Description

一种无线视频会议的实现方法、 系统及终端 技术领域
本发明涉及无线视频会议技术, 尤其涉及一种无线视频会议的实现方 法、 系统及终端。 背景技术
在计算机、 无线网络技术高速发展的今天, 传统的无线通讯方式如电 话、 传真等因无法达到面对面的沟通效果, 不能满足人们日益增长的交流 需求, 而日益增长的无线网络环境使视频和音频的无线传输成为可能, 一 个突出的应用就是远程无线无线视频会议。
随着无线宽带网络被广泛商用, 无线宽带网络的高速数据传输链路, 为大流量信息传输提供了保障, 无线视频功能被人们广为应用。 无线宽带 网络结构如图 1所示, 无线接入终端 (AT ) 11通过空中接口 (UM接口) 保持与无线接入网络(RAN, Residential Access Network ) 12的数据通讯; 其中 AT 11配备有摄像头、 麦克风等视频、 音频釆集设备; RAN 12通过 A 接口与分组核心网 ( PCN, Packet Core Network ) 13相连; PCN 13通过并 行互连接口 (Pi接口)与外部国际互联网协议 ( IP, Internet Protocol ) 网络 14如 Internet相连, Pi接口遵循 IS-835标准。
可以看出, AT具备釆集视频和音频数据功能, AT通过接入 RAN而连 接到 PCN, 从而接入无线宽带网络系统。 但是, 在 AT和所接入的无线宽 带网络系统中, 目前缺少对多个 AT之间信息流的控制, 包括: 音频和 /或 视频流的控制以及数据流的控制等; 而且, 现有技术中只能提供两方视频 通话, 不能提供多方视频通话功能, 进而也就不能提供多方无线视频会议 功能。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种无线视频会议的实现方法、 系统及终端, 能够实现多方无线视频会议。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
本发明提供了一种无线视频会议的实现方法, 该方法包括:
发起方 AT发起会议请求给 PCN, PCN根据所接收会议请求中携带的 会议邀请方列表进行会议邀请,并对参加无线视频会议的各 AT建立无线资 源及初始化, 发送参加无线视频会议的会议成员信息到发起方 AT 进行存 储, 完成无线视频会议系统的建立;
无线视频会议系统建立成功后, PCN接收无线视频会议系统中的 AT 的信令流, 并将接收到的信令流传送到发起方 AT, 发起方 AT根据收到的 信令流中的信令发送控制指令给 PCN,控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信 息流的分发。
其中, 所述会议请求包括: 会议邀请方列表、 自身的高优先级权限和 分配给会议邀请方列表中 AT的权限。
上述方案中, 所述对参加无线视频会议的各 AT 建立无线资源及初始 化, 具体为: PCN接收到会议请求, 对发起方 AT鉴权和授权成功后, PCN 给发起方 AT建立无线资源,发送点对点协议 ( PPP, Point to Point Protocol ) 初始化信息给发起方 AT, 并给发起方 AT分配 IP地址; PCN在收到参加方 AT返回的参加会议指令时, PCN给该参加方 AT建立无线资源、 发送 PPP 初始化信息 , 并分配 IP地址。
上述方案中, 所述会议成员信息具体为: 会议成员列表、 发起方 AT的 高优先级权限和参加无线视频会议的参加方 AT的权限、 以及所有 AT的 IP 地址。
上述方案中, 所述 PCN接收无线视频会议系统中的 AT的信令流具体 为: PCN通过 RAN接收参加方 AT和发起方 AT的信令流, 其中, 所述信 令流包括: 发言请求指令、 视频请求指令、 数据共享请求指令。
上述方案中,所述发起方 AT根据接收到的信令流中的信令发送控制指 令给 PCN具体为: 发起方 AT接收到 PCN发来的信令流, 对其中的信令进 行解析处理, 并根据解析处理的结果发送控制指令给 PCN。
