Abstract

A cooking container (10a) for a microwave oven comprises a main container body (20a) and a lid (30a). A corrugated projection (60) which faces inwardly is formed on an upper inside portion of the main container body (20a) and a corrugated projection (70) which faces outwardly is formed on a folded-back portion (80) formed at a lower portion of the lid (30a). The main container body (20a) has a stepped portion (24) and the lid (30a) has a bottom portion (82) at the folded-back portion (80), so that when the bottom portion (82) abuts against the stepped portion (24), the two corrugated projections engage with each other, with one being located above the other. The lid (30a) is movable slightly upward. When the upward movement occurs, steam is discharged from a steam discharge groove (50) which is formed on the upper inside portion of the main container body (20a) and through which the inside and outside of the container communicate with each other.

Description

Microwave cooking container
The present invention relates to a microwave cooking container comprising a container body and a lid, and more particularly to a microwave cooking container having an increased fitting force between the container body and the lid.
∙ A microwave cooking container must have a structure for discharging steam generated when cooking in a microwave oven to the outside.
Patent No. 3682377 is a food cooking container for a microwave oven that automatically discharges steam pressure during cooking and prevents leakage of the broth outside the container. When the vapor pressure inside the container increases, the cap is automatically pushed upward, and the steam is discharged to the outside by the steam discharge groove provided between the lid opening and the cap. Thereafter, the cap is returned to the fitted state by the automatic decompression system.
Japanese Patent No. 4263766 has a pressure adjusting mechanism in which a container body has a pressure adjusting convex portion and a lid body has a pressure adjusting concave portion, and steam is discharged from a steam discharge hole at the bottom of the concave portion. It has.
In the invention of Japanese Patent No. 3009863, when the vapor pressure in the container increases, the lid is pushed upward, so that the recess provided in the inner side wall of the container body communicates with the inside of the container body, and the steam is It is designed to be discharged from the inside of the container.
However, when the purpose is microwave cooking using the pressure of steam in the container, the following problems occur.
(1) When the lid moves upward, in the case of a structure in which a gap serving as a path to the outside is formed, when the pressure in the container is further increased, the lid is removed, and cooking using the pressure in the container cannot be performed.
(2) In a container provided with a steam discharge hole, a process for opening the hole is required at the time of manufacture, and the cost increases.
(3) If the fitting contact area between the lid and the container main body is simply increased in order to increase the fitting force of the container, it becomes difficult to fit and the operability deteriorates.

Therefore, the present invention is designed to increase the fitting force of the container in order to efficiently use the vapor pressure generated inside the container, particularly when cooking with a microwave oven, so that the lid moves upward. The purpose is to make it possible to effectively use the higher internal vapor pressure for cooking, with a structure that makes it difficult for the lid to come off even if the vapor pressure increases further while discharging some steam to the outside. When the stepped portion and the bottom portion are applied, the two corrugated ridges are engaged at the top and bottom, and the lid body is slightly movable upward,
According to the microwave cooking container, when the lid moves upward, a steam discharge groove formed inside the upper part of the container body communicates the inside and outside of the container to discharge the steam. ,
A microwave cooking container comprising a container body and a lid fitted to the container body,
Two or more annular grooves are formed inside the upper portion of the container body,
Two or more outward annular ridges are formed in the folded portion at the bottom of the lid,
The container body has a stepped portion, and the lid has a bottom portion at a folded portion,
When the stepped portion and the bottom portion are applied, the two or more annular concave grooves and the annular ridge are engaged,
The lid is slightly movable upward,
When the lid is moved upward, a steam discharge groove formed on the inside of the upper portion of the container main body communicates the inside and outside of the container to discharge the steam, and the above problems are achieved by the microwave cooking container. Settled.
According to the microwave cooking container of the present invention, the vapor pressure in the container is increased by increasing the contact area of the fitting portion between the container body and the lid while securing the steam discharge path. It is now possible to cook with a steaming effect without increasing the number of parts.
In addition, if the corrugated ridges of the upper part of the container main body and the folded part at the bottom of the lid are shaped so that the apex of the triangular wave is rounded, the force of the steam that pushes up the lid at any part of the corrugated ridge is oblique Therefore, the lid can be made difficult to come off during cooking.
Furthermore, before opening the lid, at least one steam discharge hole is provided in each of the upper inner side of the container body and the folded portion at the lower part of the lid body, and the steam body is overlapped by turning the lid body after cooking. Since the steam can be discharged, it is possible to prevent the fingers from touching the heated steam when the lid is subsequently opened.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG.
FIG. 1 is a front view of a microwave cooking container 10a according to the first embodiment. In the figure, reference numeral 20a is a container body, and 30a is a lid. 2 is an enlarged vertical cross-sectional view of part A of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the container body 20a, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of part B of FIG.
