技术领域
本发明涉及声音播放技术领域, 特别涉及一种太阳能供电的声音 播放装置。
背景技术
声音播放装置是具有语音和音乐播放功能的装置, 例如市场上已 广泛普及的家用音响, 已经走进了千家万户, 为人们的生活增添了生 机与活力, 人们在工作之余可以收听广播、 欣赏音乐, 满足了人们的 精神享受。 随着人们生活水平的不断提高, 人们不仅仅希望在市内欣 赏音乐, 也希望在户外如花园或其它公共场合 (公园、 广场) 欣赏音 乐。 于是便出现了便携式音响, 人们可以方便地拿到户外欣赏音乐, 但这种户外使用的音响需要必须解决的是供电问题, 为了满足供电的 需要, 传统的做法是采用有线音响系统并由普通的交流电作为电源进 行供电, 或者使用干电池作为电源, 但是上述两种传统的做法即不方 便也不经济。 此外, 出于便于携带户外使用的考虑, 大部分便携式音 响的体积都不大, 故而音箱共振空间都较小, 声音质量不能很好地满 足使用者的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种声音播放装置, 特别是一种利用太阳 能电池作为电源供电的声音播放装置, 使用方便, 节约能源, 并具有 良好的音质效果。
为达到上述目的, 本发明提供了一种声音播放装置, 包括壳体、 位于所述壳体前部的扬声器和显示面板, 以及电源电路和控制电路, 所述壳体的上表面具有太阳能电池组件, 在所述壳体内部, 所述扬声 器的后部具有利用隔板分隔而成的通道式腔体结构。
可选的, 所述壳体的侧面还具有太阳能电池组件。
可选的, 所述太阳能电池组件为单晶硅、 多晶硅、 薄膜太阳能电 池中的一种。
可选的, 所述通道式腔体结构的通道形式为 S型、 N型、 M型或 U型。 可选的, 所述通道式腔体结构的内部具有吸音棉。
可选的, 所述壳体和隔板的材料为再生木。
可选的, 所述隔板的材料为 ABC塑料。
与现有技术相比, 本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的声音播放装置利用太阳能电池作为电源为其在户外使 用提供电力, 无需外接交流电源或干电池, 大大地方便了户外使用, 达到了节能环保的效果;
此外, 本本发明的声音播放装置具有通道式音响腔体结构, 使音 质在有限的体积内得到了提高, 腔体内装有吸音棉, 可以消除杂音, 使整个声音的表现更加纯净, 高中低音都表现的十分完美;
本发明的音箱采用环保再生木, 可以让声音在腔体内部更好的折 射, 在外部进一歩消除杂音。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的上述目的、 特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结 合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做详细的说明。 在下面的描述中阐述 了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明。 但是本发明能够以很多不同 于在此描述的其它方式来实施, 本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明 内涵的情况下做类似推广。 因此本发明不受下面公开的具体实施的限 制。
图 1为本发明声音播放装置一实施例的结构示意图。如图 1所示, 本发明的声音播放装置 100包括扬声器 300以及用于显示各种信息的 液晶显示屏 400, 在本发明的声音播放装置 100的顶面具有太阳能电 池组件 200, 其可以是包括单晶硅、 多晶硅和硅基薄膜等形式在内的 各种太阳能电池模板, 在此本发明并不做具体限制。 本发明的声音播 放装置 100采用太阳能电池模块 200为内部电路供电, 无需外接交流 电源或干电池, 大大地方便了户外使用, 节能环保。
图 2为本发明声音播放装置另一实施例的结构示意图。 如图 2所 示, 在本实施例中, 声音播放装置 100除了在顶面具有太阳能电池组 件 200之外,在侧面还具有太阳能电池组件 500。太阳能电池组件 200 和侧面的太阳能电池组件 500可以是包括单晶硅、 多晶硅和硅基薄膜 等形式在内的各种太阳能电池模板, 在此本发明并不做限制。 在本实 施例的声音播放装置 100在顶面和侧面都具有太阳能电池, 能够提高 供电量, 增加了电源的输出功率, 可提供更好的播放效果。
