Abstract

The subject of this invention is a apparatus for generating sexual sensations, generically named as tongue beads, which due to their size, material, shape, and surface design are suitable to convey higher quality and better sensations both for the user and the partner; this appliance has a fixing element (2) to be placed under the tongue and a body part (1) that fits closely on the top of the tongue, where the fixing element (2) and the body part (1) are both made of body-friendly plastic material, with various roughness increasing elements, inserts (1.1) carried by the body part (1) made of the same material in a manner ensuring material continuity, and /or having decorative elements (1.2) fixed in the flexible body part, which are made of materials other than the body part.

Description

APPARATUS FOR STIMULATING SEXUAL SENSATIONS

The subject of this invention is an apparatus for generating sexual sensations, generically named as tongue beads, which due to their size, material, shape, and surface design are suitable to convey higher quality and better sensations both for the user and the partner, when attached to the tongue of the user. By following the natural motions of the tongue physical relationship of the sexual partners can be made more eventful, and enriched in sensations. A totally new type accessory for sex games that can be placed on and attached to the tongue; it acts as certain decoration for the viewer, too, and is capable of generating wild eroticism, as well as enhancing sexual desire and joy, and is suitable for use by both men and women.

Apparatus solutions closest to this innovation in the field of body surface contact are the various exciting equipments, vibrators but due to their usability, and function cannot be used for comparison with the tongue beads covered in this invention. Surfaces of the mentioned apparatuses does vary, but since those are electronic devices with a motor providing eccentric movement to generate resonance by switching on and off, this does not give the sensation of natural movement, and hence the sexual experience is far from being natural.

The device closest is a tongue vibrator, consisting of a strap-like material to which a pencil battery type electronic device is fixed that provides resonance i.e. it does not follow the natural movement of the tongue, does not contain decorative elements that also provide various degrees of surface roughness, and does not generate an erotic effect. The greatest achievement is that while the tongue vibrator represents movement indifferently from the person using it, our invention directly follows the natural movements of the tongue. A solution closest to our invention is discussed by patent No. P0400536, a sexual apparatus that contains a housing, a vibrating member, a driving motor, and a connecting piece. It has two independently working motors to which a sliding insert is connected within a bushing. The sliding insert connects to the motor via a drive connectioθn. A ribbed surface massaging collar surrounds the overhanging end of the bushing, which is fixed to the bushing by a swivel pin, allowing relative swivel.

Numerous sexual apparatuses exist, which due to their surface roughness, pattern, and design are suitable to foster variety for enhanced sexual experience but none of those are related to the tongue or oral areas, and do not provide natural sensations for the partner.

The aim of our invention is to achieve new and deeper sexual sensations during lovemaking for both the user and the partner, by placing apparatuses on the tongue and using those to excite the surface of the body and hence achieve deeper and more natural sexual sensations, without added electric vibration. It changes usual oral sex experience in a revolutionary manner because the original surface roughness of the tongue is clearly limited for both men and women, and can be improved only by applying "personal techniques". The goal is to create an apparatus which replaces surgical, piercing etc. methods normally used for piercing through the whole tongue at certain points. Hence, the tongue beads can be used by people for whom the primary functions of the tongue beads would be inaccessible through the above described fixing methods. It should represent roughness, colour / body, and structural composition parameters differing from the tongue surface, as well as it should be suitable for enhancing sexual joy, provide solution for potential sexual problems, and would also function as an article of fashion. An additional goal is to create an apparatus that is non irritating and is not detrimental to health, capable of attaching to the tongue without its physical destruction, while flexibly adjusting to the shape and motion of the tongue - within certain limits - without causing any uncomfortable feelings.

A well-known fact is that we achieve sexual joy via the direct use of some parts of our body. Numerous solutions exist by which the size, shape, and surface roughness of one or another part of our body can be altered in order to gain enhanced joy. The most accepted one is the ribbed condom, which is used to increase surface roughness and provides a different, and better sensation for the user.

This invention builds upon the realisation that if we are able to increase surface roughness by a flexible device applied on the tongue, the sensation generated by the person wearing it will achieve all our goals. The main component of this apparatus consists of a fixing element that goes under the tongue and an upper device placed on top of the tongue; both elements are made of the same material and must be produced in a single production phase to prevent dissection into smaller units, at least not without permanent damage.

A further realisation is that if the raw material of the appliance to be placed onto the tongue is some kind of flexible and solvent-free material with good physical parameters such as TPA, silicone rubber, silicones consisting of two or multiple components, or one of the latex types, we can gradually increase and vary surface roughness and hence the sensation generated will be always new and varied, sexual joy can be enhanced including potential problems of vigour.

