Abstract
Es wird eine Absorbervorrichtung mit mindestens einem offenporösen Absorberelement bereitgestellt, welches einen Oberflächenbereich der Absorbervorrichtung bildet, wobei das mindestens eine Absorberelement aus Lagen an Fasergewebe (aus SiC, SiCN und/oder SiBCN) und einer Matrix (aus SiC, SiBCN, SiOC, SiON und/oder SiCN) hergestellt ist.
