Description

Field of Invention:
This invention relates to agricultural spray pump. More particularly with this invention farmer can spray liquid into field without hard-working like handling, without engine and without battery. The core principle of this pump is weight of person creates Air Pressure by pedestrian with special Sandal ( Footwear) created by Inventor .Thus he can spray by walking only.
DESCRIPTION :-
The existing spray pumps are sprayed on the field by handle, engine and battery etc. The Inventor has the sandal operated spray pump wherein two sandals are used, like Sandals. While walking, the sandal foots goes upper and down and thereby it produce Air Pressure into it and goes to Tank which hung on the back of the farmer. So the tank contains with liquid and upper space is full of air. This special tank has Lid. for pouring liquid and with Automatic valves arrangement to release excess pressure of air from the top. At bottom of the tank two air-tight Nipple are provided, one at left and one at right which is held by left and right hand. Which are provided at tips of nozzles for spraying .There is left and right two Triggers are with lock for regulating the spray. There are Straps with pins and buckles to hang the tank at the backside on the shoulder. When the farmer walks in the farm, sandals in the left and right foot will be pressed alternately with the weight of farmer. Air pressure produced by the sandal will be accumulated in the tank. Then tank will forward that air pressure to both nozzles operated by farmer in his both hand for spraying the liquid to the desired location.
Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump substantially as described and as illustrated in Figure 1 & Figure 10 of the drawing accompanying the complete specification. This special foot operated automatic spray pump can be used by walking only. Operator does no need to have special training or extra strength for handling purpose. Pesticide container said Tank (haversack) is not leaky so operator can easily haversack it with said Belt with buckle and pin. This tank is also impermeable and specially invented to prevent wastage of pesticide into tank. There is four coil shaped Pressure Pipes connected with Tank which is specially invented to control length of it as operators height. Two Pipes are said Water pressure coil pipe connected with pressure flower nozzle through Arial pipe to spray and other two are said Air Pressure coil pipes are connected with said Sandal. Said Special Sandal can be used easily by anyone by its common shape and light weight. It also works better in mud, sand and wet land. It's adjustable with any kind of human leg. Sandal and its Sole are separated and work with special Hinge technology provided by Inventor. Thus both part of Sandal moves up and down with hinge which allow piston to move via Rod connected with Sandal that creates pressure via Said Air Pressure Pump. As operator walks, this process will continue in both sandals one by one. Thus the air pressure will be increased into tank. This pressure will push the liquid pesticide. Therefore this liquid will go into water pressure coil pipe and flower nozzle through Arial for spray. At the time of excessive pressure into tank said Automatic pressure valve will open of Tank Pressure Controller. This pump is most convenient for operator because it has Two water pressure coil pipe with two flower nozzle in both hand to spray simultaneously. Operator will save time with double sprayer, as well as Strength for spraying. Thus this Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump is very friendly to use all time. Isn't this special Pump Simplest and Most convenient for Farmer ?! ! ! Detail description with reference to Drawings:
This invention is related to Agricultural Spray Pump comprising;
a pair of special Footwear for pumping action which work on the base of Hinge which allows Sandal and its Sole to move up and down by walking.

a pair of Pressure Pipe connected at one end to lower portion of the tank and other end is provided with pressure flower nozzle through

Characterized in that,
When weight of user presses the back side of Footwear while first step then front part of Sole and Sandal will be separate so the Rod connected with the Sole and Air Pressure Pump will move downside. As user move foreword for next step his same leg pressure will be on the front side of the Sole and Sandal which will move piston of Air Pressure Pump up side and Pressure accumulated into liner will go into tank by One-way Valve provided into One-way Valve Nipple .Tank through said Air Pressure Pipe and as user walks this process will continue in both footwear one by one.
This invention can be described for the reference at Figure 1 & Figure 10 accompanying drawing.

