Patent Document 1 discloses a conventional flush toilet. This flush toilet includes a toilet bowl body having a toilet bowl portion, a toilet drainage channel communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl portion, and an upper surface portion extending rearward continuously from the upper peripheral edge of the toilet bowl portion. . The flush toilet includes a suction device that sucks air in the toilet drainage channel and a toilet cleaning device that supplies cleaning water to the toilet bowl. A toilet cleaning device and a suction device are placed and fixed on the upper surface portion behind the toilet bowl. The toilet body has a cavity formed in the upper part of the rear end below the upper surface. The hollow portion has an upper end closed by an upper surface portion, and a lower end opened to the rear upper end of the toilet drainage channel and communicated with the toilet drainage channel. The hollow portion communicates with the suction device.
In this flush toilet, when the toilet is washed, the suction device sucks air in the toilet drainage channel through the cavity. Thereby, the wash water in the toilet bowl is drawn into the toilet drainage channel, the wash water in the toilet drainage channel is increased, and a siphon action is induced. Thus, this flush toilet can induce a siphon action reliably and can perform toilet flushing well. Further, since the suction device sucks air in the toilet drainage channel through a cavity extending upward from the toilet drainage channel, the suction device hardly sucks filth and the like in the toilet drainage channel. For this reason, it is possible to prevent the suction of air in the toilet drainage channel from becoming insufficient due to the suction device sucking dirt and the like.

However, in the flush toilet of Patent Document 1, the volume of the cavity must be increased so that the suction device does not suck dirt or the like in the toilet drainage channel. For this reason, in this flush toilet, the volume of the cavity is increased by extending the upper surface of the toilet body backward and enlarging the lower space. Thereby, the toilet bowl main body will be enlarged.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional situation, and it is an object to be solved to provide a flush toilet bowl that can be downsized and can perform toilet flushing well.
The flush toilet of the present invention includes a toilet flushing device, a suction device, a toilet bowl portion, a toilet drainage channel communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl portion, and a rear upper end peripheral portion of the toilet bowl portion. An upper surface portion that extends, is lower than the upper surface portion and above the toilet drainage channel, forward of the toilet cleaning device disposed above the rear end portion and rearward of the toilet bowl portion, the lower end is the A toilet body having an opening at the upper end of the toilet drainage channel and having a cavity formed at the upper portion thereof communicating with the suction device is provided.
In this flush toilet, the hollow portion is formed below the upper surface portion and above the toilet drainage channel, ahead of the toilet cleaning device and behind the toilet bowl portion. The upper surface portion located in front of the toilet bowl cleaning device and rearward of the toilet bowl is used to fix a functional device such as a toilet seat device that pivotally supports the toilet seat and the toilet lid, and is indispensable. Moreover, since the toilet body has a space between the upper surface portion and the upper end portion of the toilet drainage channel, the cavity portion can be formed using the space. For this reason, this flush toilet bowl can form a cavity without enlarging the toilet body. Moreover, since the space has expanded in the front-back direction and the left-right direction between this upper surface part and the upper end part of the toilet drainage channel, the cavity part of sufficient magnitude | size can be formed. For this reason, the suction device can make it difficult to suck dirt and the like in the toilet drainage channel, and the suction device can suck the air in the toilet drainage channel satisfactorily. Therefore, this flush toilet can induce a siphon action reliably, and the sewage in the toilet bowl can be reliably discharged by the siphon action.
Therefore, the flush toilet of the present invention can be reduced in size and can be cleaned well.
The toilet body may be formed with an extended cavity portion that extends rearward from the lower rear portion of the cavity portion and opens at the upper portion of the toilet drainage channel. In this case, the expansion cavity part acts as a part of the cavity part when cleaning the toilet bowl. That is, the air in the toilet drainage channel is sucked by the suction device sucking air in the cavity and the expansion cavity. For this reason, it can make it difficult for a suction device to suck in dirt in a toilet drainage channel. Therefore, since the suction device can satisfactorily suck the air in the toilet drainage channel, the siphon action is surely induced and the toilet bowl is washed well. In addition, the expansion cavity is formed using a space located below the toilet bowl cleaning device. For this reason, this flush toilet bowl does not need to enlarge the toilet body in order to form an expansion cavity part. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the flush toilet.
