一种用户识别卡的卡信息备份系统, 包括: 设置在移动终端的卡信息 备份模块、 设置在所述移动终端的信息存储单元的卡信息存储模块; 以及 设置在网络端的卡信息提取模块和卡信息服务器; 卡信息备份模块, 用于 将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至所述卡信息存储模块; 卡信息存储模块, 用 于保存所述卡信息备份模块备份的用户识别卡的卡信息; 卡信息提取模块, 用于在所述移动终端向网络端注册, 且满足预设的网络端卡信息备份条件 时, 根据所述移动终端的终端识别码从所述卡信息存储模块提取用户识别 卡的卡信息, 并将提取的卡信息发送至卡信息服务器; 所述卡信息服务器, 用于保存所述卡信息提取模块提取的卡信息。
该系统还包括: 设置在网络端的卡信息导入模块, 用于将所述卡信息 服务器中的卡信息导入新用户识别卡。
该系统还包括: 设置在移动终端的业务控制模块, 用于控制激活卡信 息备份业务, 并在激活所述卡信息备份业务后, 通知所述卡信息备份模块
将所述用户识别卡的卡信息备份至所述卡信息存储模块。
该系统还包括: 设置在移动终端的卡识别模块, 用于对激活所述卡信 息备份业务的用户识别卡进行绑定登记; 还用于在移动终端上电时, 对使 用在移动终端的用户识别卡进行验证, 并在通过验证时, 通知所述卡信息 备份模块将所述用户识别卡的卡信息备份至所述卡信息存储模块。
本发明的有益效果是, 本发明的用户识别卡的卡信息备份方法和系统 将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至 EM端, 当移动终端重新加电并进行网络注 册时, 如果满足预设的网络端备份条件, 网络端识别该移动终端并从其信 息存储单元提取卡信息至服务器中, 以便向用户提供卡信息恢复、 卡信息 查询等后续服务。 因此, 本发明提供的技术方案简单易行, 方便操作, 能 够在移动终端被盗、 丟失或用户识别卡损坏后及时对用户识别卡的卡信息 在网络端进行备份, 且可靠性高, 满足了用户的实际需求, 且有效减少了 用户识别卡丟失或损坏对移动用户造成的影响, 也从一定程度上避免了对 用户造成的损失。
本发明还可通过运营商提供的卡信息备份密钥激活卡信息备份业务, 因此提高了卡信息备份的安全性和业务的可控性。
本发明还实现用户识别卡与移动终端之间的绑定, 在移动终端每次上 电时对用户识别卡进行绑定验证, 因此移动终端只对与其绑定的用户识别 卡中的卡信息进行备份, 显著提高了操作的安全性和可靠性。 附图说明

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明, 并不限于以下具体 实施方式。
本发明提供的技术方案使用移动终端的信息存储单元, 如移动设备 ( ME, Mobile Equipment )端, 对用户识别卡的卡信息进行备份。 如果安 装有该用户识别卡的移动终端被盗, 或者用户识别卡被损坏, 用户向网络 端提出挂失或者备份申请后, 一旦移动终端重新加电, 网络端会在该移动 终端进行网络注册时识别出该移动终端, 并从其 ME端提取卡信息至运营 商的服务器中进行保存, 以便向移动用户提供卡信息恢复、 卡信息查询等 后续服务。
如图 1 所示, 为本发明用户识别卡的卡信息备份方法一种具体实施方 式的流程图, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 S100:移动终端将用户识别卡中的卡信息备份至 ME端进行保存, 用户识别卡的卡信息指存储在用户识别卡中的用户信息、 通讯录、 短信息、 加密的密钥等。 该步骤的实现方式具有很多种, 例如: 移动终端可主动对 数据信息进行备份, 也可依移动用户通过人机界面在功能菜单的申请而对 数据信息进行备份。
为了提高操作的安全性和业务的可控性, 一种优选的实施方式中, 移 动终端可通过运营商提供的卡信息备份密钥, 来激活卡信息备份业务, 例 如: 用户在移动终端上插入用户识别卡时, 移动终端要求用户输入卡信息 备份密钥, 如果通过验证, 移动终端即可将该用户识别卡中的卡信息备份 至 ME端。 由于每一部移动设备都具有一个与其唯一对应的国际移动身份
