本发明主要涉及无线通信领域中对无线终端中的上网设备进行解锁的方 法及装置。
背景技术
随着第三代移动通信技术(3G ) 时代的到来, 终端市场在全球范围加速 拓展, 为吸引用户群体, 各地运营商不懈地追求着自己产品以及软件的个性 化服务, 尽力提高用户感受, 良好的用户体验成为竟争的最终目的。 运营商 从用户角度出发, 一方面考虑限制本地非本运营商的用户不能随意使用自己 的产品和软件, 以免因这样的用户不当使用引发一系列的问题; 另一方面又 考虑对于本地用户有可能会发展为异地用户, 需要将自己的产品与异地运营 商的产品配合使用。 为禁止其它运营商对产品和软件的使用, 传统的终端产品会根据运营商 的移动国家代码( Mobile Country Code, MCC )、移动网络代码( Mobile Network Code , MNC )对终端设备进行锁网, 同时通过终端的管理软件提供解锁服 务, 这种解锁业务必须使用用户识别模块(SIM )卡来实现, 即终端设备、 终端管理软件以及 SIM卡三者缺一不可。 而对于本地用户到异地使用产品的 这个需求, 显然传统的解锁方案是不能满足的, 因为用户原有的 SIM卡在异 地无法正常使用或着费用太高, 用户在异地又不便于求助于产品运营商去对 设备进行解锁。
因此, 必须对传统的对终端设备的解锁方案进行改进, 能够方便地满足 本地用户异地使用产品的需求, 从而能够吸引用户群体及提高用户体验。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种实现对终端设备解锁的方法及装 置, 能够方便地满足本地用户异地使用产品的需求。 为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种实现对终端设备解锁的方法, 包括:
在终端设备上电后, 通过用户接口 (UI )查询并记录该终端设备的锁网 状态, 若 UI检查该终端设备未插入用户识别模块(SIM )卡, 且该终端设备 的锁网状态为 "已锁网" , 则通过 UI让用户为终端设备解锁。
所述通过 UI查询并记录该终端设备的锁网状态的步骤包括: UI在初始 化时通过一条新增指令查询终端设备的锁网状态, 并通过终端设备的响应得 到锁网状态的状态值, 得到的状态值包括 "未锁网"、 "已锁网" 以及 "已解 锁" 中的任意一个。
所述方法还包括: 在通过 UI查询并记录该终端设备的锁网状态的同时, 查询并记录终端设备的国际移动设备识别认证码( IMEI );
通过 UI让用户为终端设备解锁的步骤包括:

终端设备的解锁成功, 则在终端设备经提示被插入 SIM卡后, 允许终端 设备正常使用;
或者, 终端设备的解锁失败, 则通过 UI提示用户重新输入解锁码, 并对 重新输入的解锁码进行重新验证, 直至解锁成功。
该方法还包括:
若 UI检查该终端设备插入 SIM卡, 且该终端设备的锁网状态为 "已锁 网" , 则使用常规的解锁流程对终端设备进行解锁, 并在解锁成功后允许终 端设备正常使用, 同时将状态值更改为 "已解锁"。

为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了实现一种实现对终端设备解锁的 装置, 包括依次连接的锁网状态查询模块、 用户识别模块(SIM )卡查询模 块以及解锁模块, 其中:
锁网状态查询模块设置为: 在终端设备上电时查询并记录该终端设备的 锁网状态, 若锁网状态为 "已锁网" , 则向 SIM卡查询模块传递 SIM卡状态 查询指令; 根据解锁模块传递的解锁成功指示以及 SIM卡查询模块返回的无 SIM卡指示发出插入 SIM卡的提示;
SIM卡查询模块设置为: 在收到 SIM卡状态查询指令后, 在查询到终端 设备未插入 SIM卡时, 则向锁网状态查询模块返回无 SIM卡指示, 同时向解 锁模块传递无 SIM卡解锁指令;
解锁模块设置为: 根据无 SIM卡解锁指令向用户提供解锁窗口, 在解锁 成功后向锁网状态查询模块传递解锁成功指示。
锁网状态查询模块是设置为以如下方式在终端设备上电时查询并记录该 终端设备的锁网状态: 在初始化时通过一条新增指令查询终端设备的锁网状 态, 并通过终端设备的响应得到锁网状态的状态值, 得到的状态值包括 "未 锁网"、 "已锁网" 以及 "已解锁" 中的任意一个。
在锁网状态查询模块和解锁模块之间还连接有解锁准备模块, 其中: 锁网状态查询模块还设置为: 在传递 SIM卡状态查询指令的同时, 向解 锁准备模块传递解锁准备指令;