The volume of the hollow portion may be larger than the suction amount sucked by the suction device. In this case, it is possible to make it difficult for the suction device to suck dirt and the like in the toilet drainage channel. For this reason, the suction device can suck the air in the toilet drainage channel satisfactorily. Therefore, the siphon action can be reliably induced and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
The combined volume of the cavity and the expansion cavity can be larger than the suction amount sucked by the suction device. In this case, even if the volume of the cavity portion is small, the combined volume of the cavity portion and the expansion cavity portion is larger than the suction amount of the suction device, so that the suction device makes it difficult to suck filth in the toilet drainage channel. Can do. For this reason, since the volume of the cavity portion can be reduced and the area of the upper surface portion located in front of the toilet bowl cleaning device and rearward of the toilet bowl portion can be reduced to the minimum necessary size, the flush toilet bowl can be downsized. Can be further planned.
The toilet body extends downward from the upper surface portion, has a predetermined interval in the left-right direction, and is formed with a pair of attachment holes to which members attached to the upper surface portion can be attached. It can be formed between these mounting holes in the left-right direction of the toilet body. In this case, the toilet body can be provided with an attachment hole while forming a cavity. For this reason, the toilet body 10 can easily attach a member to the upper surface portion of the toilet body using the attachment hole. In addition, a commercially available toilet seat device or the like can be attached to the upper surface of the toilet body using the attachment hole.
The toilet body has an outer wall, and is flush with the wash water from the toilet bowl cleaning device to the toilet bowl between the outer wall and the side wall forming the cavity. A supply water channel can be formed. In this case, washing water can be supplied from the toilet bowl cleaning device to the toilet bowl portion while forming a cavity in the toilet body.
The toilet body has an opening in which the upper end of the cavity portion penetrates the upper surface portion, a suction port to which a suction path of the suction device is connected, and a lid member that closes the opening portion Can have. In this case, the cavity can be easily formed in the toilet body. In addition, when the toilet drainage channel is blocked, the lid member can be removed, and the thing blocking the toilet drainage channel can be easily removed.
The lid member may be formed of a cylindrical member whose upper end is closed and whose lower end is open. In this case, the volume of the cavity can be substantially increased. For this reason, it is possible to make it difficult for the suction device to suck dirt and the like in the toilet drainage channel. Therefore, since the air in the toilet drainage channel can be satisfactorily sucked, the siphon action can be reliably induced and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
The toilet body may have a fixing member that is attached to the attachment hole and that presses the lid member that closes the opening. In this case, the lid member can be fixed easily and reliably.

Embodiments embodying the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
<実施例>
<Example>
As shown in FIG. 1, the flush toilet of the embodiment includes a toilet body 10, a toilet cleaning device 20, and a suction device 30. The toilet body 10 is provided with a toilet cleaning device 20 having a cleaning tank 21 and a suction device 30 above the rear end. The toilet cleaning device 20 and the suction device 30 are covered with a cover 1 attached to the upper surface of the toilet body 10. The cover 1 pivotally supports a toilet seat 2 and a toilet lid 3 at the lower front surface.
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the toilet body 10 is continuous with the toilet bowl 11, the toilet drainage channel 12 communicating with the downstream side of the toilet bowl 11, and the upper peripheral edge 11 A of the toilet bowl 11. And an upper surface portion 13 extending rearward. The toilet bowl 11 has a rim water passage 11B formed in a step shape on the inner wall surface below the upper peripheral edge 11A. The toilet drainage channel 12 is continuous from the lower end portion of the toilet bowl 11 and extends upwardly from the rear portion, and the downward flow channel 12B extends downward and continues from the upper end portion of the upward flow passage 12A. Is formed. The descending flow path 12 </ b> B connects the downstream end opening to the upstream end opening of the connection member C. The connecting member C connects the downstream end opening to the inlet of the drain pipe D drawn from the floor surface F.
The toilet body 10 has a storage portion 14 having a substantially horizontally long rectangular shape at the rear end. The storage portion 14 has a standing wall 14A raised at the periphery. The storage unit 14 stores a part of the distribution pipe 15. The distribution pipe 15 includes a connection port 15A that opens upward in the storage portion 14, and a left pipe 15L and a right pipe 15R that extend separately from the lower side of the connection port 15A. This distribution pipe 15 flows the washing water flowing out from the outlet of the washing tank 21 into the rim water passage 11B.