The microwave cooking container 10a according to the first embodiment of the present invention includes a container main body 20a and a lid 30a. The container main body 20a includes an inward corrugated ridge 60 and a steam discharge groove 50 on the inside of the upper part, and steam. The corrugated ridge 60 is interrupted at the portion of the discharge groove 50. On the other hand, the lid 30a includes an annular folded portion 80 and an outward corrugated ridge 70 in the lower portion, and the inward corrugated ridge 60 of the container body 20a and the outward corrugated ridge 70 of the lid 30a mesh with each other vertically. The container body 20a and the lid body 30a are fitted so as not to come off.
In this container 10a, the inward corrugated ridge 60 provided in the upper part of the container body 20a and the outward corrugated ridge 70 provided in the annular folded portion 80 of the lid 30a are engaged with each other so as to mesh with each other. Since the contact fitting area between the lid 30a and the container main body 20a is remarkably increased as compared with the conventional case, a high fitting force can be exhibited.
The container body 20a and the lid body 30a are made of, for example, a thermoplastic sheet having good heat resistance such as stretched polystyrene (OPS), heat-resistant stretched polystyrene (heat-resistant OPS), or polypropylene (PP). Molded by the forming method.
The container main body 20a has a circular shape, and a main body opening is formed so that the peripheral wall 28 of the container main body rises at an appropriate height while expanding upward from the periphery of the bottom portion. By forming the inward corrugated ridge 60 and the main body wall portion 26, a main body fitting portion 90 is formed into which the annular folded portion 80 at the lower portion of the lid 20a can be fitted.
On the other hand, the lid 30a is extended while expanding the peripheral wall 36 downward from the circular top, and a folded portion 80 is formed upward at the periphery, and the inward corrugation of the container body 20a is formed on the outer peripheral wall. An outward corrugated ridge 70 projecting outward is formed so as to be able to engage with the lower side of the strip 60, and the folded portion 80 can be press-fitted to the main body fitting portion 90. When the bottom portion 82 of the folded portion 80 is applied to the stepped portion 24 of the container body 20a, the container body 20a and the lid body 30a are in a sealed state.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 4, an appropriate number of steam discharge grooves 50 are provided in the circumferential direction in the fitting portion 90 of the container body 20 a formed in an annular shape on the container body 20 a. Yes. Since the steam discharge groove 50 is formed with a certain depth, the outward protrusion 70 and the steam discharge groove 50 are not in close contact with each other when engaged with the folded-back portion 80 of the lid 30a. A gap is formed. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the lid 30a is slightly movable upward.
According to the above structure, the inward corrugated ridge 60 of the container body 20a and the outward corrugated ridge 70 of the lid body 30a are engaged with each other so as to mesh with each other, so that the fitting contact between the container body 20a and the lid body 30a is achieved. The area is remarkably increased compared to the conventional mating contact area, and therefore the mating force is strengthened and increased. Therefore, a cooking menu that requires a steaming effect in the cooking process can also be created using the microwave oven.
When cooking with a microwave oven, when the steam pressure rises in the container 10a, the lid 30a is first pushed upward. As a result, a gap is formed between the bottom 82 of the lid 30a and the stepped portion 24 of the main body 20a. As a result, the steam discharge groove 50 communicates the inside and outside of the container and the steam is discharged to the outside.
When the vapor pressure in the container further increases, the inward corrugated ridge 60 of the container body 20a and the outward corrugated ridge 70 of the lid body 30a disperse the force for opening the lid body 20a. The pressure of the steam in 10a can be maintained higher than before.
Since the time for keeping the pressure in the container 10a high can be adjusted by changing the width and number of the steam discharge grooves 50, a dedicated microwave cooking container can be manufactured for each menu. .
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, about the structure same as the container for microwave oven cooking of 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is used and description is abbreviate | omitted.
FIG. 5 is a front view of the fitting state of the microwave cooking container 10b of the second embodiment, in which the reference numeral 20b is a container body, and 30b is a lid. 6 is an enlarged vertical sectional view of a portion C in FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the container body 20b.
Two or more annular grooves 62 are formed on the inner side of the container body 20b, and an annular outward protrusion 72 of the folded portion 80 'of the lid can be fitted therein. As can be seen from FIG. 6, the lid 30b is slightly movable upward.
6 and 7, as in the first embodiment, the steam discharge grooves 50 are provided at appropriate intervals, and when the lid 30b is pushed up by the steam pressure, the steam is discharged from here. It has become.
With the above structure, the fitting contact area between the lid 30b of the container 10b and the container main body 20b is increased more than twice that of the conventional case, so the fitting force is also increased more than twice. As a result, cooking that exhibits a steaming effect while maintaining a high internal vapor pressure while partially discharging the steam becomes possible.
Next, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In addition, about the structure same as the container for microwave oven cooking of 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is used and description is abbreviate | omitted.
