The same vacuum source (not shown) will be used throughout the milking system.

Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un ensemble vanne de dérivation de lait (100, 200, 300) comprenant un orifice d'admission de lait (112, 212) en communication fluidique avec une chambre d'arrivée de lait (110); un premier orifice de sortie de lait (114) en communication fluidique avec une première chambre de sortie de lait (113a); un second orifice de sortie de lait (115) en communication fluidique avec une seconde chambre de sortie de lait (113b); une première vanne pour réguler l'écoulement de fluide entre la chambre d'arrivée de lait (110) et la première chambre de sortie de lait (113a); et une seconde vanne pour réguler l'écoulement de fluide entre la chambre d'arrivée de lait (110) et la seconde chambre de sortie de lait (113b). Au moins une des vannes comprend une vanne à deux diaphragmes (122) comportant un diaphragme d'actionneur (126) relié à un diaphragme de régulation de débit (124), le diaphragme d'actionneur (126) ayant une superficie supérieure à celle du diaphragme de régulation de débit (124). Cela permet la dérivation de lait contaminé loin d'une cuve de stockage de lait en vrac centrale dans un système de traite et empêche ainsi la contamination de tout le lait collecté. L'ensemble vanne de dérivation de lait (100, 200, 300) peut éventuellement être relié à un compteur à lait (700).