解锁准备模块设置为: 根据解锁准备指令查询并记录终端设备的国际移 动设备识别认证码(IMEI ), 将查询结果传递给解锁模块;
解锁模块设置为:根据收到的 IMEI所携带的解锁码对用户在解锁窗口输 入的解锁码进行验证, 验证通过后将锁网状态更改为 "已解锁", 并携带在解 锁成功指示中传递给锁网状态查询模块。
SIM卡查询模块还设置为: 在查询到终端设备已插入 SIM卡时, 向锁网 状态查询模块返回 SIM卡就绪指示, 同时向解锁模块传递常规解锁指令; 解锁模块还设置为: 根据常规解锁指令使用常规的解锁方式对终端设备 进行解锁, 并在解锁成功后将锁网状态更改为 "已解锁", 并携带在解锁成功 指示中传递给锁网状态查询模块;
锁网状态还设置为: 查询模块根据解锁成功指示以及 SIM卡就绪指示发 出设备正常使用指令。
本发明打破了传统的解锁模式, 使得终端设备锁网状态的查询及解锁不 必依赖于 SIM卡的就绪,同时从用户角度又兼容了对插有 SIM卡的常规解锁 流程, 整个方案非常灵活, 且为用户的使用带来了很大方便, 因此能产生良 好的用户体验。 附图概述

本发明提供的实现对终端设备进行解锁的方法及装置, 其发明构思是, 在该终端中安装一用户接口 (User Interface, UI ), 不论在用户终端中是否 插入 SIM卡, 均可以通过该 UI实现对终端设备的解锁及使用, 并保留传统 的解锁操作方式, 由此提供对本地用户异地使用终端设备的支持, 并兼容本 地用户本地使用终端设备的功能。
以下结合附图和优选实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细地阐述。 以下 例举的实施例仅仅用于说明和解释本发明, 而不构成对本发明技术方案的限 制。
本发明的实现对终端设备进行解锁的方法及装置, 需要以下三种实体的 支持:
一是无线终端设备 ( Wireless Terminal Device, WTD ), 典型的为无线数 据卡、 无线 USB MODEM等, 以下统称为终端设备;
二是终端管理软件 , 典型的为安装在台式机或个人笔记本电脑上的人机 交互界面, 即用户接口应用程序, 它与终端设备配合使用, 以下统称为 UI;
三是各种卡资源,如 UIM卡 (即 CDMA制式的手机卡), SIM卡(即 2G 手机卡), USIM卡(即 3G手机卡)等, 以下统称为 SIM卡。
在本发明的实现对终端设备进行解锁的方法实施之前, 需要做一些前提 准备工作:
( 1 ) 需要相关串口通讯协议的支持, 如 AT ( Attention )协议或 DIAG ( Diagnostic Responder protocol: 诊断应答协议)协议。
( 2 ) 以 AT协议为例, 对终端设备与终端管理软件均扩充一条 AT命名, 即 "AT+ZNCK=? " 该测试命令用于查询当前终端设备的锁网状态, 其中: 状态值 "0" 表示为非锁网设备, 状态值 "1" 表示已锁网设备, 状态值 2表 示已解锁设备;
( 2 )在终端管理软件界面上设计一个供与用户交互的 UI窗口, 用来提 供在无 SIM卡状态下对终端设备进行解锁操作的功能;
( 3 )编写终端设备的初始化程序, 针对解锁相关环节, 实现通过判断终 端设备锁网状态和 SIM卡状态, 对终端设备进行解锁操作。
在以上前提准备工作的基础上, 本发明的实现对终端设备进行解锁的方 法通过图 1所示的实施例流程图体现出来, 该流程包括如下步骤:
101 : 终端设备被加电, 安装在终端上的 UI被初始化;
102: UI通过新增指令 "AT+ZNCK=? "查询并记录当前终端设备的锁网状 态;
当 UI向终端设备发出该新增指令后,会通过该终端设备的响应得到状态 值 "0"、 "1"、 "2" 中的任意一个, 分别用于表示为非锁网设备、 已锁网设备 以及已解锁设备。 103: UI 查询并记录终端设备的国际移动设备识别认证码(International Mobile Equipment Identity , IMEI ) , 以备解锁用;

108-110: UI比对通过指令 "AT+ZNCK=? "返回的查询结果, 若结果为锁 网设备, 则在使能的解锁窗口提示用户输入解锁码, 根据终端设备的 IMEI 所附带的解锁码对用户输入的解锁码进行险证通过后解锁成功, 则将所述状 态值更改为 "已解锁"; UI初始化流程终止, 待用户插入所在地 SIM卡后允 许用户正常使用终端设备;若为非锁网设备,则提示用户当前设备无 SIM卡, 并待用户插入所在地 SIM卡后允许用户正常使用终端设备; 至此 UI初始化 结束, 结束流程。
