本发明实施例提供一种预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正的方法、 设备与系 统, 能够实现预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正并自动接续。
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一 部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技 术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例, 都属于本发 明保护的范围。
如图 1所示, 本发明实施例预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正的一种方法, 包括:
511、 国际业务网关 ( Internat ional Service Gateway, ISG )监测经过 国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令。
512、 所述 ISG 构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的拜访位置寄存器 ( Vi s i tor Locat ion Regi s ter, VLR ) 中所述用户 0-CSI的消息, 并发送给 所述 VLR。
513、 所述 ISG判断来自于所述用户的拜访 MSC的拨号是否需要纠正。 所述拜访 MSC发送到所述国际关口局。
S15、所述 ISG接收所述国际关口局发送的携带有经过所述国际关口局处 理的拨号的消息, 并根据所述 MAP信令, 将所述消息转发给所述用户的归属 地预付费 SCP。
通过采用所述的方法, 由于所述 ISG能够监测经过国际关口局的 MAP信 令, 构造用于修改预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI的消息并发送 给所述 VLR, 从而使用户的始发呼叫能够触发到所述 ISG, ISG对需要纠正的 号码进行纠正并转发给国际关口局进行处理, 并将经过国际关口局处理的号 码转发给所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP, 这样, 不管所述归属地预付费 SCP 下发 CO匪 ECT还是 CONTINUE信令,都能够实现预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正 并自动接续。
如图 2所示,本发明实施例预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正的另一种方法, 包括:
S 21、 I SG监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令。
通常, 当用户漫游进来时, 会选择漫游网络的一个 MSC/VLR进行注册登 记, 然后所述 MSC/VLR发送位置更新请求消息(MAP_UPDATE_L0CATI0N)到用 户归属国的归属位置寄存器 (Home Location Register, HLR ) , 接着所述 HLR发送插入用户数据消息(MAP— INSERT_SUBSCRIBER_DATA)给所述 MSC/VLR, 而 所 述 MSC/VLR 则 返 回 插 入 用 户 数 据 确 认 消 息 (MAP_INSERT_SUBSCRIBER_DATA_ACK) , 最后, 所述 HLR返回位置更新确认 消息(MAP_UPDATE_L0CATI0N_ACK)给所述 MSC/VLR。在上述过程中, 所述 ISG 部署在运营商自己网络国际关口局 /国际信令转发点 (GMSC/ISTP) 的旁边, 用以监测经过所述 GMSC/ISTP 的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令(如所述 MAP_UPDATE_L0CATT0N 、 MAP_UPDATE_L0CATT0N_ACK 、
MAP_INSERT_SUBSCRIBER_DATA、 MAP_INSERT_SUBSCRIBER_DAT_ACK 消息) , 对所述 MAP信令进行提取与分析, 并保存所述预付费漫游用户的 IMSI、 移动 台 ISDN号码 (Mobile Station International ISDN Number, MS I SDN) 、 拜 访位置寄存器的号码、 0-CSI信息等。 522、所述 ISG构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户 0-CSI 的消息, 并发送给所述 VLR。
例如, 所述 ISG构造新的 MAP_ ISD消息并发送给所述 VLR, 从而使所述 VLR修改所存储的所述预付费漫游用户的 0-CSI信息(例如, 将 0-CSI修改 为 ISG的 GT地址) , 这样, 就能够确保所述用户的始发呼叫触发到所述 ISG 以便进行拨号智能纠正。
523、 用户发起呼叫并由拜访 MSC发送给所述 ISG。
524、 所述 ISG判断所述用户的拨号是否需要纠正。
若所述用户拨打的号码正常, 则所述 ISG下发 CONTINUE信令, 呼叫正常 接续; 若所述拨号需要纠正, 则转向步驟 S25。 例如, 假设所述预付费漫游用户拨打的号码为 B, 在所述 ISG判断所述 拨号 B需要纠正的情况下, 所述 ISG将所述拨号 B纠正为 B, 。 同时, 为了 所述国际关口局能够再次触发, 所述 ISG 给所述 B, 添加特殊的前缀, 用 Pref ix+B' 表示, 其中, 前缀为路由和触发前缀。 然后, 所述 ISG向所述用 户的拜访 MSC 下发连接接续信令, 所述连接接续信令中携带有所述 Pref ix+B' 。 这样所述拜访 MSC就能够根据所述特殊前缀, 将呼叫送到所述 国际关口局。
526、 拜访 MSC根据所述特殊前缀, 将呼叫发送给国际关口局。
527、 国际关口局将所述前缀剥离, 并向所述 ISG发送 IDP消息。 此时, 所述 IDP消息中的拨号为 B, 。
528、 所述 ISG根据前面 MAP信令监测过程中保存的所述用户的原 0-CSI 消息, 将所述 IDP消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP。
之后, 所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP就能够按照正常的流程进行计费。 由于在所述国际关口局上, 所述用户的拨号都为 Β, , 所以不管所述用户的 归属地预付费 SCP下发 CO匪 ECT还是 CONTINUE信令,呼叫都能正常接续到纠 正后的号码 B, 。