上述方案中, 所述控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信息流的分发为: PCN根据发起方 AT的发言允许指令接收和发送发言请求的 AT的音频和 / 或视频流; 和 /或, PCN根据发起方 AT的数据共享指令进行分发数据流; 和 /或, PCN根据发起方 AT的视频分发指令分发视频流; 和 /或, PCN根据 发起方 AT的会议结束指令释放所有 UM接口无线资源。
本发明还提供了一种无线视频会议的实现系统, 该系统包括: 发起方 AT, 用于发起会议请求, 发送和接收信令流和信息流, 并对接 收到的信令流中的信令进行解析处理, 发送控制指令, 控制 PCN对无线视 频会议系统中信, 流的分发;
参加方 AT, 用于参加无线视频会议, 发送和接收信令流和信息流, 并 对接收到的信息流的处理;
PCN, 用于根据所接收会议请求中携带的会议邀请方列表进行会议邀 请, 并对参加无线视频会议的各 AT建立无线资源及初始化; 同时用于接收 和发送各 AT的信令流和信息流, 并根据发起方 AT的控制指令进行信息流 的分发。
上述方案中, 该系统进一步包括: RAN, 用于中转系统中的信令流和 信息流。

第二音频和视频釆集模块, 用于釆集自身的音频和视频数据, 在第二 信息处理模块的调用下, 发送音频和视频流到 PCN;

本发明还提供了一种 AT, 该 AT包括:
信息处理模块, 用于发送和接收信令流和信息流;
终端控制模块, 用于在作为发起方 AT时, 发送控制 PCN分发信息流 的控制指令, 并对接收到的信令流和信息流进行处理;
音视频模块,用于将信息处理模块接收到的 PCN分发的音频和 /或视频 流转换成语音和 /或视频。 其中, 该 AT进一步包括:
音视频釆集模块, 用于采集自身的音频和 /或视频数据, 在信息处理模 块的调用下, 发送音频和 /或视频流到 PCN;
数据存储模块, 用于在信息处理模块的调用下, 将自身存储的数据经 RAN发送到 PCN, 或者存储信息处理模块接收的 PCN分发下来的数据流。
本发明提供的一种无线视频会议的实现方法、 系统及终端, 通过将无 线视频会议系统中的信令发送到发起方 AT, 由发起方 AT根据接收到的信 令产生控制指令, 将控制指令发送给 PCN, PCN根据控制指令进行无线视 频会议系统中信息流的分发,使无线视频会议系统中各 AT可以通过发送信 令, 得到所需要的信息流, 从而实现多方无线视频会议。
另外, 本发明由发起方 AT控制整个无线视频会议系统的建立、 以及无 线视频会议实现过程中信息流的分发, 如此, 可在实现多方无线视频会议 的同时, 保证统一的无线视频会议控制, 使无线视频会议的实现更安全、 可靠、 有效。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 由发起方 AT作为信息流控制方, 产生控制指令 发送给 PCN , PCN再根据控制指令完成无线视频会议系统中信息流的分发。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明一种无线视频会议的实现方法如图 2所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 201: 发起方 AT经由 RAN发送会议请求给 PCN, PCN接收到会 议请求, 根据其中携带的会议邀请方列表进行会议邀请, 并对参加无线视 频会议的各 AT建立无线资源, 完成无线视频会议系统的建立;
通常,在 UM接口与 RAN连接的多个 AT中,针对某次无线视频会议, 会有某个 AT作为发起方 AT。那么,本步骤具体为: 由发起方 AT经由 RAN 向 PCN发送会议请求, 该会议请求中包括: 会议邀请方列表、 自身的高优 先级权限和分配给会议邀请方列表中 AT的权限等信息; RAN接收到会议 请求后会传给 PCN, PCN接收到会议请求后, 对发起方 AT鉴权和授权; 鉴权和授权成功后, PCN给发起方 AT建立无线资源, 发送 PPP初始化信 息给发起方 AT, 并给发起方 AT分配 IP地址; 同时, PCN按照会议请求中 的会议邀请方列表通过 RAN发送会议邀请, 接收到会议邀请的 AT返回参 加或不参加会议指令;
