Abstract
The existing closures have a score part on their surface, mounted so as to be detached in case of pressure. The applied pressure causes the surface to sink in the content of the container, creating a risk of contamination of the content and subsequently the consumer, in case the surface had not been carefully cleared and carries noxious substances. The advantage of the closure to be created is that it has a protective membrane (figure7, number 5) made of aluminum sheet, whereas the already existent closures do not have this protection. This membrane is gathered to a direction resulting in its attachment on the perimeter of the closure, so that the consumption from mouth is inhibited. The use of the closure with hygiene membrane made of aluminum sheet that sinks in the content concerns the sealing with closure of beverages or beer metal containers.
Description
DESCRIPTION
CLOSURE FOR METAL CONTAINERS WITH COATING MEMBRANE
The invention concerns the attachment of an aluminum membrane with thermal glue or other gluing substance on one part of the closures for metal containers. The existing closures have a score part on their surface, mounted so as to be detached in case of pressure.
The pressure is created by a pullable component, which acts as a press lever, causing it to break and sink towards the interior of the container.
As a result, this surface sinks in the content of the container, creating a risk of contamination of the content and subsequently the consumer, in case the surface had not been carefully cleared and carries noxious substances.
This detachable part (picture 1, number 1) is surrounded by a (nerve) (picture 3, number 2), created on the external surface of the closure in the shape of "W", so as for the surface to "resist" to the pressure, in order to break the internal part of the component that sinks in the content. The previous technique stopped in the mechanics of technical breaking of a part of the closure through pressure of a pullable component (picture 5, number 1). It does not take into consideration the fact that the sinking part of the closure gets in touch with the content and, in case this surface is contaminated by any cause, puts the consumer's health at risk.
The innovation of the invention consists in a membrane made of thin aluminum sheet, which shall be attached on the stilted w-shaped "nerve", as well as on the basis of the "W" (picture 3, number 1), which is flat, so as for the whole part of the closure's surface surrounded by the "W" to remain clean, provided that it was clean before the attachment of the membrane. This membrane is gathered to a direction resulting in its attachment on the perimeter of the closure, so that the consumption from mouth is inhibited.
The closure to be created by the present invention shall provide a healthy protection on the part of the closure's surface that shall be detached and sunk in the interior of the container.
The membrane that shall mounted, shall not get in any touch with the detachable surface that shall sink in the content, neither shall it get in any touch with potential gluing substances of the membrane.
The pullbale component pressing the breakable part of the closure's surface that sinks in the content is mounted after the attachment of the membrane (picture 4, number 1) (picture 5, number 1).
When the pullable component is pulled in order to press the breakable part, it also presses and breaks the membrane that lies underneath it (picture 6, number
4).
The shape of the membrane resembles to "w", but has two extending tabs on the sides, so as for the user to be able to pull them from both sides and detach the aluminum membrane, in order to define the opening (picture 7, number 5) (picture 8, number 2).
The advantage of the closure to be created is that it has a protective membrane made of aluminum sheet, whereas the already existent closures do not have this protection.
The existing closures have a score part on their surface, mounted so as to be detached in case of pressure.
The product is new because, except for the opening, it also includes a membrane made of aluminum sheet for the protection of the hygiene of the sinking part.
The production method reads as follows: (from a brief presentation of the invention)
The use of the closure with hygiene membrane made of aluminum sheet that sinks in the content concerns the sealing with closure of beverages or beer metal containers.
Picture 1 shows the final product before consumption, while picture 3 shows it after consumption in the present level of technique.
Pictures 3, 4 and 5 consecutively show the mounting of the membrane and the creation of the final product of the present invention before consumption.
Pictures 6, 7 and 8 consecutively show the appearance of the final product of the present invention after consumption.
The production and application of the invention on the closures for beverages or beer metal containers may take place immediately.
The invention of the attachable membrane on a part of the closure takes place - for reasons of hygiene- as follows.
Having cut the round surface that shall be shaped into closure for metal container and having scored its inner side, in order to create the w-shaped nerve on the external surface, the part to be sunk by pressure is scored without being detached.
Following that, the membrane that has previously been cut in the appropriate shape is attached, so as to cover the part that needs to be protected for reasons of hygiene. The attachment is made with thermal glue or other gluing substances. The membrane and the gluing substances do not get in touch with the part of the closure that sinks in the content. The pullable component pressing the half-cut part of the closure is then mounted above the membrane.
Namely, this is an innovative closure with healthy opening and may be used as closure for beverages or beer metal containers.
Claims
1. The existing closures have a score part on their surface, mounted so as to be detached in case of pressure.
The applied pressure causes the surface to sink in the content of the container, creating a risk of contamination of the content and
subsequently the consumer, in case the surface had not been carefully cleared and carries noxious substances.
2. The innovation of the invention consists in a membrane made of thin aluminum sheet, which shall be attached on the stilted w-shaped "nerve" as well as on the basis of the "W", which is flat, so as for the part of the closure's surface surrounded by the "W" to remain clean, provided that it was clean before the attachment of the membrane.
3. An accessory membrane could cover the remaining part of the round surface of the closure, which is not covered by the first membrane.
