Abstract
SVC (Static Var Compensator)내에 포함된 TSC (Thyristor Switched Capacitor)에 부착되는 피뢰기를 보호하기 위한 전압제어장치가 개시된다. 상기 전압제어장치는 상기 피뢰기에서 발생하는 온도를 측정하고 출력하는 온도센서; 상기 측정된 온도를 에너지값으로 변환하고 상기 피뢰기의 에너지내량값과 비교하는 연산기; 출력 제어구간을 포함하고 상기 연산기로부터의 비교값에 응답하여 상기 출력 제어구간을 활성화시켜 상기 출력 제어구간동안 SVC가 동작하지 않도록 제어하는 보조 제어기를 포함한다.
