 向移动终端发送高层信令, 在所述高层信令中携带子帧配 置信息, 指示所述移动终端使用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取规则接 收所述 MBMS通知消息; 以及
MBMS通知消息发送模块, 其设置为在所述高层信令发送模块确定的发 送所述 MBMS通知消息的子帧,向所述移动终端发送所述 MBMS通知消息。
12、 一种通知消息传输系统, 其包括移动终端和网络侧设备;
所述移动终端设置为接收所述网络侧设备发送的高层信令, 读取所述高 层信令中携带的子帧配置信息, 并使用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧选取 规则接收多媒体广播多播业务(MBMS )通知消息;
所述网络侧设备设置为确定发送所述 MBMS通知消息的子帧,向所述移 动终端发送所述高层信令, 在所述高层信令中携带所述子帧配置信息, 指示 所述移动终端使用与所述子帧配置信息相应的子帧配置规则接收所述 MBMS 通知消息,并在所述发送所述 MBMS通知消息的子帧向所述移动终端发送所 述 MBMS通知消息。
