计费系统在得到某次呼叫中计费属性的取值后, 即可根据上述流程找 到本次呼叫可以使用的套餐和帐户。 例如某次通话, 用户作为主叫, 没有 漫游, 拨打的是亲情号码, 该呼叫为国内长途, 则计费属性的取值为: P< 主叫流程>=1 , P<是否漫游>=0, P<亲情号码>=1 , P<国内长途>=1 , 其它计 费属性为 0。计费系统将这些计费属性取值代入各个套餐的生效条件表达式 中, 经过计算得到用户本次呼叫可以使用套餐三, 可以从子帐户二上扣费。
本发明通过计费属性的逻辑表达式分别确定计费方案或帐户的计费条 件和扣费条件, 实现了仅通过增加或修改配置即可增加或修改某次呼叫如 何确定使用哪些套餐 /帐户的判断逻辑, 从而降低了计费套餐的开发难度, 简化了套餐发生修改时改动的复杂度, 增加了套餐配置的灵活性。
总而言之, 本发明与现有技术相比较的有益效果是:
( 1 )本发明配置与增值业务对应的计费方案, 通过计费属性查询计费 方案以确定使用的计费方案, 这样就使得查找计费方案和计费方案的配置 与业务本身分离, 在新计费方案加入时, 不用修改或升级业务就可通过配 置实现;
( 2 )发明利用计费属性的逻辑表达式来确定计费条件, 并通过当前业 务的业务属性匹配计费条件, 简化了判断逻辑, 简化了配置改动的复杂度; ( 3 )本发明可在多个计费方案或扣费帐户中分别设置优先级, 增加了 配置的灵活性;
( 4 )本发明通过建立扣费条件和扣费帐户的对应关系, 实现了在符合 扣费条件的帐户中进行扣费, 使得扣费条件的配置与业务本身分离, 在新 扣费条件加入时, 不用修改或升级业务就可实现。 明, 不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若 干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。

权利要求书
1、 一种增值业务计费方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括:
配置与增值业务相对应的计费方案, 所述计费方案中包括计费条件和 费率;
根据当前业务的计费属性查询所述计费方案, 使用符合计费条件的计 费方案的费率计算业务费用。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述计费条件包括由计 费属性和逻辑运算符组成的第一逻辑表达式。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述符合计费条件的计 费方案有多个时, 该方法还包括: 在所述多个符合条件的计费方案中根据 第一预设优先级选择高优先级计费方案的费率计算业务费用。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法还包 括:
建立扣费条件和扣费帐户的对应关系;
根据当前业务的计费属性查询符合扣费条件的扣费帐户扣除业务费 用。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述扣费条件包括由计 费属性和逻辑运算符组成的第二逻辑表达式。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述符合扣费条件的扣 费帐户有多个时, 该方法还包括: 在所述多个符合条件的扣费帐户中根据 第二预设优先级选择高优先级的扣费帐户扣除业务费用。
7、 一种增值业务计费系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 业务模块和计 费模块; 其中,
所述业务模块, 用于处理业务逻辑;
所述计费模块, 用于配置与增值业务相对应的计费方案, 所述计费方 案中包括计费条件和费率; 以及根据当前业务的计费属性查询所述计费方 案, 使用符合计费条件的计费方案的费率计算业务费用。