The front wall 14A on the front side of the storage unit 14 is provided with a pair of insertion holes 14L and 14R arranged in the left and right sides at the bottom. The left pipe 15L of the distribution pipe 15 is inserted through the insertion port 14L, and the right pipe 15R is inserted through the insertion port 14L. The left piping 15L and the right piping 15R inserted through the insertion openings 14L, 14R are below the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 and have a cylindrical side wall 41 that forms a cavity portion 40 to be described later and an outer wall of the toilet body 10. 16 is arranged. The left pipe 15L is connected to the rear end of the left rim water supply path 17L. The left rim water supply path 17L has a front discharge port 17F that discharges cleaning water along the rim water passage 11B at the left front of the toilet bowl 11. The right pipe 15R is connected to the rear end of the right rim water supply path 17R. The right rim water supply path 17R has a rear discharge port 17B that protrudes the wash water along the rim water passage 11B at the right rear of the toilet bowl 11. As described above, the toilet body 10 can supply cleaning water from the cleaning tank 21 of the toilet cleaning device 20 to the toilet bowl 11 while forming the cavity 40.
The cleaning tank 21 has a ball tap (not shown). The ball tap is connected to a pipe S connected to a cleaning water supply source. Therefore, the cleaning tank 21 can store the cleaning water by opening and closing the ball tap on-off valve according to the change in the level of the stored cleaning water. The cleaning water stored in the cleaning tank 21 flows out from the outlet 22 formed in the lower end surface. The outflow port 22 can be opened and closed by a float valve 23 that is pulled up during toilet flushing.
The toilet bowl cleaning device 20 and the suction device 30 are fixed to the upper surface of a mounting plate (not shown). The attachment plate is attached to the rear end portion of the toilet body 10 using a fixing member 60 described later. In this manner, the toilet cleaning device 20 and the suction device 30 are disposed above the rear end portion of the toilet body 10. When the attachment plate is attached to the rear end of the toilet body 10, the outlet 22 of the cleaning tank 21 is connected to the connection port 15 </ b> A of the distribution pipe 15.
The cavity 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The hollow portion 40 is formed at a position adjacent to the front of the left and right center portion of the standing wall 14 </ b> A on the front side of the storage portion 14. That is, the cavity 40 is formed in front of the toilet bowl cleaning device 20 and behind the toilet bowl 11 and below the upper surface part 13. The cavity 40 has a lower end opened at the upper end of the toilet drainage channel 12. The upper surface portion 13 positioned in front of the toilet bowl cleaning device 20 and rearward of the toilet bowl portion 11 is indispensable for attaching the cover 1 on which the toilet seat 2 and the toilet lid 3 are pivotally supported. The cavity 40 is formed using a space between the upper surface 13 and the upper end of the toilet drainage channel 12. For this reason, this flush toilet bowl can form the cavity 40 without enlarging the toilet body 10. Further, a space extends between the upper surface portion 13 and the toilet drainage channel 12 in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction. For this reason, a sufficiently large cavity 40 can be formed. Therefore, the suction device 30 can make it difficult to suck dirt and the like in the toilet drainage channel 12, and the suction device 30 can suck the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 satisfactorily. For this reason, this flush toilet can induce a siphon action reliably, and can discharge filth etc. in the toilet bowl part 11 reliably by a siphon action.
Therefore, the flush toilet bowl of the embodiment can be downsized and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
The toilet body 10 has an opening 40 </ b> A in which the upper end of the cavity 40 passes through the upper surface 13 of the toilet body 10. For this reason, the cavity 40 can be easily formed. The opening 40 </ b> A forms a stepped portion 40 </ b> B projecting inwardly on the inner peripheral surface at a position one step lower than the upper surface portion 13.
The toilet body 10 is formed with an extended cavity 42 that extends rearward from the rear lower end of the cavity 40 and opens at the top of the toilet drainage channel 12. As shown in FIG. 9, the extended cavity 42 is open to the upper part of the toilet drainage channel 12 above the water level W of the wash water flowing in the toilet drainage channel 12 during toilet flushing. For this reason, the expansion cavity part 42 acts as a part of the cavity part 40 at the time of toilet bowl washing. That is, when the suction device 30 sucks air in the cavity 40 and the expansion cavity 42, the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 is sucked. For this reason, the suction device 30 can further make it difficult to suck the filth and the like in the toilet drainage channel 12. Therefore, the suction device 30 can suck the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 satisfactorily, the siphon action is induced, and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
In addition, the expansion cavity 42 is formed using a space located below the toilet bowl cleaning device 20 and the suction device 30. For this reason, this flush toilet bowl does not need to enlarge the toilet body 10 in order to form the expansion cavity 42. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of the flush toilet.
