Claims (6)
- 3차원 초음파 스캐너에 있어서,스캐너 케이스와,상기 스캐너 케이스의 내부 저면에 배치된 트랜스듀서 유닛과,상기 트랜스듀서 유닛의 스윙 축에 수직 방향으로 배치된 모터와,상기 모터의 회전력을 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛에 전달하여 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛을 왕복 운동시키는 스윙 메커니즘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스윙 메커니즘은 상기 모터의 회전축에 연결된 암 홀더와,상기 암 홀더에 연결되어 상기 모터의 회전축을 중심으로 일정한 각도 범위에서 왕복 회전하는 암과,상기 암에 부착되어 상기 암과 함께 이동하는 링크와,상기 링크에 연결되어 상기 암의 회전력을 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛에 전달하는 샤프트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 링크는 상기 암이 삽입되는 제1 링크 부재와,상기 제1 링크 부재와 볼 베어링 연결되며 상기 샤프트가 삽입되는 제2 링크 부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 링크 부재 및 제2 링크 부재에 볼 부싱(ball bushing)이 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
- 3차원 초음파 스캐너에 있어서,손잡이 및 스캐닝 바디로 이루어진 스캐너 케이스와,상기 스캐너 바디의 내부 저면에 배치된 트랜스듀서 유닛과,상기 손잡이에 삽입되고 회전축이 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛의 스윙 축과 수직이 되도록 배치된 모터와,상기 모터의 회전에 따라 회전축을 중심으로 일정한 각도 범위에서 왕복 회전하는 제1 동력 전달수단과,상기 제1 동력 전달수단의 회전력을 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛에 전달하여 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛을 왕복 운동시키는 제2 동력 전달수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
- 3차원 초음파 스캐너에 있어서,스캐너 케이스와,상기 스캐너 케이스의 내부 저면에 배치된 트랜스듀서 유닛과,상기 트랜스듀서 유닛의 왕복 운동을 위한 회전력을 생성하는 모터와,상기 모터의 회전축에 연결된 암 홀더와,상기 암 홀더에 연결되어 상기 모터의 회전축을 중심으로 일정한 각도 범위에서 왕복 회전하는 암과,상기 암에 부착되어 상기 암과 함께 이동하는 링크와,상기 링크에 연결되어 상기 암의 회전력을 상기 트랜스듀서 유닛에 전달하는 샤프트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 초음파 스캐너.
