Abstract

The solar collector of the invention is constituted by a panel formed from a coil (1) of smooth tube or tube corrugated with parallel or helical fluting, made of stainless steel, through which flows the fluid, preferably water, to be heated, said solar collector also comprising a rubber heat-collecting material (4), all the aforesaid enclosed in a stainless-steel casing (2) with a glass cover (3) sealed on said casing (2) by means of a rubber seal, establishing, overall, an interruption in the thermal bridge between the inside and the outside of the panel, thereby minimizing heat losses. The coil (1) is totally or partially embedded or submerged in the structure of the rubber insulating material (4) as heat-collecting material.