图 3为根据本发明声音播放装置一实施例的电路系统框图。 如图 3 所示, 本发明声音播放装置的电路系统包括微控制单元 MCU, 对音 量控制单元、 功放单元、 LCD 驱动单元进行控制, 音源切换单元用于 控制 FM输入和 MP3/MP4等音源的切换, LCD驱动单元用于驱动 LCD显 示屏。 本发明的声音播放装置内置 FM模块, 具有 MP3/4、 IP0D等音 频输入接口和音频耳机输出接口。 液晶屏显示信息包括 FM频点, 当 前播放音源 (FM或外接音源), 背光灯包括双色 LED电源指示: 电量 高为绿色, 电量中为橙色, 电量低为红色, 充电时红灯闪烁。 功放采 用 TI的 D类功放, 10〜15W的单声道或 8W的双声道。 所带的喇叭单 元为两个 8欧姆, 供电范围为 8V或 10V以上。 LCD的背光灯可控制, 需要时打开, 操作时按任意键打开, 延时 5-10秒不操作关闭。 FM与 外接音源的选择采用与音量等按键相同的方式, 通过 MCU扫描该键, 控制双通道音频切换 IC。
图 4为根据本发明声音播放装置一实施例的电源配置框图。 如图 4所示, 本发明的声音播放装置采用低功耗的电源分配控制方式, 太 阳能电池输出的电能充电 12V、 2Ah 的铅酸蓄电池, 并具有电源适配 器接口, 5V电源输出 USB接口。 本实施例的太阳能电池采用非晶硅太 阳能板, 太阳能板输出电能为 15. 6V、 235mA。 为提高蓄电池的电源效 率, 采用 DCDC降压方式, 从 12V降到 5V输出, 电流 200〜300mA以 内。 12V蓄电池的使用电压范围是 11V〜13V, 恒压充电电压是 14. 5V。 在高于 13V 或低于 11V 时应断开电池。 电量检测分三档: 高 ( 12. 5V〜12V)、 中 ( 12. 5V〜11. 5V)、 低 ( 11. 5V〜1 1V)。 外接用电源适 配器充电,在电压低于 11V时, 断开功放、 LCD, USB电源输出等模块, 仅保留 MCU的待机以及红灯电量低的提示。 这种智能低功耗控制方式 在用光能或交流电充电电池供电时, 可使低功耗的声音播放装置具有 更长的工作时间。
图 5 为本发明声音播放装置内部结构一实施例的俯视结构示意 图。 如图 5所示, 本发明的声音播放装置具有一壳体 800, 壳体内部 中央和前部分别为控制电路部分和显示电路部分。 在壳体 800的前部 左右两侧分别具有扬声器 600。 在扬声器 600后方的空间内, 本发明 的声音播放装置通过设置隔板 810和 820, 将扬声器 600后方的空间 进行分隔, 形成通道式的腔体结构 700, 即图中虚线所表示的通道式 结构。 通道式腔体结构 700使有限的腔体空间得到了延长, 在扬声器 600 后方有限的腔体空间内大幅度地增加了声波谐振空间, 极大地改 善了声音的音质。
本实施例中, 隔板 810和 820所分隔出的通道式腔体结构 700为 S型或 N型。 在其他实施例中, 利用隔板还可以将扬声器 600后方的 空间分隔为其他形式的通道式结构, 例如 M型或 U型, 在此不一一列 举, 只要是能够在扬声器 600后方的腔体空间内形成通道式结构的分 隔方式均在本发明的保护范围之内。
图 6为本发明声音播放装置内部结构另一实施例的俯视结构示意 图。如图 6所示,壳体 800内扬声器 600后方的空间被隔板 810和 820 分隔形成通道式的腔体结构 700, 即图中虚线所表示的通道式结构。 本实施例中, 在通道式腔体结构 700内装有吸音棉 900, 可以消除杂 音使整个装置的声音质量表现得更加纯净, 高、 中、 低音的音质表现 更加完美。
在上述实施例中, 壳体 800、 隔板 810和 820的材料可选用环保 再生木。 隔板 810和 820的材料还可选用 ABC塑料。 环保再生木的应 用可以使声音在腔体内部更好的折射, 在外部进一歩消除杂音。

1、 一种声音播放装置, 包括壳体、 位于所述壳体前部的扬声器 和显示面板, 以及电源电路和控制电路, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的上 表面具有太阳能电池组件, 在所述壳体内部, 所述扬声器的后部具有 利用隔板分隔而成的通道式腔体结构。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的声音播放装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体的 侧面还具有太阳能电池组件。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的声音播放装置, 其特征在于: 所述太 阳能电池组件为单晶硅、 多晶硅、 薄膜太阳能电池中的一种。