识另1 J ( IMEI, International Mobile Equipment Identity )码, 俗称设备串号, 通常存储在移动终端的电可擦可编程只读存储器 (EEPROM , Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory ) 中, 且被运营商所记录, 因此 可根据每个移动终端的 IMEI码生成与其对应的卡信息备份密钥, 例如: 根 据某移动终端的 IMEI码和加密算法生成 4-8位的卡信息备份密钥, 移动终 端持有者记忆该唯一的卡信息备份密钥, 用于激活用户识别卡与该移动终 端之间的卡信息备份业务。 由于同一张用户识别卡可使用在不同的移动终 端, 为了进一步提高安全性, 移动终端只对与其绑定的用户识别卡进行卡 信息的数据备份, 例如: 移动终端持有者可使自己常用的用户识别卡与移 动终端实现唯一绑定, 还可在双卡移动终端中使两张用户识别卡与同一部 移动终端实现绑定。 当用户激活卡信息备份业务时, ME端对激活卡信息备 份业务的用户识别卡进行绑定登记, 移动终端每次上电时, ME端对使用在 移动终端的用户识别卡进行验证, 如果通过验证则表明该用户识别卡已与 移动终端相互绑定,移动终端即可实现将该用户识别卡中卡信息备份至 ME 端的功能。 移动终端将卡信息备份至 ME端的具体方式包括: 移动终端每 次上电时将用户识别卡中的卡信息同步备份至 ME端, 或卡信息被^ ί'爹改时, 移动终端将用户识别卡的卡信息更新备份至 ME端。
步骤 S101 : 移动终端向网络端注册。 本步骤指移动终端被盗、 丟失之 后, 或者该移动终端内的用户识别卡损坏后, 移动终端再次上电并向网络 端注册的过程。
步骤 S102: 如果满足预设的网络端卡信息备份条件, 网络端根据移动 终端的终端识别码从 ME端提取用户识别卡的卡信息。 本步骤中的网络端 卡信息备份条件通常指: 移动用户向运营商提出了移动终端挂失请求、 卡 信息恢复申请或备份申请等, 基于用户的申请, 当步骤 S101中的移动终端 向网络端注册时, 网络端可提取该移动设备的 IMEI码作为终端识别码, 如
果提取的 IMEI码与移动用户提供的 IMEI码相匹配, 则网络端从该移动终 端的 ME端提取保存的卡信息。
步骤 S103: 网络端对卡信息进行保存, 可保存在运营商专门提供的服 务器中, 以便向用户提供卡信息恢复、 卡信息查询等后续服务。
步骤 S104: 该步骤为可选步骤, 如果移动用户向运营商申请新用户识 别卡, 而且希望延用原手机号码并恢复对应的卡信息, 需提供原手机号码 以及与移动终端的 IMEI码。
步骤 S105: 网络端从月良务器中调用卡信息并将其导入新用户识别卡, 使原有的卡信息得到恢复。
本发明的用户识别卡的卡信息备份方法只需将用户识别卡对应的卡信 息备份至 EM端, 当移动终端重新加电并进行网络注册时, 如果满足预设 的网络端卡信息备份条件, 网络端识别该移动终端并从移动终端的信息存 储单元提取卡信息至服务器中; 如果移动用户申请新用户识别卡, 网络端 服务器将保存的卡信息重新导入新用户识别卡中, 或者移动用户向运营商 提出查询用户识别卡中的卡信息时, 网络端可提供相应的卡信息查询服务。 本发明提供的技术方案简单易行, 对移动终端的终端设备(TE, Terminal Equipment )端的软件开发代价极小, 因此可在现有的技术条件下进行实施; 且用户在使用移动终端过程中不需要向网络端申请数据备份, 因此方便操 作。 本发明能够在移动终端被盗、 丟失或被损坏后及时对用户识别卡的卡 信息进行恢复, 可靠性高, 满足了用户的实际需求, 且有效减少了丟失或 损坏对移动用户的生活或工作造成的影响, 也从一定程度上避免了对用户 造成的损失。
如图 2所示, 移动终端上电时将卡信息同步备份至 ME端的一种具体 实施方式流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 S200: 移动终端上电, 本步骤通常指移动终端持有者在正常使用
移动终端过程中的开机操作。
步骤 S201 : 判断插入该移动终端的用户识别卡是否已激活卡信息备份 业务, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S202; 否则, 进入步骤 S206结束任务。
