Abstract

본 발명은 초전도 자석 운전전류의 켄치 검출을 위한 신호처리방법에 관한 것으로, 초전도 코일의 켄치를 검출하기 위한 켄치 검출 장치에서 상기 초전도 코일에 전류를 공급하는 노말 버스바에 설치되어 초전도 코일의 전류를 측정하는 측정수단과, 상기 측정수단으로부터 측정된 측정값을 수학적 알고리즘을 통해 해석하여 측정값을 출력하는 처리수단 및 상기 처리수단에서 검출된 측정값을 전달받아 초전도 토카막 장치의 켄치 검출을 위한 신호처리방법에 있어서, 상기 측정수단에 의해 검출된 2차전압의 측정치에 포함된 전압 오프셋을 제거하는 단계, 적분법을 사용하여 상기 2차전압의 전압 노이즈를 제거하는 단계 및 2차전압의 전압파형에 대한 미소전압 드리프트를 제거하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
