所述的业务用户数据数据源， 用于存放业务用户数据即业务用户数据 的拥有者， 接收来自业务用户数据模块的查询， 提供相应的业务用户数据。 业务用户数据数据源可以是各个业务系统， 或其它系统。
图 2为本发明业务用户数据管理系统的实施例的组成结构示意图， 如 图 2所示， 除了包括图 1所示的业务用户数据模块、 业务用户数据模型配 置模块， 以及业务用户数据数据源外， 本发明业务用户数据管理系统还包 括业务用户数据管理模块。
业务用户数据管理模块， 用于负责业务用户数据的管理， 包括业务用 户数据的增加、 修改、 删除等操作。 业务用户数据管理模块会根据业务用 户数据模型配置模块中的业务用户数据模型配置信息， 对相应的业务用户 数据源中的业务用户数据进行变更、 同步等操作。 业务用户数据管理模块 还可以提供订阅功能， 其它业务系统可以订阅其所需要的业务用户数据。 对于订阅了业务用户数据的订阅者（即其它业务系统）， 当相关业务用户数 据变更后， 向订阅者发送数据变更通知或变更后的业务用户数据。 业务用 户数据管理模块对外设置有业务用户数据管理接口， 以供业务用户数据管 理请求者管理业务用户数据。
进一步地， 本发明系统还包括接口适配引擎模块， 用于负责业务用户 数据管理系统与业务用户数据数据源的交互接口。 业务用户数据管理系统 通过接口适配引擎向业务用户数据数据源进行查询、 变更等操作。 业务用 户数据数据源也可以通过接口适配引擎向业务用户数据管理系统通知业务 用户数据的变更等操作。
如图 2所示， 业务用户数据模块具体包括业务用户数据查询接口模块、 业务用户数据查询请求分析模块、 业务用户数据查询处理模块， 以及业务 用户数据查询结果生成模块。
业务用户数据查询接口模块， 用于负责接收业务用户数据查询请求， 并输出给业务用户数据查询请求分析模块。
业务用户数据查询请求分析模块， 用于从业务用户数据模型配置模块 中获取业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 根据获得的业务用户数据模型及配 置信息对业务用户数据查询请求进行分析， 得到业务用户数据源的查询路 由及查询参数。
业务用户数据查询处理模块， 即查询处理的执行者， 用于根据业务用 户数据查询请求分析模块分析出的业务用户数据源的查询路由及查询参 数， 经由接口适配引擎模块， 调用相应业务用户数据数据源的接口， 得到 相关结果。
业务用户数据查询结果生成模块， 用于将业务用户数据处理模块得到 的结果， 按照请求的查询结果数据结构生成业务用户数据查询结果。
图 3为本发明业务用户数据模型的实施例的示意图， 如图 3所示， 本 发明业务用户数据模型是一个动态的树状结构， 模型中包括但不限于图 3 所示内容中的一个或多个： 用户基本信息、 用户的终端信息、 用户的业务 定购关系、 用户的业务使用情况、 用户的上下文信息、 用户的行为信息、 用户的内容信息等。
其中， 用户的基本信息包括： 业务的用户标识（如手机号码、 IPTV机 顶盒号码、 IM帐号等等）、 姓名、 帐号信息、 联系方法等。
用户的终端信息包括： 用户的终端能力信息、 终端的状态信息等。 用户的上下文信息包括： 业务的状态， 如用户的位置信息、 是否在线 等。
用户的业务订购关系包括： 基本订购关系数据（如用户与业务的签约、 订购关系的状态）、 用户的业务配置参数（如好友彩铃设置、 天气预报发送 时间等）。
用户的业务使用情况即用户使用业务的数据， 如用户在哪些时间看了 哪些手机电视节目等。 用户的行为信息包括： 用户的社会关系数据（如用户的好友、 黑名单、 用户所在的群组等）、 用户的特征（如用户的偏爱、 习惯等）。
用户的内容信息即用户在业务中存放的内容数据， 如用户的邮件、 自 制铃音等。
可以通过业务用户数据模型配置模块提供的业务用户数据模型管理接 口， 对业务用户数据模型进行更新操作。 但是， 对模型的变更只能在节点 上新增子节点， 不能变更节点的父节点。
图 4为本发明业务用户数据模型配置信息的实体关系示意图， 如图 4 所示， 用户数据模型配置信息， 由业务用户数据模型数据项、 业务用户数 据数据源、 接口、 接口输入参数、 接口输出参数组成。
业务用户数据模型是树状结构， 其数据项中父数据项有多个子数据项， 其本身存在一对多的关系。
业务用户数据数据源由多个查询接口、 变更接口组成， 数据源与接口 存在一对多的关系。