在 PCN收到参加会议指令时, PCN给该参加方 AT建立无线资源, 发 送 PPP初始化信息, 并分配 IP地址; 所有参加方 AT的无线资源建立成功 后, PCN将会议成员信息经 RAN发送到发起方 AT进行存储, 包括: 会议 成员列表、 发起方 AT的高优先级权限和参加方 AT的权限、 以及所有 AT 的 IP地址等信息; 无线视频会议系统建立完成。
本步骤中所述进行会议邀请具体是: PCN向会议邀请方列表中的各 AT 发送会议邀请消息。
步骤 202: 无线视频会议系统建立完成后, PCN通过 RAN接收无线视 频会议系统中各参加方 AT 的信令流, 并将接收到的信令流传送到发起方 AT;
具体的,在无线视频会议系统建立成功后, PCN通过 RAN接收参加方 AT和发起方 AT的信令流, 所述信令流包括: 发言请求指令、 视频请求指 令、 数据共享请求指令等; PCN将接收到的信令流传送到发起方 AT。 步骤 203: 发起方 AT对接收到的信令流中的信令进行解析处理, 并根 据解析处理结果发送控制指令给 PCN,控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信 息流的分发;
具体的, 发起方 AT接收到 PCN发来的信令流, 对其中的信令进行解 析处理;根据解析结果对发送信令的 AT判断是否符合当前无线视频会议系 统存储的会议成员信息的合法性和权限;在发送信令的 AT符合当前无线视 频会议系统存储的会议成员信息的合法性和权限时, 根据解析出的信令内 容产生控制指令, 并发送控制指令给 PCN; PCN接收到控制指令, 按照控 制指令对无线视频会议系统中信息流进行分发。
其中, 所述解析处理是指: 解析出发送信令的 AT的信息、 信令的内容 等; 所述控制指令包括: 携带接收方列表的发言允许指令、 控制 PCN分发 音频和 /或视频流的音频和 /或视频分发指令、 控制 PCN分发数据流的数据 共享指令等等。
所述根据解析出的信令内容产生控制指令具体是指: 解析出的信令内 容为发言请求时, 则产生携带接收方列表的发言允许指令; 解析出的信令 内容为数据共享请求时, 则产生数据共享指令; 解析出的信令内容为视频 请求时, 则产生携带发送视频请求指令的 AT号码、 和被请求视频的 AT号 码的视频分发指令等等。
所述控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信息流的分发具体为: PCN根据 发起方 AT的发言允许指令接收和发送发言请求的 AT的音频和 /或视频流; 和 /或 PCN根据发起方 AT的数据共享指令进行分发数据流; 和 /或 PCN根 据发起方 AT的视频分发指令分发视频流; 和 /或 PCN根据发起方 AT的会 议结束指令通知 RAN释放所有 UM接口无线资源。
这里, 发送信令的 AT是否具备合法性和权限的处理属于已有技术, 在 此不再赘述。 下面通过几个例子对发起方 AT 接收信令并产生控制指令, 从而控制 PCN对信息流的分发进行详细说明。
比如,发起方 AT在接收到 PCN经 RAN发来的发言请求指令时,对发 言请求指令进行解析处理, 发言请求指令包含: 发送请求的 AT的信息、 发 言请求等,在发送请求的 AT符合此无线视频会议系统存储的会议成员信息 的合法性和权限时,从存储的会议成员列表中分出接收发言请求的 AT的音 频和 /或视频流的接收方列表,发送携带接收方列表的发言允许指令给 PCN, PCN接收到发言允许指令后, 通知发言请求的 AT发送音频和 /或视频流, 并按照接收方列表发送发言请求的 AT 的音频和 /或视频流, 发送发言请求 指令的 AT作为发言方进行发言; 发言方默认接收 PCN分发的发起方的音 频和 /或视频流, 如果发言方同时也为发起方 AT, 则 PCN将接收到的最快 接入无线视频会议系统的参加方 AT的音频和 /或视频流发送给发言方; 又如, 发起方 AT在接收到 PCN经 RAN发来的数据共享请求指令时, 对数据共享请求指令进行解析处理, 数据共享请求指令包含: 发送请求的 AT的信息、 数据共享请求等; 在发送共享请求指令的 AT符合此无线视频 会议系统存储的会议成员信息的合法性和权限时, 发送携带会议成员列表 的数据共享指令给 PCN; PCN根据数据共享指令, 通知发送数据共享请求 指令的 AT发送数据流,并按照其中的无线视频会议系统成员列表进行数据 流分发;
