Abstract

The invention relates to medicine. A method for treating cerebral palsy includes a patient examination and a sequential treatment by means of intervention on a central link of pathogenesis and on a peripheral neuromuscular apparatus. The examination includes a determination of pathological zones with revealing of spastic and paretic antagonist muscles, forming them, and a diagnostics of the meridians C, F, RP, and V in accordance with Nakatani method by means of electrical conductivity measurement. A treatment intervention on the central link of pathogenesis is realized via an intervention on biological active points of the classical meridians and on the zones of scalp. There are also used biological active points, such as Luo points, accomplice points, stimulating points, connection points. Upon action on the zones of scalp there are used an initiative zone, a zone of active thinking, a zone of sequential movement. The treatment intervention on the peripheral neuromuscular apparatus carried out by sedative action on spastic muscles or stimulating action on the paretic muscles upon a sedative action on paravertebral biological active points, taking into account a segmental innervation of spastic muscles. The intervention is carried out by the direct electrical current of negative polarity in the mode of sedative action, and/or by means of pulses of the direct current with an alternation of the polarity in the mode of stimulating action.