通过采用所述的方法, 由于所述 ISG能够监测经过国际关口局的 MAP信 令, 构造用于修改预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI的消息并发送 给所述 VLR, 从而使用户的始发呼叫能够触发到所述 ISG, ISG对需要纠正的 号码进行纠正并转发给国际关口局进行处理, 并将经过国际关口局处理的号 码转发给所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP, 这样, 不管所述归属地预付费 SCP 下发 CO匪 ECT还是 CONTINUE信令,都能够实现预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正 并自动接续。
如图 3所示,本发明实施例国际业务网关 300,包括监测与构造单元 301、 处理单元 302和接收与发送单元 303。 其中:
监测与构造单元 301 , 用于监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关 的 MAP信令, 构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI 信息的消息并通过接收与发送单元 303发送到所述 VLR。
其中,所述监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令包括: 所述监测与构造单元 301 监测经过国际关口局的 MAP_UPDATE_LOCATION、 MAP_UPDATE_LOCATION_ACK 、 MAP— INSERT—SUBSCRIBER—DATA 、
MAP _ INSERT— SUBSCRIBER— DAT _ACK等 MAP信令, 对所述 MAP信令进行提取与 分析, 并保存所述预付费漫游用户的 IMSI、 MSI SDN、 VLR的号码、 0-CSI信 息等。 此外, 用于修改预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI的消息可 以为 MAP- ISD消息。
处理单元 302 , 用于判断来自于所述用户的拜访 MSC的拨号(用 B表示) 是否需要纠正, 若不需要纠正, 则向所述拜访移动交换中心下发 Cont inue让 呼叫继续, 若需要纠正, 则对所述拨号进行纠正并通过所述接收与发送单元 303向所述拜访 MSC下发连接接续信令。
其中,对所述拨号进行纠正包括: 将所述拨号 B纠正为 Β, , 并在所述 B, 前添加特殊的前缀, 以便所述国际关口局能够再次触发。 其中, 所述前缀为 路由和触发前缀。
接收与发送单元 303 , 用于接收所述来自于所述用户的拜访 MSC的拨号 并转发给所述处理单元 3G2 , 据所述 MAP信令(例如, 基于所述 MAP信令 监测过程中保存的所述用户的原 0-CSI消息) , 将来自于所述国际关口局的 携带有经过所述国际关口局处理的拨号的消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付 费 SCP。
通过采用所述的 ISG, 由于所述 ISG能够监测经过国际关口局的 MAP信 令, 构造用于修改预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI的消息并发送 给所述 VLR, 从而使用户的始发呼叫能够触发到所述 ISG, ISG对需要纠正的 号码进行纠正并转发给国际关口局进行处理, 并将经过国际关口局处理的号 码转发给所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP, 这样, 不管所述归属地预付费 SCP 下发 CO匪 ECT还是 CONTINUE信令,都能够实现预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正 并自动接续。
进一步地, 如图 4所示, 所述处理单元 302包括: 判断单元 401 , 用于判断来自于所述拜访 MSC的拨号是否需要纠正, 并 将判断结果发送给纠正单元;
纠正单元 402 , 用于在所述拨号需要纠正时, 对所述拨号进行纠正并通 过所述接收与发送单元 302向所述拜访 MSC下发连接接续信令, 在所述拨号 不需要纠正时, 通过所述接收与发送单元 302向所述拜访移动交换中心下发 Cont inue让呼叫继续。
如图 5所示, 本发明实施例预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正系统 500, 包 括:
国际业务网关 501 , 用于监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令, 构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI信 息的消息并发送给所述 VLR , 判断来自于所述用户的拜访移动交换中心 502 的拨号是否需要纠正, 若不需要纠正, 则向所述拜访移动交换中心下发 Cont inue让呼叫继续, 若需要纠正, 则对所述拨号进行纠正并向所述拜访移 动交换中心 502下发连接接续信令, 根据所述 MAP信令, 将来自于所述国际 关口局的含有经过处理的拨号的消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付费 SCP; 拜访移动交换中心 502 , 用于向所述国际业务网关 501发送所述用户的 拨号, 将所述国际业务网关 501纠正过的拨号转发给所述国际关口局 503; 国际关口局 503 , 用于将所述拜访移动交换中心 502发送的所述纠正过 的拨号进行处理, 将处理后的拨号经过所述国际业务网关 501发送给所述用 户的归属地预付费 SCP。
通过釆用所述的系统, 由于所述国际业务网关 501能够监测经过国际关 口局的 MAP信令, 构造用于修改预付费漫游用户的 VLR中所述用户的 0-CSI 的消息并发送给所述 VLR , 从而使用户的始发呼叫能够触发到所述国际业务 网关 501 , 对需要纠正的号码进行纠正并由拜访移动交换中心 502转发给国 际关口局 503进行处理, 并将经过国际关口局 503处理的号码转发给所述用 户的归属地预付费 SCP , 这样, 不管所述归属地预付费 SCP下发 CO匪 ECT还 是 CONTINUE信令, 都能够实现预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正并自动接续。
