Abstract

Refere-se a invenção a um conjunto de tampa e sobretampa com trava para fechamento de segurança com evidência de violação, bem como a um retentor para trava. O conjunto de tampa e sobretampa com trava para fechamento de segurança com evidência de violação da invenção é constituído por uma tampa (1) presa de forma fixa na abertura do recipiente, uma sobretampa (2) e um elemento de lacre com evidência de violação, cujo elemento de lacre (10) é independente do conjunto tampa (1) e sobretampa (2), em cor diferente e móvel de sua posição inicial na sobretampa (2) para uma segunda situação na superfície da tampa (1) após o seu rompimento; sendo inserido no conjunto fechado através de um orifício (16) na sobretampa (2) e retido por um elemento de retenção (7) na tampa (1) alinhado ao orifício (16), cujo elemento de lacre apresenta a extremidade superior (11) em forma de disco, um pino central (12) e uma extremidade inferior alargada (13); com o disco superior (11) do elemento de lacre (10) apresentando uma borda externa (14) com espessura suficiente, com um friso lateral (15) de fixação no orifício (16) previsto na sobretampa (2); com a borda externa (14) se comunicando com a região central (17) do disco (11) por meio de elementos de pontes (18); com o pino central (12) se prolongando da região central (17) do disco (11) e tendo a sua extremidade inferior alargada (13) conformando um batente para o elemento de retenção (7) da tampa (1); com o elemento de retenção (7) sendo constituído por um poço (8) com abertura na superfície de topo (5) da tampa (1) dotada de garra (9) flexíveis reviradas para o interior do poço (8).
