Abstract

The present invention relates to an active headrest device for a vehicle, and one embodiment of the present invention provides an active headrest device for a vehicle, in which the upper part of a vehicle seat is provided with a stay for headrest coupling, the stay is provided in two stages and comprises a secured stay which is secured to the vehicle seat and a moving stay which is coupled to the upper part of the securing stay in such a way that it can move forwards and backwards, and, when the vehicle is bumped from behind, the moving stay moves forwards to support the head of the occupant and thereby prevents injury to the neck of the occupant.