再如,发起方 AT在接收到 PCN经 RAN发来的视频请求指令时,对发 送视频请求指令进行解析处理,视频请求指令包含:发送请求的 AT的信息、 被请求的 AT信息和视频请求等; 在发送视频请求指令的 AT符合此无线视 频会议系统存储的会议成员信息的合法性和权限时, 发送视频分发指令给 PCN, 其中携带发送视频请求指令的 AT号码、 和被请求视频的 AT号码; PCN根据视频分发指令通知被请求视频的 AT,发送视频流到发送视频请求 指令的 AT。
上述例子中的信令流和信息流也可以在相距遥远的两个 PCN之间通过 IP网络传送, 由发起方 AT集中控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信息流的 分发。
步骤 204: 在会议结束时, 通过发起方 AT发送会议结束指令, 结束会 议;
在会议结束时, 发起方 AT经由 RAN发送会议结束指令给 PCN, 会议 结束指令中携带会议成员列表; PCN根据会议结束指令中的会议成员列表, 释放所有 UM接口无线资源,发起方 AT清除本次会议的所有保存信息,本 次无线视频会议结束。
为实现上述方法, 本发明还提出一种无线视频会议的实现系统, 如图 3 所示, 该系统包括: 发起方 AT 31、 参加方 AT 32、 PCN; 其中,
发起方 AT 31 , 用于发起无线视频会议系统的建立,发送和接收信令流 和信息流, 并对接收到的信令流中的信令进行解析处理, 发送控制指令, 控制 PCN 34对无线视频会议系统中的信息流的分发;
进一步的, 发起方 AT 31包括: 第一信息处理模块 311、 终端控制模块 312、 第一音视频模块 313 , 其中,
第一信息处理模块 311 ,用于通过 RAN 33发送和接收信令流和信息流; 具体的:在建立无线视频会议系统时,经 RAN 33发送会议请求指令给 PCN 34, 经 RAN 33接收 PCN 34传送的 PPP初始化信息和分配的 IP地址; 在 无线视频会议系统建立成功后, 发送发言请求指令、 数据共享请求指令、 视频请求指令, 以及发送和接收音频和 /或视频流、 数据流等;

在无线视频会议系统建立成功后, 用于接收无线视频会议系统中的 AT 经 RAN 33发来的信令流, 并将信令流发送给发起方 AT 31 , 接收发起方 AT 31的控制指令, 并按照发起方 AT 31的控制指令进行各 AT间信息流的 分发, 包括:
PCN 34根据发起方 AT 31的发言允许指令接收和发送发言请求的 AT 的音频和 /或视频流; PCN 34根据发起方 AT 31的数据共享指令进行分发数 据流; PCN 34根据发起方 AT 31的视频分发指令分发视频流; PCN 34根据 发起方 AT 31的会议结束指令释放所有 UM接口无线资源。
进一步的该装置还包括: RAN 33 ,用于中转系统中的信令流和信息流; IP网络 35 , 用于实现无线网络与有线网络的连接, 在无线视频会议中 传输相距遥远的两个 PCN之间的信令流和信息流。
需要说明的是: 在实际应用中, 任何一个 AT都可以作为发起方 AT, 或作为参加方 AT。
基于上述系统, 本发明中的一种 AT, 如图 4所示, 该 AT包括: 信息 处理模块 41、 终端控制模块 42、 音视频模块 43; 其中,
信息处理模块 41, 用于发送和接收信令流和信息流;
具体的: 在作为发起方 AT时, 在建立无线视频会议系统时, 经 RAN 发送会议请求指令给 PCN, 经 RAN接收 PCN传送的 PPP初始化信息和分 配的 IP地址; 在无线视频会议系统建立成功后, 发送发言请求指令、 数据 共享请求指令、 视频请求指令, 以及发送和接收音频和 /或视频流、 数据流 等; 在作为参加方 AT时, 在建立无线视频会议系统时, 通过 RAN接收会 议邀请信息,并返回参加或不参加的指令;接收 PCN通过 RAN传送的 PPP 初始化信息和分配的 IP地址; 在无线视频会议系统建立成功后, 发送发言 请求指令、 数据共享请求指令、 视频请求指令, 以及发送和接收音频和 /或 视频流、 数据流等;