步骤 S202: ME端需要对当前使用在移动终端的用户识别卡进行验证, 对用户识别卡进行验证的方式包括很多种, 例如手机号码、 用户自行设置 的个性化标记等, 一种优选的实施方式是通过每张用户识别卡唯一对应的 用户识别码进行验证, 该实施方式中移动终端首先读取插入移动终端的用 户识别卡所对应的用户识别码。
步骤 S203: 判断读取的用户识别码是否与激活 SIM卡信息备份业务时 绑定登记的用户识别码相匹配, 如果是, 则表明通过验证, 进入步骤 S204; 否则, 表明验证失败, 进入步骤 S206结束任务。
步骤 S204: 通过险证, 则移动终端将用户识别卡中的卡信息同步备份 至 ME端。 如果移动终端本次上电之前, 用户识别卡还在其他移动终端使 用并修改了卡信息, 则通过该步骤可使 ME端与用户识别卡中的卡信息保 持完全一致。
步骤 S205: 完成数据备份后, 可设置数据备份标志。 用户识别卡在移 动终端的正常使用过程中, 如果用户修改了卡信息, 则无需经过步骤 S202 判断卡信息备份业务是否激活, 也无需经过 S203对用户识别卡进行验证的 过程, 只需通过检测是否具有数据备份标志即可判断是否需要对 SIM卡信 息进行数据备份, 具体过程如图 3所示。
步骤 S206: 结束任务。
图 3为用户修改用户识别卡的卡信息时将卡信息更新备份至 ME端的 流程图, 该实施方式通过数据备份标志判断当前使用的用户识别卡是否与 移动终端相互绑定, 因此程序简化, 提高了处理效率, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S300: 用户在使用移动终端的过程中修改用户识别卡的卡信息,
本实施方式所述修改的卡信息包括增加、 删减或编辑卡信息的内容, 例如: 在通讯录中增加联系人、 从 SIM卡中删除一条短信、 编辑用户信息等。
步骤 S301 : 判断是否具有数据备份标志, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S302; 否则, 进入步骤 S303结束任务。
步骤 S302: 移动终端将卡信息更新备份至 ME端, 保证 ME端与用户 识别卡中修改后的卡信息完全一致。
步骤 S303: 结束本次任务。
如图 4为网络端提取备份数据的流程图, 实际上, 该流程可通过运营 商预设的网络端卡信息备份条件而启动。 例如: 某一移动用户的用户识别 卡连同移动终端被盗, 则可向运营商提出挂失或者登记, 同时提供被盗移 动终端的 IMEI码。 本流程包括以下步骤:
步骤 S400: 移动终端再次上电并向网络端扫描注册, 网络端监控到该 移动终端。 由于本步骤指移动终端被盗、 丟失或损坏之后, 移动终端再次 上电并向网络端注册的过程, 因此移动终端中是否安装了同一用户识别卡, 该用户识别卡与原用户识别卡是否属于同一运营商并不影响网络端监控到 该移动终端以及提取卡信息。
步骤 S401 : 网络端提取该移动终端的终端识别码, 一种优选的实施方 式为该移动终端的 IMEI码。
步骤 S402: 判断该移动终端的终端识别码是否与移动用户提出挂失或 者登记的终端识别码相匹配, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S403; 否则, 进入步骤 S406结束任务。
步骤 S403: 判断该移动终端的 ME端是否存储了备份的卡信息, 如果 是, 则进入步骤 S404; 否则, 进入步骤 S406结束任务。
步骤 S404: 网络端通过向该移动终端下发数据提取请求获取存储在 ME端的卡信息。
步骤 S405: 网络端将提取的卡信息进行保存, 同时, 为了避免已丟失 或被盗的移动终端内 ME端所存储的卡信息被非法利用, 网络端还可进一 步向该移动终端发起请求, 将存储在 ME端的卡信息删除。
步骤 S406: 结束本次任务。
图 5为在新用户识别卡中导入卡信息的流程图, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 S500: 移动用户向运营商提出申请, 希望获得新用户识别卡, 且 在该新用户识别卡中恢复原用户识别卡的用户识别码以及卡信息。