用户通过点击 UI上提供的解锁按钮, 在弹出的解锁界面进行解锁操作。 本发明所提出实现对终端设备解锁的方案可以适用于任何终端设备及配 套的 UI上。
例, 其结构如图 2所示, 该装置 200包括依次连接的锁网状态查询模块 210、 SIM卡查询模块 230以及解锁模块 240, 还包括解锁准备模块 220, 其中: 锁网状态查询模块 210, 用于查询并记录当前终端设备的锁网状态, 若 查询状态为已锁网, 则向 SIM卡查询模块 230传递 SIM卡状态查询指令, 同 时, 向解锁准备模块 220传递解锁准备指令; 根据解锁模块 240传递的解锁 成功指示和 SIM卡查询模块 230返回的无 SIM卡指示提示终端设备插入 SIM 卡; 或根据解锁成功指示和 SIM卡就绪指示发出设备可正常使用指令;
锁网状态查询模块 210通过新增指令 "AT+ZNCK=?" 查询当前终端设备 的锁网状态。 当向终端设备发出该新增指令后, 会通过该终端设备的响应得 到状态值 " 0"、 "1"、 "2" 中的任意一个, 分别用于表示为未锁网、 已锁网以 及已解锁状态。
锁网状态查询模块 210在提示终端设备插入设备码的同时, 还向 SIM卡 查询模块 230再次传递 SIM卡状态查询指令,直至 SIM卡查询模块 230返回 SIM卡就绪指示。
解锁准备模块 220, 分别与锁网状态查询模块 210和解锁模块 240连接, 用于在收到解锁准备指令后, 查询和记录终端设备的 IMEI, 并将查询结果传 递给解锁模块 240;
SIM卡查询模块 230,用于在收到 SIM卡状态查询指令后,对终端的 SIM 卡状态进行查询,若查询结果是未插入 SIM卡,则向解锁模块 240传递无 SIM 卡解锁指令, 同时向锁网状态查询模块 210返回无 SIM卡指示; 若查询结果 是 SIM卡就绪, 则向解锁模块 240传递常规解锁指令, 同时向锁网状态查询 模块 210返回 SIM卡就绪指示;
解锁模块 240, 用于根据 SIM卡查询模块 230传递的无 SIM卡解锁指令 向用户提供进行解锁的窗口, 在解锁成功后将锁网状态更新为已解锁, 并携 带在解锁成功指示中传递给锁网状态查询模块 210; 或者根据 SIM卡查询模 块 230传递的常规解锁指令, 对终端设备进行常规解锁操作, 在解锁成功后 将锁网状态更新为已解锁, 并携带在解锁成功指示中传递给锁网状态查询模 块 210。
解锁模块 240向用户提供输入解锁码的窗口, 并根据解锁准备模块 220 传递的 IMEI所附带的解锁码对用户输入的解锁码进行验证,验证通过则发出 解锁成功指示, 验证未通过提示用户重新输入解锁码, 并重新验证该新输入 的解锁码, 直至险证通过。
本发明所提出的对无 SIM卡终端设备解锁方案, 要求 UI与终端设备同 时扩充 "AT+ZNCK=? "指令, 故为了使扩充了该指令的 UI具有良好的兼容 性, 能够与普通终端设备配合使用, 本发明保留了传统的解锁流程。 来说, 本发明可以有各种更改或变化, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作 的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明打破了传统的解锁模式, 使得终端设备锁网状态的查询及解锁不 必依赖于 SIM卡的就绪,同时从用户角度又兼容了对插有 SIM卡的常规解锁 流程, 整个方案非常灵活, 且为用户的使用带来了很大方便, 因此能产生良 好的用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现对终端设备解锁的方法, 包括:
在终端设备上电后, 通过用户接口 (UI )查询并记录该终端设备的锁网 状态, 若所述 UI检查该终端设备未插入用户识别模块(SIM )卡, 且该终端 设备的锁网状态为 "已锁网" , 则通过所述 UI让用户为所述终端设备解锁。
2、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述通过 UI查询并记录该终端 设备的锁网状态的步骤包括:所述 UI在初始化时通过一条新增指令查询所述 终端设备的所述锁网状态, 并通过所述终端设备的响应得到所述锁网状态的 状态值, 得到的所述状态值包括 "未锁网"、 "已锁网" 以及 "已解锁" 中的 任意一个。