进一步地,所述国际业务网关 501可为图 3或图 4所示的国际业务网关。 此外, 预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正系统 500纠正用户拨号的方式可参 考图 1和图 2所示的流程, 此处不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解, 实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流 程, 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成, 所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施 例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体( Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体 ( Random Acces s Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不局限 于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易 想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应以权利要求所述的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正的方法, 其特征在于, 包括: 监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令;
构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的拜访位置寄存器中所述用户的主叫 签约信息的消息, 并发送给所述拜访位置寄存器;
判断来自于所述用户的拜访移动交换中心的拨号是否需要纠正; 交换中心发送到所述国际关口局;
接收所述国际关口局发送的携带有经过所述国际关口局处理的拨号的消 息, 并根据所述 MAP信令, 将所述消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付费业务 控制点。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述监测经过国际关口局 的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP信令包括:
监测经过所述国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的位置更新消息和插入 用户数据消息;
提取并保存所述位置更新消息和所述插入用户数据消息中的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述位置更新消息和所述 插入用户数据消息中的信息包括: 所述用户的国际移动用户识别码、 移动台 I SDN号码、 所述拜访位置寄存器的号码和所述用户的主叫签约信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对所述拨号进行纠正 并将纠正的拨号通过所述拜访移动交换中心发送到所述国际关口局包括: 纠正所述拨号, 并在纠正的所述拨号前添加前缀;
向所述拜访移动交换中心下发连接接续信令; 所述拜访移动交换中心将携带有所述前缀的纠正的拨号发送给所述国际 关口局。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收所述国际关口局 发送的携带有经过所述国际关口局处理的拨号的消息,并根据所述 MAP信令, 将所述消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付费业务控制点具体为:
接收所述国际关口局发送的含有经过前缀剥离处理的拨号的消息 , 并根 据所述 MAP信令, 将所述消息转发给所述用户的归属地预付费业务控制点。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若来自于所述 用户的拜访移动交换中心的拨号不需要纠正, 则向所述拜访移动交换中心下 发 Con t i nue让呼叫继续。
7、 一种国际业务网关, 其特征在于, 包括:
监测与构造单元,用于监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP 信令, 构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的拜访位置寄存器中所述用户的主 叫签约信息的消息并通过接收与发送单元发送到所述拜访位置寄存器;
处理单元, 用于判断来自于所述用户的拜访移动交换中心的拨号是否需 要纠正, 若需要纠正, 则对所述拨号进行纠正并通过所述接收与发送单元向 所述拜访移动交换中心下发连接接续信令;
接收与发送单元, 用于接收所述来自于所述用户的拜访移动交换中心的 拨号并转发给所述处理单元, 根据所述 MAP信令, 将来自于所述国际关口局 的携带有经过所述国际关口局处理的拨号的消息转发给所述用户的归属地预 付费业务控制点。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的国际业务网关, 其特征在于, 所述 MAP信令包 括: 位置更新消息和插入用户数据消息。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的国际业务网关, 其特征在于, 所述处理单元包 括:
判断单元,用于判断来自于所述拜访移动交换中心的拨号是否需要纠正, 并将判断结果发送给纠正单元;
纠正单元, 用于在所述拨号需要纠正时, 对所述拨号进行纠正并通过所 述接收与发送单元向所述拜访移动交换中心下发连接接续信令。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8或 9所述的国际业务网关, 其特征在于, 若来 自于所述用户的拜访移动交换中心的拨号不需要纠正, 则所述处理单元向所 述拜访移动交换中心下发 Con t i nue让呼叫继续。
11、 一种预付费漫游用户拨号智能纠正的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 国际业务网关, 用于监测经过国际关口局的预付费漫游用户相关的 MAP 信令, 构造用于修改所述预付费漫游用户的拜访位置寄存器中所述用户的主 叫签约信息的消息并发送给所述拜访位置寄存器, 判断来自于所述用户的拜 访移动交换中心的拨号是否需要纠正, 若需要纠正, 则对所述拨号进行纠正 并向所述拜访移动交换中心下发连接接续信令, 根据所述 MAP信令, 将来自 于所述国际关口局的含有经过处理的拨号的消息转发给所述用户的归属地预 付费业务控制点;
拜访移动交换中心, 用于向所述国际业务网关发送所述用户的拨号, 将 所述国际业务网关纠正过的拨号转发给所述国际关口局;
国际关口局, 用于将所述拜访移动交换中心发送的所述纠正过的拨号进 行处理, 将处理后的拨号经过所述国际业务网关发送给所述用户的归属地预 付费业务控制点。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 若来自于所述用户的拜 访移动交换中心的拨号不需要纠正, 则所述国际业务网关向所述拜访移动交 换中心下发 Con t i nue让呼叫继续。
13、 根据权利要求 11或 12所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述国际业务网 关为如权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的国际业务网关。