步骤 S501 : 判断卡信息是否已经在原有的移动终端进行备份, 或在网 络端的服务器中进行保存,如果是,则进入步骤 S502;否则,进入步骤 S505 结束任务。
步骤 S502: 判断用户提供的用户识别码是否与原用户识别卡的用户识 别码相一致, 如果是, 则进入步骤 S503; 否则, 进入步骤 S505结束任务。 步骤 501和步骤 502的操作顺序可互换。
步骤 S503: 网络端在新用户识别卡中导入服务器中保存的卡信息。 步骤 S504: 运营商向用户重新发卡, 用户得到的新用户识别卡中存有 与原用户识别卡相同的用户信息、 通讯录、 短信息、 加密的密钥等卡信息, 即使该原有的卡信息得到恢复。
步骤 S505: 结束本次任务。
如图 6为本发明用户识别卡的卡信息备份系统示意图, 移动终端内设 有卡信息备份模块 30, 移动终端的信息存储单元设有卡信息存储模块 40, 网络端设有卡信息提取模块 50和卡信息服务器 60。
在移动终端侧, 卡信息备份模块 30用于将使用在移动终端的用户识别 卡中的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元的卡信息存储模块 40。
为了提高操作的安全性和可控性, 一种优选的实施方式中, 还包括设 在移动终端的业务控制模块 10,移动用户可通过该业务控制模块 10控制卡
信息备份业务的激活, 当移动用户通过输入卡信息备份密钥激活卡信息备 份业务后, 业务控制模块 10通知卡信息备份模块 30将用户识别卡中的卡 信息备份至卡信息存储模块 40进行保存。 进一步地, 移动终端内还可包括 卡识别模块 20, 当移动用户激活卡信息备份业务时, 卡识别模块 20对激活 卡信息备份业务的用户识别卡进行绑定登记; 每次移动终端上电时, 卡识 别模块 20可对使用在移动终端的用户识别卡进行验证, 如果通过验证则通 知卡信息备份模块 30将用户识别卡中的卡信息备份至卡信息存储模块 40 进行保存, 该实施方式中, 移动终端只对与其绑定的用户识别卡中的卡信 息进行备份, 显著提高了操作的安全性和可靠性。
移动终端被盗、 丟失后, 或者移动终端内的用户识别卡损坏后, 移动 终端可能再次上电并向网络端进行注册, 如果满足预设的网络端卡信息备 份条件, 网络端可从移动终端提取保存在卡信息存储模块 40内的卡信息以 实现后续的卡信息恢复或查询操作。 当该移动终端上电并向网络端注册时, 设置在网络端的卡信息提取模块 50根据移动终端的终端识别码从卡信息存 储模块 40提取保存的卡信息, 并将其发送至卡信息服务器 60进行保存。 该卡信息服务器 60可由运营商进行管理, 用于对多个移动终端的卡信息进 行保存以便向移动用户提供卡信息恢复、 卡信息查询等后续服务。
本发明的用户识别卡的卡信息备份系统还包括卡信息导入模块 70, 当 某一移动用户向运营商提出申请新用户识别卡, 并希望恢复原用户识别卡 中的用户识别号以及卡信息时, 卡信息导入模块 70按照用户提供的用户识 别码、 原移动终端对应的 IMEI码等信息将卡信息服务器 60中的卡信息导 入新用户识别卡。
本发明用户识别卡的卡信息备份方法及其系统适用于普通的移动终 端, 也适用于能够容纳至少两张用户识别卡的移动终端, 例如双卡手机。 本发明适用于普通 SIM卡、 UIM卡、 提供更大存储容量的 USIM卡等多种
用户识别卡。 明, 不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。 对于本发明所属技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下, 还可以做出若 干简单推演或替换, 都应当视为属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种用户识别卡的卡信息备份方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 移动终端将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元; 所述移动终端向网络端注册后, 如果满足预设的网络端卡信息备份条 件, 所述网络端根据所述移动终端的终端识别码从移动终端的信息存储单 元提取所述用户识别卡的卡信息, 并对提取的卡信息进行保存。