3、 按照权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 所述方法还包括: 在通过 UI查询 并记录该终端设备的锁网状态的同时, 查询并记录所述终端设备的国际移动 设备识别认证码(IMEI );
所述通过所述 UI让用户为所述终端设备解锁的步骤包括:
通过所述 UI使能一解锁窗口, 让所述终端设备的用户输入解锁码; 以及 根据所述 IMEI所携带的解锁码对所述用户输入的解锁码进行验证,验证 通过后则提示解锁成功, 并将所述状态值更改为 "已解锁"; 验证未通过则提 示解锁失败。
4、 按照权利要求 3所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
所述终端设备的所述解锁成功, 则在所述终端设备经提示被插入所述 SIM卡后, 允许所述终端设备正常使用; 或者
所述终端设备的所述解锁失败,则通过所述 UI提示所述用户重新输入解 锁码, 并对重新输入的解锁码进行重新验证, 直至所述解锁成功。
5、 按照权利要求 1所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
若所述 UI检查该终端设备插入所述 SIM卡, 且该终端设备的锁网状态 为 "已锁网" , 则使用常规的解锁流程对所述终端设备进行解锁, 并在所述 解锁成功后允许所述终端设备正常使用,同时将所述状态值更改为 "已解锁"。
6、 按照权利要求 2所述的方法, 该方法还包括:
若所述 UI检查该终端设备未插入所述 SIM卡, 且该终端设备的锁网状 态为 "未锁网" 或为 "已解锁" , 则在所述终端设备经提示被插入所述 SIM 卡后, 允许所述终端设备正常使用。
7、 一种实现对终端设备解锁的装置, 包括依次连接的锁网状态查询模 块、 用户识别模块(SIM )卡查询模块以及解锁模块;
所述锁网状态查询模块设置为: 在终端设备上电时查询并记录该终端设 备的锁网状态, 若所述锁网状态为 "已锁网" , 则向所述 SIM卡查询模块传 递 SIM卡状态查询指令; 根据所述解锁模块传递的解锁成功指示以及所述 SIM卡查询模块返回的无 SIM卡指示发出插入 SIM卡的提示;
所述 SIM卡查询模块设置为: 在收到所述 SIM卡状态查询指令后, 在查 询到所述终端设备未插入 SIM卡时, 则向所述锁网状态查询模块返回无 SIM 卡指示, 同时向所述解锁模块传递无 SIM卡解锁指令;
所述解锁模块设置为:根据所述无 SIM卡解锁指令向用户提供解锁窗口, 在解锁成功后向所述锁网状态查询模块传递所述解锁成功指示。
8、 按照权利要求 7所述的装置, 其中,
所述锁网状态查询模块是设置为以如下方式在终端设备上电时查询并记 录该终端设备的锁网状态: 在初始化时通过一条新增指令查询所述终端设备 的所述锁网状态, 并通过所述终端设备的响应得到所述锁网状态的状态值, 得到的所述状态值包括 "未锁网"、 "已锁网" 以及 "已解锁" 中的任意一个。
9、 按照权利要求 7或 8所述的装置,其中,在所述锁网状态查询模块和 所述解锁模块之间还连接有解锁准备模块;
所述锁网状态查询模块还设置为: 在传递所述 SIM卡状态查询指令的同 时, 向所述解锁准备模块传递解锁准备指令;
所述解锁准备模块设置为: 根据所述解锁准备指令查询并记录所述终端 设备的国际移动设备识别认证码(IMEI ), 将查询结果传递给所述解锁模块; 所述解锁模块设置为:根据收到的所述 IMEI所携带的解锁码对用户在所 述解锁窗口输入的解锁码进行验证, 验证通过后将所述锁网状态更改为 "已 解锁", 并携带在所述解锁成功指示中传递给所述锁网状态查询模块。
10、 按照权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
所述 SIM卡查询模块还设置为:在查询到所述终端设备已插入 SIM卡时, 向所述锁网状态查询模块返回 SIM卡就绪指示, 同时向所述解锁模块传递常 规解锁指令;
所述解锁模块还设置为: 根据所述常规解锁指令使用常规的解锁方式对 所述终端设备进行解锁, 并在所述解锁成功后将所述锁网状态更改为 "已解 锁", 并携带在所述解锁成功指示中传递给所述锁网状态查询模块;
所述锁网状态查询模块还设置为: 根据所述解锁成功指示以及所述 SIM 卡就绪指示发出设备正常使用指令。