The essence is in the increasing of surface roughness. Surface roughness of an average human tongue is a decisive factor in the conveyed sensation, however, its constant size and frictional parameters are limited therefore the generated sensation remains the same, no change is possible, and after a time its use becomes customary and boring.

To characterise surface roughness, normally the following factors are used: Ra - the average surface roughness (average of the absolute value of deviations from the profile midline measured within the measured length),

Rz - the height of unevenness (average of the five largest roughnesses measured within the measured length),

And Rmax - the largest surface roughness (distance between the bottom and top lines within the measured length).

However, other measuring parameters are also available for characterising surface roughness.

The surface roughness of the human tongue can be determined by using the above-mentioned parameters (Ra 0.2-3.2, Rz 1.6-20, ISO class N4- N8), and for this reason we can regard the touch sensation of the tongue by various body parts in a given sexual position as constant.

A further realisation is that we can dramatically change surface roughness (Ra 0.025 - up to the desired extent, Rz 0.I2 - up to the desired extent, and ISO class N 1 - up to the desired extent) by using decorative elements such as beads since the surface roughness of this product can be varied as desired, the constant size ceases when the tongue meets with various body parts, and the friction factor dramatically changes.

A further realisation is that the tongue plays a prime role in generating sexual joy therefore we should extend this organ of ours with an appliance, which maintains naturality albeit follows its movement, and enhances conveyed sensation of joy i.e. we can achieve a totally different, and better effect. For this reason a surface roughness - of any shape, material, and quantity - needs to be created, which differs from the parameters of the human tongue. In addition, certain type beads can be attached using the above-mentioned technology, which change surface roughness and hence the quality of generated sensation, on the one hand, and, on the other hand can also serve as decorative elements. The design of tongue beads with varying strength, softness, and roughness is exquisitely suitable for satisfying various sexual demands and desires, and all that is achieved in a natural manner. The subject of this invention is therefore an appliance for generating sexual sensation, which has a fixing element to be placed under the tongue, and a body part that tightly fits on top of the tongue and has varied forms / shapes, where the fixing element and the body part are made of body-friendly plastic material, with roughness increasing elements on the body part respectively in the body part, made of its own material or of a different material.

One of the designs of the appliance produced according to this invention consists of the fixing element and the body part produced as a single structural unit, in a manner ensuring material continuity.

Another design of the appliance based on this invention consists of a fixing element being a band that - in a very advantageous manner - consists of one or several sections.

Design of a third appliance produced according to this invention consists of the fixing element and the body part made of solvent-free, flexible, advantageously innocuous material such as thermoplastic TPE (ThermoPlastic Elastomer) - copolymers, or plastics and / or silicone rubber being part of polymer rubber texture groups, and / or of two or multiple component silicone and / or latex.

The design of a fourth appliance produced based on this invention includes flavouring and innocuous colouring of the raw material of which the fixing element, and the body part are produced.

A further design based on this invention is an appliance with the raw material of the fixing element and the body part containing fluorescent, phosphorescent, or mica powder additives.

A further appliance produced based on this invention has the design, in which the roughness increasing element of the body part is made of the same material, in a manner providing material continuity but with inserts having various patterns - advantageously grids or solid and embossed shapes - elevating from the surface of the body part. A further design of the appliance based on this invention contains roughness increasing elements in the form of decorative elements, which are made of materials other than that of the body part.

A further design of an appliance produced according to this invention is with the decorative elements consisting of beads and jewellery of various sizes, shapes, and colours, and / or luminescent diodes, light rechargeable and / or phosphorescent elements, and / or miniature motors, and / or related accessories of those.

A further design of an appliance produced according to this invention is, where the materials of which the decorative elements are made are metal and / or plastic, and / or beads.

We explain the individual and specific designs of appliances based on this invention according to the figures below:

Figures 1 , 2, and 3 show the bottom view, front view, and side view of a shield shaped appliance.

Figures 4, 5, and 6 show the bottom view of the same shield shaped appliance with various fixing element designs.

Figures 7, 8, and 9 show the top view, front view, and side view of a heart shaped body part.

Figures 10,11 , 12, and 13 show the top view, bottom view, front view, and side view of a butterfly shaped design appliance.

Figure 1 presents the bottom view of an appliance, in this particular case showing a shield design. It is clear from this drawing that there is a (2) fixing element to be placed at the bottom side of the tongue, and a (1) body part that closely fits the upper part of the tongue.

The two structural parts are manufactured of the same material and in a single production phase hence the two elements cannot be taken apart without destruction.

