Abstract

The present invention relates to a health bicycle for both standing and sitting use, wherein a fixed frame is mounted in the center of front and rear surfaces of a pulley to which the tension of a belt is applied. The fixed frame is connected to a pedal section, which is provided with a pair of pedals. The fixed frame is hinge-connected with a rotation frame connected to a handle so as to be foldable with respect to each other. The fixed frame is provided with a seat on top thereof. A guide block formed with a space inside is mounted at an upper part of the fixed frame in the longitudinal direction and has guide holes which are each formed to be open in the top surface and the side surface of the guide space. A rack gear is mounted at the corner in the guide hole formed in the side surface and a movable block mounted at the lower surface of the seat is movably coupled in the space in such a manner that a pinion gear formed at a side surface of the movable block is engaged with the rack gear and the seat of the health bicycle is movable forwards or backwards by the rotation of the pinion gear.