On the top of the tank there is lid shown in Figure 8 for pouring liquid. A safety valve and Tank Pressure Controller are provided with Lid as shown in the Figure 8 & Figure 9.
At first user have to open Lid '36' with Lid handle '43' by Twisting it . there is a liquid Strainer '56' seated on the tank neck '29' Strainer '56' is specially developed for ease of pouring liquid into tank. Strainer knob '58' with air hole '59' (Figure 11) works as to out unnecessary air for to fill liquid easily, fill the liquid tank '28' with liquid pesticide '28A'. Close the Lid '36' by reverse twisting lid handle '43'. With this the lid lock '43A' and '43B' will be tight with each other which press the Lid Rubber Ring '44'. Now wear the special right foot sandal ' 1 ' and left foot sandal ' 1 ' in both Foots. Now connect two pressure pipe '27' to the upper tank nipples '32' bye hose nut '26' (Figure 6 and 7 ) other end of the Pressure pipe '27' will be connected to the One1,- way valve nipple '25' with hose nut '26' (Figure 10) .Now connect another two pressure pipe '27' at down tank nipple '32' with hose nut '261 and the end of both pressure pipe will be connected with trigger handle '50' with hose nut '26' (Figure 10). At this time take care that right pressure pipe and left pressure pipe don't be knotty. Now hold both belt pin and buckle separate hand and adjust liquid tank '28' at your back, then lock both belt pin and buckle to the tank clamp '35' (Figure 6). As referring Figure 1 wear the special sandal and tight the Straps '3' (Figure 3). Now hold both Trigger handle '50' in separate hand shown in Figure 1 and 10.
Now Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump is ready to serve you. Start Walking. The core principle of this pump is weight of farmer creates air pressure '28B' by pedestrian with special right foot sandal ' 1 ' and left foot sandal ' 1 ' created by inventor .This creates spray '54' by walking only. How ?...When operator starts walking, he raise his right leg and as in Figure 1 because of hinge '2' front part of sandal ' 1 ' and sole '7' will be separate therefore piston ' 18' will move down in liner ' 14' by rod '21 '. Now as user moves foreword his body weight will now press the front part of the sandal ' 1 ' and sole '7' so because of rod piston ' 18' will pump the air in Air Pressure Pump . Thus first round and one step is finish which creates piston ' 18' up and down by Sandal ' 1 ' and Sole '7' because of hinge '2'. This same process will work in left leg . Thus this specially Invented Sandal Twill allow Air Pressure Pump ' 13' to create air into it. Which goes into Liquid tank '28' via Pressure Pipe '27' Continuous till walking. This accumulated Air pressure '28B' into liquid tank '28' will press the liquid '28A' and by pressing trigger. '48' liquid will spray '54' via nozzle '53'.
Referring Figure 8 and 9 Tank Pressure Controller '40' and air remover ' 39' are given to control exceeded pressure of Air into Liquid tank '28'. And safety valve '37' is given with safety valve fuse '37B'. Lid '36' also provide an emergency valve '38A' and '38B'. To carry liquid tank there is a handle '30' is provided at the top part of liquid tank '28' near . tank neck '29' with lid stand '31 ' to hang the lid for to keep it away from dust of the ground, garden or farm. There is a liquid tank stand '33' is shown in the Figure ό.When liquid is finished in the tank user can empty the tank from air pressure via Said Air Remover '39'. Thus this Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump is very friendly to use all the time. Isn't this special Pump Simplest and Most convenient for F.armer ?!! !
Any possible variation can be made which include the length, size or material of pipe or Footwear which does not limit the scope of present invention.

I claim :-
Claim:- 1 .Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump comprising; a pair of special Footwear for pumping action which work on the base of Hinge which allows Sandal and its Sole to move up and down by walking.
a strainer which allows to out the inner unnecessary air from liquid container while pouring liquid into it. It has specially created knob to pick up it.
a lid is with tank pressure controller, air remover, safety valve , emergency valve and Lid rubber ring .
an Air Pressure Pump will be adjusted with Sandal via said piston rod cover and said Rod ring is connected with sole.
a trigger with arial pipe is to control spray flow to the nozzle.
a container provided with haversack means like Belt with buckle and pin,
a' pair of Pressure Pipe connected at one end to lower portion of the tank said Tank Nipple and other end is provided with pressure flower nozzle through Arial pipe to spray the pesticide ,

Characterized in that,

Claim-2: Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump as claimed in claim 1 wherein as air pressure will be increased into tank; the liquid pesticide inside the tank will be pushed downward due to air pressure. When trigger is pushed said liquid will go into Pressure pipe and flower nozzle through for spray. Trigger has special lock for continuous flow.
Claim-3: Agricultural Automatic Foot Spray Pump as claimed in claim 1 wherein said tank is provided lid with Tank pressure .controller to control air pressure into liquid tank and air remover valve which gets open at the time of excessive pressure into liquid tank. When liquid is finished in the tank user can empty the tank from air pressure via Said Air Remover ,