The combined volume of the cavity 40 and the extended cavity 42 is larger than the suction amount of the suction device 30. That is, while the suction amount of the suction device 30 is 600 mL, the volume of the cavity 40 is 460 mL and the volume of the expansion cavity 42 is 300 mL. Thus, even if the volume of the cavity portion 40 is small, the combined volume of the cavity portion 40 and the expanded cavity portion 42 is larger than the volume of the suction device 30, so that the suction device 30 is filth in the toilet drainage channel 12. Can be difficult to suck.
Further, since the expansion cavity portion 42 is formed, the volume of the cavity portion 40 can be reduced, and the area of the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 can be reduced to the minimum necessary size. For this reason, it is possible to further reduce the size of the flush toilet.
The toilet body 10 has a pair of first mounting holes 18 as shown in FIGS. These first mounting holes 18 extend downward from the upper surface portion 13 and have a predetermined interval in the left-right direction. The first mounting hole 18 is defined by the JIS standard as the mounting hole of the toilet seat device in terms of the position from the front end of the toilet body 10 and the dimension between the first mounting holes 18. The cavity 40 is provided between the first mounting holes 18 in the left-right direction of the toilet body 10. As described above, the toilet body 10 can be provided with the first mounting hole 18 while forming the cavity 40. For this reason, the toilet body 10 can easily attach the fixing member 60 described later to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 using the first attachment hole 18.
Further, the toilet body 10 has a pair of second mounting holes 19. These second attachment holes 19 are provided behind the first attachment holes 18 and in front of the standing wall 14A on the front side, and penetrate the left and right end portions of the upper surface portion 13. The second mounting hole 19 is used for fixing a rear end portion of the fixing member 60 described later. For this reason, the fixing member 60 is firmly attached to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10.
The opening 40A having a circular shape in plan view is closed by a lid member 50 as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 to 7. For this reason, when the toilet drainage channel 12 is blocked, the lid member 50 can be removed and the toilet channel drainage channel 12 can be easily removed.
The lid member 50 is formed of a resin cylindrical member having an upper end closed and a lower end opened. The lid member 50 forms a first flange 51 at the upper peripheral edge. The body 52 of the lid member 50 has a suction port 52A. The suction port 52 </ b> A connects the suction path 31 of the suction device 30. The suction path 31 is formed by a first intake pipe 31A and a second intake pipe 31B. The first intake pipe 31A connects the suction device 30 and a connecting member 31C that penetrates the standing wall 14A of the toilet body 30. The second intake pipe 31B is connected at one end to a connecting member 31C extending into the storage portion 14. The second intake pipe 31 </ b> B is inserted through the insertion hole 14 </ b> B penetrating from the storage portion 14 toward the opening 40 </ b> A, and the other end is connected to the suction port 52 </ b> A of the lid member 50.
The lid member 50 forms a second flange portion 53 that extends outward at an intermediate portion in the vertical direction of the outer peripheral side surface of the body portion 52. A ring-shaped packing P is inserted on the step 40B of the opening 40A. The lid member 50 is inserted from above the opening 40A and is pressed down by a fixing member 60 described later. For this reason, the packing P is crushed by the lower surface of the second step portion 53 of the lid member 50 and the upper surface of the step portion 40B, and the outer surface of the body portion 52 below the second step portion 53 and the second step portion 53 is removed. It is sandwiched between the side surface and the corner of the inner periphery of the stepped portion 40B. Thus, the opening 40A is closed in an airtight state by the lid member 50.
Moreover, since the inside of the trunk | drum 52 is a cavity, the volume of the cavity part 40 is substantially enlarged. For this reason, it becomes difficult for the suction device 30 to suck the filth and the like in the toilet drainage channel 12, and the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 can be sucked well. Therefore, the siphon action can be reliably induced and the toilet bowl can be washed well.
The fixing member 60 is formed of a flat metal plate. The fixing member 60 has a pair of first through holes 61. These first through holes 61 are provided at the same interval as the pair of first mounting holes 18 that are provided through the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10. Each first through hole 61 has the same diameter as the first mounting hole 18. Each first through hole 61 is provided with a semicircular arc-shaped first slit 61 </ b> A on the left and right outer sides so as to surround the outside of the first through hole 61. Each first through hole 61 is provided with a semicircular arc-shaped second slit 61B on the left and right inner sides so as to surround the inside of the first through hole 61 and both ends of the first slit 61A.
