符号化単位の局所復号画像を複数のブロックに分割するためのパラメータを含むブロック分割情報を設定することと、
前記符号化単位のためのフィルタ群の各フィルタのフィルタ係数を含むフィルタ情報を設定することと、
前記フィルタ群に含まれるフィルタの数を示すフィルタ数情報を設定することと、
前記ブロック毎に適用すべきフィルタを特定するフィルタ特定情報を設定することと、
前記ブロック毎に前記フィルタ特定情報によって特定されるフィルタを適用し、前記参照画像を生成することと、
前記フィルタ数情報、前記フィルタ情報、前記ブロック分割情報及び前記フィルタ特定情報を符号化することと
