Abstract

The aim of the invention is to specify an arrangement that enables a new method for operating an arrangement for thermally decomposing by-products and waste (thermal cracking method), and, in said arrangement, to organize transport of the material and the solid mixture in such a way that a stable temperature profile and a constant process flow and material flow is guaranteed, a continuous and stable temperature-guided control of the method process is enabled, and a constant gas quality is guaranteed over a long service life, wherein said aim is achieved in that the arrangement comprises a preliminary shredder (11), a fine shredder (12), a drying tower (13) according to DE 199 37 523 A1, a thermolysis reactor (14) according to DE 10 2009 007 768.5, a moving-bed gasifier (15) according to DE 10 2008 058 602.1, a cooler (16), and a gas engine having generators (17), wherein said individual devices are connected to each other by means of transfer routes (18) and coke and synthesis gas can be conducted together by means of the transfer routes (18) in the operating state of the arrangement, the operating temperature of the arrangement in temperature zones is continuously held constant by means of heat recirculation, and the transfer routes (18) between the individual devices of the arrangement protect said individual devices of the arrangement against backflow.