The figure also shows the roughness increasing elements, the grid structure (1.1) insert and the (1.2) decorative elements i.e. beads, which are fixed in the (1.1) insert by compression moulding.

In the front and side views of Figures 2 and 3 it is clear that the (2) decorative element protrudes from the plane of the (1) body part, while the (2) fixing element - expediently a band - is located under the body.

Figures 4, 5, and 6 present examples of various (2) fixing element designs. T-shaped, Y-shaped, and parallel band designs are shown but besides those various other designs are also possible.

Figure 7 clearly shows a heart-shaped (1) body part with an (1.1) insert - bearing in this case also heart-shaped grating - and the (1.2) decorative elements i.e. smaller and larger bead shapes fixed in it, which are made partly of the same and partly of a different material.

Similarly to the previous design, Figures 8 and 9 clearly show the (2) fixing elements and the (1.2) decorative elements elevated from the surface of the (1) body part.

Figures 10, 11 , and 12 also show the (1.1) insert shaped as butterfly wings with grated structure, and the (1.2) decorative elements making up partly the "veins" of the wings by protruding from the surface plane of the (1.1.1) insert part, and the additional (1.2) decorative elements, which are beads tightly fixed at the ends of the "veins". The figure also shows the (2) fixing element i.e. the band on the lower part of the (1) body part.

Design and use of the appliance:

As far as their shapes and materials are concerned the tongue beads may vary. Advantageously innocuous, coloured, body-friendly TPE copolymers, or polymer rubber mixtures, latex base plastic, silicone rubber, with metal or plastic decorations, and bead insets make up the design.

The targeted use, functionality, and conveyed sensation can be achieved only with the appliance based on this invention.

Since the used materials belong to the group of TPE plastics, series production of tongue beads with the desired extent of surface quality and roughness is possible using a mould with appropriate surface roughness for either injection moulding, or extrusion, or by cold or hot compression moulding, advantageously using multiple male moulds, where the additional beads can be advantageously placed in the still plastic state silicone / latex base material, or can change the surface quality and hence the roughness of the still plastic state material to the desired extent. In order to optimise the product, each unit contains one or more bead-like body or roughness enhancing shape made of innocuous and tested flexible material, which gets advantageously fixed in the product along with the solidification of the base material during production.

Should another technology be followed, the beads can be fixed to the body by adhesive or another method.

As far as shape and material are concerned, various appliances may differ. The most characteristic body part shapes are the shield, the heart, and the butterfly forms, but forms differing from those also exist.

Its use requires a fixing element that fixes the appliance to the front part of the tongue. Mostly this is a band, at the least, which prevents that the appliance (tongue bead) would slip off the tongue during use. Primary cross-section dimensions of the band are determined by the given parameters of the organ, however, there is no limit whatsoever to the variations of its structure, pattern, colour, body, and the use of possible decorative elements. Flavouring and various colouring additives are either mixed with the raw material or are applied on the surface such as mica powder, and fluorescent decorative elements.

Advantages of the appliance:

It is very simple to use it by simple attachment of the fixing element to the tongue, it can be used, and worn anywhere.

Ensures natural and better feeling for the user and on top the conveyed sensation of joy increases.

It is made of an innocuous raw material, and comes in varied shapes and colours. It can be cleaned as desired and is hygienic.

The raw material has pleasant flavouring additives, hence the users can enjoy enhanced joint experience.

It can be used as jewellery, too.

Its series production takes place using a multiple male mould tool i.e. its production is cost efficient.

It can be attached to any average male of female tongue, the data of its overall dimensions and the bands of the tongue bead used for fixing in place all remain within the limits determined by the perimeter of the tongue.

It can be attached to average female and male tongues.

Claims

1. / Appliance for generating sexual sensation characterised by its fixing element (2) to be placed under the tongue and the body part (1) fitting closely the upper surface of the tongue, where the fixing element (2) and the body part (1) are both made of body-friendly plastic material, with roughness increasing elements on respectively in the body part that are either made of the same material, or of a different material.

2.1 The appliance as per claim 1 above characterised by the fixing element (2) and the body part (1) produced as a single structural unit, manufactured in a manner ensuring material continuity.

3./ The appliance as per claims 1 or 2 above characterised by that its fixing element (2) is a band consisting advantageously of one or more parts.

A.I The appliance as per any of claims 1 - 3 above characterised by its fixing element (2) and body part (1) made of advantageously solvent- free, flexible, innocuous, thermoplastic TPE (TermoPlastic Elastomer) - copolymers, or plastics and /or silicone rubber belonging to the group of polymer rubber textures, and / or two or multiple component silicone and / or latex.