The fixing member 60 is attached to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 by the bolt B1 inserted into the first through hole 61 and the first attachment hole 18 in a state where the lid member 50 is pressed. At this time, the first slit 61 </ b> A and the second slit 61 </ b> B absorb the unevenness of the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10. For this reason, the fixing member 60 can be attached in close contact with the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10. Therefore, the lid member 50 can be easily and reliably attached to the opening 40A of the toilet body 10 in an airtight state. The body of the bolt B <b> 1 is expanded by rotating the bolt incorporated therein, and is fixed by being crimped into the first mounting hole 18.
The fixing member 60 has a rear portion that is slightly larger than the left-right width of the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 and extends in the left-right direction. The fixing member 60 is provided with a second through hole 62 at a position corresponding to the pair of second mounting holes 19 penetrating the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 when the fixing member 60 is fixed to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10. Yes. The fixing member 60 is inserted into the second through hole 62 from above and is fixed to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10 by a bolt B2 inserted into the second mounting hole 19 of the toilet body 10. As described above, the fixing member 60 can be firmly fixed to the upper surface portion 13 of the toilet body 10.
The fixing member 60 has a pair of rising pieces 63 erected on the left and right of the front end. The rising piece 63 has a screw hole penetrating in the front-rear direction. In addition, the fixing member 60 has groove-shaped bent portions 64 formed at the left and right ends of the rear portion. The bent portion 64 has a screw hole penetrating in the left-right direction on the outer side. The mounting plate on which the toilet bowl cleaning device 20 and the suction device 30 are placed is fixed by screws inserted through the screw holes of the rising piece 63 and the bent portion 64. In this way, the attachment plate can be attached to the rear end of the toilet body 10.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the suction device 30 includes a suction device main body 32 and a piston 33 that reciprocates in the suction device main body 32 in the vertical direction. The suction device main body 32 is formed of a first cylinder member 32A whose upper end is closed and a second cylinder member 32B whose lower end is closed. The lower end peripheral surface portion of the first cylindrical member 32A and the upper end peripheral surface portion of the second cylindrical member 32B are connected. The second cylindrical member 32B has an opening through which the suction path 31 communicates with the lower end side surface.
The piston 33 is formed of a cylindrical member whose lower end is open and whose upper end is closed. The piston 33 has a disc-shaped presser plate 33A slightly larger than the upper surface portion attached to the upper surface portion. The piston 33 sandwiches the center portion of the rolling diaphragm 34 between the upper surface portion and the pressing plate 33A. The suction device main body 32 sandwiches the outer peripheral edge portion of the rolling diaphragm 34 between the lower end peripheral surface portion of the first cylindrical member 32A and the upper end peripheral surface portion of the second cylindrical member 32B. As a result, the suction device main body 32 forms a suction chamber 35 in which the volume varies due to the reciprocating motion of the piston 33 in the vertical direction. The suction device main body 32 has a drive device 36 attached to the top thereof. The drive device 36 has a built-in drive unit that reciprocates the piston 33 in the vertical direction.
Next, the toilet flushing of the flush toilet constructed as described above will be described.
As shown in FIG. 8, the piston 33 of the suction device 30 is disposed at the lowered position before the toilet cleaning is started. When toilet flushing is started, the float valve 23 of the washing tank 21 of the toilet flushing device 20 is raised and the outlet 22 is opened. Thereby, the wash water is discharged onto the rim water passage 11B from the front discharge port 17F and the rear discharge port 17B formed in the toilet bowl 11 of the toilet body 10. The washing water flows down on the surface of the toilet bowl 11 while turning in one direction on the rim water passage 11 </ b> B and is stored in the toilet bowl 11. Thus, the water level of the wash water in the toilet bowl part 11 rises.
Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 9, the drive device 36 of the suction device 30 is driven, and the piston 33 rises to the raised position. Then, the volume of the suction chamber 35 is expanded, and the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 is sucked through the suction channel 31, the cavity 40, and the expansion cavity 42. As a result, the wash water stored in the toilet bowl 11 is drawn into the toilet drainage channel 12, the wash water in the toilet drainage channel 12 is increased, and a siphon action is induced. Thus, this flush toilet can induce a siphon action reliably and can perform toilet flushing well.
Also, the volume of the cavity 40 and the expansion cavity 42 is formed larger than the amount of air sucked by the suction device 30 ascending the piston 33. For this reason, it is difficult for the filth in the toilet drainage channel 12 to be sucked into the suction chamber 35 and the suction channel 31 of the suction device 30. For this reason, the suction device 30 can suck the air in the toilet drainage channel 12 satisfactorily. Therefore, this flush toilet can induce a siphon action reliably and can perform toilet cleaning satisfactorily.