终端控制模块 42, 用于在作为发起方 AT时, 经 RAN发送控制 PCN 分发信息流的控制指令, 并对经 RAN接收到的信令流和信息流进行处理; 在作为参加方 AT时, 不参加工作。
具体的, 在作为发起方 AT时,在建立无线视频会议系统时,接收 PCN 经 RAN传送的会议成员信息并存储; 在无线视频会议系统建立成功后, 用 于接收 PCN经 RAN传送的参加方 AT的信令流, 并进行解析处理; 所述信 令流包括发言请求指令、 数据共享请求指令、 音频和 /或视频请求指令等, 所述解析处理包括:对解析出的发送请求的 AT的合法性和权限的鉴定及解 析出其中的请求信息等;
根据解析处理的结果, 经 RA 发送控制指令到 PCN, 所述控制指令包 括: 携带接收方列表的发言允许指令、控制 PCN分发音频和 /或视频流的音 频和 /或视频分发指令、控制 PCN分发数据流的数据共享指令、 以及控制结 束会议的会议结束指令等;
在作为参加方 AT时, 终端控制模块 42不参加工作。
音视频模块 43 , 用于将信息处理模块接收到的 PCN分发的音频和 /或 视频流转换成语音和 /或视频;
进一步的, 该 AT还包括: 音视频釆集模块 44、 数据存储模块 45; 其 中, 音视频釆集模块 44, 用于釆集自身的音频和 /或视频数据, 在信息处理 模块 41的调用下发送音频和 /或视频流到 PCN;
数据存储模块 45, 用于在信息处理模块 41的调用下, 将自身存储的数 据经 RAN发送到 PCN,或者存储信息处理模块 41接收的 PCN分发下来的 数据流。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种无线视频会议的实现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 发起方无线接入终端(AT )发起会议请求给分组核心网 (PCN ), PCN 根据所接收会议请求中携带的会议邀请方列表进行会议邀请, 并对参加无 线视频会议的各 AT建立无线资源及初始化,发送参加无线视频会议的会议 成员信息到发起方 AT进行存储, 完成无线视频会议系统的建立;
无线视频会议系统建立成功后, PCN接收无线视频会议系统中的 AT 的信令流, 并将接收到的信令流传送到发起方 AT, 发起方 AT根据收到的 信令流中的信令发送控制指令给 PCN,控制 PCN对无线视频会议系统中信 息流的分发。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述会议请求包括: 会 议邀请方列表、 自身的高优先级权限和分配给会议邀请方列表中 AT 的权 限。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述对参加无线视频会 议的各 AT建立无线资源及初始化, 具体为:
PCN接收到会议请求, 对发起方 AT鉴权和授权成功后, PCN给发起 方 AT建立无线资源, 发送点对点协议( PPP )初始化信息给发起方 AT, 并 给发起方 AT分配国际互联网协议( IP )地址; PCN在收到参加方 AT返回 的参加会议指令时, PCN给参加方 AT建立无线资源、 发送 PPP初始化信 息, 并分配 IP地址。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述会议成员信息具体 为: 会议成员列表、发起方 AT的高优先级权限和参加无线视频会议的参加 方 AT的权限、 以及所有 AT的 IP地址。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 PCN接收无线视 频会议系统中的 AT的信令流具体为: PCN通过无线接入网络(RAN )接 收参加方 AT和发起方 AT的信令流, 其中, 所述信令流包括: 发言请求指 令、 视频请求指令、 数据共享请求指令。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述发起方 AT根据接 收到的信令流中的信令发送控制指令给 PCN具体为:发起方 AT接收到 PCN 发来的信令流, 对其中的信令进行解析处理, 并根据解析处理的结果发送 控制指令给 PCN。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述控制 PCN对无线 视频会议系统中信息流的分发为: PCN根据发起方 AT的发言允许指令接 收和发送发言请求的 AT的音频和 /或视频流; 和 /或,