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端的终端识 别码为所述移动终端对应的国际移动身份识别 (IMEI )码。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述网络端从移动终 端的信息存储单元提取用户识别卡的卡信息并进行保存后, 该方法还包括: 所述网络端将所述卡信息导入新用户识别卡。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终 端将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元, 具体为: 在通 过卡信息备份密钥激活卡信息备份业务后, 所述移动终端将所述用户识别 卡中的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元。
5、根据权利要求 4所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述移动终端的 IMEI 码生成所述卡信息备份密钥。
6、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法进一步包括: 激 活卡信息备份业务时, 所述移动终端的信息存储单元对激活所述卡信息备 份业务的用户识别卡进行绑定登记; 移动终端上电时, 所述移动终端的信 息存储单元对使用在移动终端的用户识别卡进行验证, 如果通过验证则所 述移动终端将所述用户识别卡的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终 端将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至移动终端的信息存储单元, 具体为: 所述 移动终端上电时将所述用户识别卡的卡信息同步备份至移动终端的信息存
储单元; 或者, 当所述卡信息被修改时, 所述移动终端将所述卡信息更新 备份至移动终端的信息存储单元。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端上电时将 所述用户识别卡的卡信息同步备份至移动终端的信息存储单元, 并设置数 据备份标志。
9、 一种用户识别卡的卡信息备份系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 设置在移 动终端的卡信息备份模块、 设置在所述移动终端的信息存储单元的卡信息 存储模块; 以及设置在网络端的卡信息提取模块和卡信息服务器;
所述卡信息备份模块 , 用于将用户识别卡的卡信息备份至所述卡信息 存储模块;
所述卡信息存储模块, 用于保存所述卡信息备份模块备份的用户识别 卡的卡信息;
所述卡信息提取模块, 用于在所述移动终端向网络端注册, 且满足预 设的网络端卡信息备份条件时, 根据所述移动终端的终端识别码从所述卡 信息存储模块提取用户识别卡的卡信息 , 并将提取的卡信息发送至卡信息 服务器;
所述卡信息服务器, 用于保存所述卡信息提取模块提取的卡信息。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 设置 在网络端的卡信息导入模块, 用于将所述卡信息服务器中的卡信息导入新 用户识别卡。
11、 根据权利要求 9或 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 设置在移动终端的业务控制模块, 用于控制激活卡信息备份业务, 并在激 活所述卡信息备份业务后, 通知所述卡信息备份模块将所述用户识别卡的 卡信息备份至所述卡信息存储模块。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统还包括: 设置
在移动终端的卡识别模块, 用于对激活所述卡信息备份业务的用户识别卡 进行绑定登记; 还用于在移动终端上电时, 对使用在移动终端的用户识别 卡进行验证, 并在通过验证时, 通知所述卡信息备份模块将所述用户识别 卡的卡信息备份至所述卡信息存储模块。