When the vapor pressure in the container rises, a force that pushes up the lid 30a works. Although the force which pushes up the cover body 30a can be disperse | distributed by the inward corrugated protrusion 60 and the outward corrugated protrusion 70 of 1st Embodiment, the shape of the inward corrugated protrusion 60 and the outward corrugated protrusion 70 is possible. Because of the substantially trapezoidal shape, the force applied to the horizontal portion of the corrugated ridge is such that the force pushing up the lid 30a is directly applied to the inward corrugated ridge 60 of the container body directly from the outward corrugated ridge 70 of the lid 30a. Outward corrugated ridge 7
It will take over 0 (see the arrow on the left in FIG. 8B). Therefore, when a large amount of steam is generated, the force applied to the horizontal portion of the corrugated ridge becomes very large.
Therefore, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8A, the shape of the inward corrugated ridge 60c of the container body 20c and the outward corrugated ridge 70c of the lid body 30c are formed by rounding the apex of the triangular wave. Yes. By doing so, the force is reduced in an oblique direction no matter which part of the outward corrugated ridge 70c is applied to the inward corrugated ridge 60c (FIG. 8 (b) right arrow) See), and the pushing force applied to the lid 30c can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the lid body 30c from coming off more reliably. Note that, due to the laws of mechanics, the diagonal component force is smaller than the force generated in the vertical direction, as shown in the right diagram of FIG.
The number of the inward corrugated ridges 60c and the outward corrugated ridges 70c can be determined as appropriate according to the cooking menu or the like, but if the angle θ in FIG. Too many parts, it becomes difficult to manage errors in the manufacturing process, it is difficult to mesh the lid and the container body, while if the angle θ is less than 30 °, the inclination is too gentle, Since the effect of enhancing the fitting force between the inward corrugated ridge 60c and the outward corrugated ridge 70c is not seen, θ is preferably set to 30 ° to 60 °.
Further, at the time of fitting, the triangular vertices of the inward corrugated ridge 60c and the outward corrugated ridge 70c (64c and 74c 'in FIG. 8C) are located on the side receiving the vertex of the counterpart triangle. And the triangular vertices (64c ′ and 74c in FIG. 8 (c)) of the inward corrugated ridges 60c and the outward corrugated ridges 70c located on the accepting side are respectively arranged at the ends. The portions 64c and 74c ′ are slightly rounded. If both the apexes of the triangles to be fitted have a sharp shape with a small roundness, high accuracy is required in the manufacturing process of the container body and the lid, but in this way, the apexes of the triangle on the receiving side should be rounded. Thus, manufacturing errors between the lid and the container main body are absorbed, and even if the lid and the container main body are manufactured in different types, there is an advantage that they can be used in combination.
Finally, with reference to FIG. 9, a different part from 1st Embodiment is demonstrated about 4th Embodiment of this invention. In addition, about the structure same as the container for microwave oven cooking of 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is used and description is abbreviate | omitted.
As shown in FIG. 9, in this embodiment, steam discharge holes 66 and 76 are provided in the upper inner side of the container main body 20d and the folded portion at the lower part of the lid 30d, respectively.
The container 10d immediately after the end of heating cooking has a weaker fitting force with the lid 30d because the container body 20d is expanded in the lateral direction due to thermal expansion. Therefore, the lid 30d may be able to be rotated with respect to the container body 20d.
Therefore, if the lid 30d is rotated with respect to the container body 20d and the vapor discharge holes 66 of the container body 20d and the vapor discharge holes 76 of the lid body 30d are aligned and aligned, When the lid 30d is opened, the amount of steam in the container body 20d is reduced. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the fingers from touching a large amount of steam that has become hot after the end of cooking. In this case, it is preferable that the vapor discharge holes are aligned at a minimum by a rotational movement of exactly 1 pitch of the waveform of the lid.
During cooking, in a state where the inward corrugated ridge 60 of the container body 20d and the outward corrugated ridge 70 of the lid body 30d are engaged with each other in the vertical direction, the steam discharge holes should not overlap. If this is the case, steam, broth and the like will not leak from each steam discharge hole during cooking.
In addition, the number of vapor | steam discharge holes is not limited to a container main body and one lid body, You may provide two or more as needed.
Although not shown in the drawings, the embodiment having the steam discharge hole can naturally be implemented even in the container according to the third embodiment in which the wave-shaped ridge is formed by rounding the apex of the triangular wave.
Further, the embodiment including the vapor discharge hole can be implemented also in the container of the second embodiment shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, and in this case, the lid can be easily rotated. However, in this case, instead of one pitch, the angle is a unit. For example, if the lid is rotated about 30 °, the vapor discharge holes may be aligned.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a cooking menu that uses a microwave oven and requires a steaming effect at a relatively low cost. Moreover, since it is a structure which consists only of two points, a cover body and a container main body, a manufacturing cost does not increase.