接口有多个输入和输出参数， 接口与输入、 输出参数存在一对多的关 系。
输入和输出参数与业务用户数据模型的数据项存在对应关系， 一个输 入或输出参数对应一个数据项， 一个数据项可以对应多个输入或输出参数， 输入和输出参数与业务用户数据模型数据项存在多对一的关系。
业务用户数据模型配置信息的存储型式可以是关系数据库中的记录，
也可以是 XML文件等。
图 5为本发明实现业务用户数据查询的实施例的流程图， 如图 5所示， 包括以下步骤：
步骤 500:业务用户数据查询请求者向业务用户数据模块发送业务用户 数据查询请求， 请求查询业务用户数据。
本步骤中， 业务用户数据查询请求者可以是客服系统、 用户自服务门 户、 各业务系统等。 业务用户数据查询请求中至少携带有查询条件如用户 标识、 业务标识等信息， 还可以携带需要的查询结果数据结构如用户的业 务订购关系、 用户基本信息等。
步骤 501：业务用户数据模块向业务用户数据模型配置模块发送业务用 户数据模型查询请求， 查询业务用户数据模型及配置信息。
业务用户数据模型查询请求中携带有查询条件 （如用户标识、 业务标 识等信息）。
步骤 502:业务用户数据模型配置模块返回业务用户数据模型及配置信 息。
步骤 503 : 业务用户数据模块根据返回的业务用户数据模型及配置信 息， 向相应的业务用户数据数据源请求所需的业务用户数据。
步骤 504: 业务用户数据数据源返回相应的业务用户数据。
步骤 505:业务用户数据模块根据业务用户数据查询请求要求的数据结 构， 生成查询结果， 并返回给业务用户数据查询请求者。
为了提高查询效率， 本发明还可以釆用多种策略， 如数据的存储策略、 緩存、 预处理等等。 在数据的存储策略方面， 可以按照业务用户数据的变 更特点确定存储策略。 如用户的位置信息等实时变化的数据， 需要存储在 定位系统中， 由业务用户数据管理系统实时查询； 用户的姓名、 帐号、 联 系方式等比较固定的信息， 可以直接在业务用户数据管理系统的数据库中
存储与管理。
通过图 5 所示的查询流程， 实现了业务用户数据的统一查询， 通过业 务用户数据管理系统提供的查询接口， 实现了业务用户数据向外统一开放， 使得各个业务系统、 应用等通过业务用户数据管理系统， 获得了所需的业 务用户数据。
图 6为本发明实现业务用户数据管理的实施例的流程图， 如图 6所示， 包括以下步骤：
步骤 600:业务用户数据管理请求者向业务用户数据管理模块发送业务 用户数据变更请求， 请求更新业务用户数据。
本步骤中， 业务用户数据查询请求者可以是客服系统、 用户自服务门 户、 各业务系统等。 业务用户数据变更请求中至少携带有查询条件如用户 标识、 业务标识等信息。
步骤 601 :业务用户数据管理模块向业务用户数据模型管理模块查询业 务用户数据模型及配置信息。
步骤 602:业务用户数据模型配置模块返回业务用户数据模型及配置信 息。
步骤 603:业务用户数据管理模块根据业务用户数据模型配置模块返回 的业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 向相应的业务用户数据数据源请求更新 业务用户数据。
步骤 604: 业务用户数据数据源返回业务用户数据的更新结果。 比如成 功、 失败等。
步骤 605:业务用户数据管理模块向业务用户数据管理请求者返回业务 用户数据更新结果。
通过图 6所示的管理流程， 实现了业务用户数据的统一管理， 实现了 由业务用户数据系统统一将相关业务用户数据在多个业务系统中共享和同
步。
本发明的业务用户数据管理系统， 考虑了与现有系统的兼容， 相关的 业务用户数据仍由原业务系统存储和管理， 基本保持现有业务系统的架构， 对现有的业务系统改变不大。
以上所述， 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已， 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围， 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进 等， 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种业务用户数据管理系统， 其特征在于， 至少包括业务用户数据 模块、 业务用户数据模型配置模块， 其中，