PCN根据发起方 AT的数据共享指令进行分发数据流; 和 /或,
PCN根据发起方 AT的视频分发指令分发视频流; 和 /或,
PCN根据发起方 AT的会议结束指令释放所有 UM接口无线资源。
8、 一种无线视频会议的实现系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 发起方 AT, 用于发起会议请求, 发送和接收信令流和信息流, 并对接 收到的信令流中的信令进行解析处理, 发送控制指令, 控制 PCN对无线视 频会议系统中信息流的分发;
参加方 AT, 用于参加无线视频会议, 发送和接收信令流和信息流, 并 对接收到的信息流的处理;
PCN, 用于根据所接收会议请求中携带的会议邀请方列表进行会议邀 请, 并对参加无线视频会议的各 AT建立无线资源及初始化; 同时用于接收 和发送各 AT的信令流和信息流, 并根据发起方 AT的控制指令进行信息流 的分发。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统进一步包括: RAN, 用于中转系统中的信令流和信息流。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发起方 AT进一步 包括:
第一信息处理模块, 用于通过 RAN发送和接收信令流和信息流; 终端控制模块, 用于对经 RAN接收到的信令流和信息流进行处理, 并 经 RAN发送控制 PCN分发信息流的控制指令;
第一音视频模块, 用于将第一信息处理模块接收到 PCN分发的音频和 /或视频流转换成语音和 /或视频;
所述发起方 AT还包括:
第一音视频釆集模块, 用于釆集自身的音频和 /或视频数据, 在第一信 息处理模块的调用下, 发送音频和 /或视频流到 PCN;
第一数据存储模块, 用于在第一信息处理模块的调用下, 将自身存储 的数据经 RAN发送到 PCN, 或者存储第一信息处理模块接收的 PCN分发 下来的数据流。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述参加方 AT进一 步包括:
第二信息处理模块, 用于通过 RAN发送和接收信令流和信息流; 第二音视频模块, 用于将第二信息处理模块接收到 PCN分发的音频和 /或视频流转换成语音和 /或视频。
12、 根据权利要求 10所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述参加方 AT还包 括:
第二音频和视频釆集模块, 用于釆集自身的音频和视频数据, 在第二 信息处理模块的调用下, 发送音频和视频流到 PCN;
第二数据存储模块, 用于在第二信息处理模块的调用下, 将自身存储 的数据经 RAN发送到 PCN, 或者存储第二信息处理模块接收的 PCN分发 下来的数据流。
13、 一种 AT, 其特征在于, 该 AT包括: 信息处理模块, 用于发送和接收信令流和信息流;
终端控制模块, 用于在作为发起方 AT时, 发送控制 PCN分发信息流 的控制指令, 并对接收到的信令流和信息流进行处理;
音视频模块,用于将信息处理模块接收到的 PCN分发的音频和 /或视频 流转换成语音和 /或视频。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的 AT, 其特征在于, 该 AT进一步包括: 音视频釆集模块, 用于釆集自身的音频和 /或视频数据, 在信息处理模 块的调用下, 发送音频和 /或视频流到 PCN;
数据存储模块, 用于在信息处理模块的调用下, 将自身存储的数据经 RAN发送到 PCN, 或者存储信息处理模块接收的 PCN分发下来的数据流。
