背景技术 随着科技的发展,能同缆传输高电压大电流电能和光信息的光电 缆正在推广发展。但在推广使用过程中,书可能要同路铺设多条光电缆, 特别是在光电缆的终端, 还需要铺设连接终端用户及设备的光电缆, 而在野外或户外作业, 常常遇到场地、技术方面的种种困难, 影响到 施工质量, 以至降低了光电网络的质量,从而限制了光电缆及光电网 的推广使用。 发明内容 本发明的目的就是为了方便光电缆的铺设和连接而设计的一种 集束光电缆,用于同路或同缆传输高电压大电流电能和光信息。它由 金属导线、光纤束和绝缘材料构成。光纤束和金属导线分别外包绝缘 材料平行设置,相互之间以绝缘带纵向连接成束。光纤束和金属导线 分别有一条和多条。组成单相、单线或三相多线集束光电缆, 或三相 四线集束光电缆, 或三相五线集束光电缆, 或传感集束光电缆。光纤 束可是单模光纤或多模光纤或传感光纤。本发明集束光电缆生产过程 中即根据多缆、分网连接的需要, 在工厂预先制备成集束光电缆, 以 方便在野外铺设和连接光电缆, 这样不仅大大降低了野外临时连接、 铺设光电缆的技术难度和工作量, 也极大地提高和保障了施工质量, 提高了铺设效率。 因而是推广应用光电缆及光电网的一大进步。

具体实施方式
如附图所示, 本发明集束光电缆, 用于同路同缆传输高电压、大 电流电能和光信息, 由金属导线 1、 光纤束 2和绝缘材料 3构成, 光 纤束 2和金属导线 1分别外包绝缘材料 3, 平行设置, 相互之间以绝 缘带 4纵向连接成束。光纤束 2和金属导线 1分别有一条和多条,组 成单相、单线或三相多线集束光电缆或三相四线集束光电缆束,三相 五线集束光电缆或传感集束光电缆。光纤束 2可是单模光纤或多模光 纤或传感光纤。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 集束光电缆, 用于同路同缆传输高电压、 大电流电能和光信 息, 由金属导线(1 )、 光纤束(2)和绝缘材料(3 )构成, 其特征在 于光纤束 (2) 和金属导线 (1 )分别外包绝缘材料(3), 平行设置, 相互之间以绝缘带 (4) 纵向连接成束。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的集束光电缆, 其特征在于所说的光纤 束(2)和金属导线(1 )分别有一条和多条, 组成单相、 单线或三相 多线集束光电缆或传感集束光电缆。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的集束光电缆, 其特征在于所说的集束 光电缆是三相四线集束光电缆束, 或三相五线集束光电缆。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的集束光电缆, 其特征在于所说的 光纤束 (2) 可是单模光纤或多模光纤或传感光纤。