业务用户数据模块， 用于接收业务用户数据查询请求， 从业务用户数 据模型配置模块中获取业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 根据获得的业务用 户数据模型及配置信息到业务用户数据数据源中查询出相应的业务用户数 据；
业务用户数据模型配置模块， 存储有业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 用于负责业务用户数据模型的管理。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的业务用户数据管理系统， 其特征在于， 该系 统还包括业务用户数据管理模块，
用于负责业务用户数据的管理， 根据所述业务用户数据模型配置模块 中的业务用户数据模型配置信息， 对所述业务用户数据源中的相应的业务 用户数据进行管理。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的业务用户数据管理系统， 其特征在于， 所述 业务用户数据管理模块， 还用于提供订阅功能；
对于订阅有业务用户数据的订阅者， 当相关业务用户数据变更后， 所 述业务用户数据管理模块向订阅者发送数据变更通知或变更后的业务用户 数据；

7、 根据权利要求 1、 2、 3或 4所述的业务用户数据管理系统， 其特征 在于， 所述业务用户数据数据源可以是各个业务系统， 或其它系统。
8、 根据权利要求 4所述的业务用户数据管理系统， 其特征在于， 所述 业务用户数据模块具体包括业务用户数据查询接口模块、 业务用户数据查 询请求分析模块、 业务用户数据查询处理模块， 以及业务用户数据查询结 果生成模块， 其中，
业务用户数据查询接口模块， 用于负责接收业务用户数据查询请求， 并输出给业务用户数据查询请求分析模块；
业务用户数据查询请求分析模块， 用于从业务用户数据模型配置模块 中获取业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 根据获得的业务用户数据模型及配 置信息对业务用户数据查询请求进行分析， 得到业务用户数据源的查询路 由及查询参数；
业务用户数据查询处理模块， 用于根据业务用户数据查询请求分析模 块分析出的业务用户数据源的查询路由及查询参数， 经由所述接口适配引 擎模块， 调用相应业务用户数据数据源的接口， 得到相关结果； 业务用户数据查询结果生成模块， 用于将业务用户数据处理模块得到 的结果， 按照请求的查询结果数据结构生成业务用户数据查询结果。
9、 一种业务用户数据管理系统实现业务用户数据管理的方法， 所述用 户数据管理系统包括业务用户数据模块和业务用户数据模型配置模块， 其 特征在于， 该方法包括以下步骤：
业务用户数据模块向业务用户数据模型配置模块发送携带有查询条件 的业务用户数据模型查询请求， 查询业务用户数据模型及配置信息；
业务用户数据模型配置模块返回与查询条件相对应的业务用户数据模 型及配置信息；
业务用户数据模块根据返回的业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 向相应 的业务用户数据数据源请求所需的业务用户数据， 并生成查询结果， 返回 给业务用户数据查询请求者。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述业务用户数据模型 查询请求中还携带有查询结果数据结构；

业务用户数据管理模块接收到携带有查询条件的业务用户数据变更请 求， 向业务用户数据模型管理模块查询业务用户数据模型及配置信息； 业务用户数据模型配置模块根据查询条件， 返回业务用户数据模型及 配置信息， 业务用户数据管理模块根据业务用户数据模型配置模块返回的 业务用户数据模型及配置信息， 向相应的业务用户数据数据源请求更新业 务用户数据， 并向业务用户数据管理请求者返回业务用户数据更新结果。
12、 根据权利要求 9或 11所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述查询条件为用 户标识， 或业务标识。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的方法， 其特征在于， 所述业务用户数据管 理模块还提供订阅功能； 对于订阅有业务用户数据的订阅者， 当相关业务 用户数据变更后， 该方法还包括：
