La presente invención se refiera a una tarjeta postal compartimentada, para envío de felicitaciones, recuerdos u otros motivos mediante correo postal; caracterizada porque cuenta con una caja de dulces u otro producto que presenta escaso grosor y que se encuentra introducida en un sobre hermético sobre el que a su vez se dispone una pegatina; existiendo en el sobre y pegatina, zonas para franqueo, ornamentación, texto de dirección y otros textos.
Description
TARJETA POSTAL COMPARTIMENTADA OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
La presente invención, tal y como se expresa en el enunciado de esta memoria descriptiva, se refiere a una tarjeta postal compartimentada cuya finalidad consiste en ofrecer en un único objeto que el usuario puede utilizar de inmediato una tarjeta postal y un obsequio consistente preferentemente en una caja de dulces o caramelos, de manera que con la simple inclusión del texto deseado y la dirección de envió se pueda introducir la tarjeta con el obsequio en un buzón convencional de correos para efectuar el envió correspondiente. Además, la invención incluye posibilidades tales como que dichos dulces o caramelos sean visibles exteriormente sin necesidad de abrir el correspondiente envoltorio, permitiendo además que la tarjeta postal incluya ornamentaciones relativas a recuerdos turísticos, y ornamentaciones tipicas preconcebidas referentes a temáticas tales como cumpleaños, dia de la madre, dia de los enamorados u otras. ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
Son conocidas las tarjetas postales para envió de felicitaciones, recuerdos u otros motivos mediante correo postal, consistiendo estas tarjetas convencionales en una lámina de cartón con una fotografía, una ornamentación temática u otro motivo, presentando además una zona para la escritura de un texto y la inclusión de un sello postal. Estas tarjetas convencionales presentan inconvenientes relativos a que carecen de medios para incluir en el envió postal un obsequio adjunto, de manera que si el usuario desea hacer dicho obsequio tiene que confeccionar un paquete de manera personal y además adquirir el sello con el valor que corresponda para que el envió sea correcto, presentando todo ello notables molestias al usuario en lo que se refiere a un gasto de tiempo y energía que podría ser evitado si se dispusiese de un elemento que ya
incluyera todos los objetos que el usuario tiene que integrar en el correspondiente envió.
No conocemos en el estado actual de la técnica ninguna tarjeta postal que incluya en un único elemento una caja de dulces u otro producto para obsequio integrada en la propia tarjeta, tal y como lo hace la tarjeta postal compartimentada de la presente invención.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Para lograr los objetivos y evitar los inconvenientes indicados en anteriores apartados, la invención consiste en una tarjeta postal compartimentada para envió de felicitaciones, recuerdos u otros motivos mediante correo postal .
Novedosamente, la tarjeta postal compartimentada de la invención cuenta con una caja de dulces u otro producto que presenta escaso grosor y que se encuentra introducida en un sobre hermético sobre el que a su vez se dispone una pegatina; existiendo en el sobre y pegatina zonas para franqueo, ornamentación, texto de dirección y otros textos. Según una realización preferente de la invención, dichos caja, sobre y pegatina presentan una combinación cualquiera de recortes y materiales transparentes que dejan ver el referido producto.
Además, en esa realización preferente de la invención, la referida caja consiste en una bandeja cerrada con una tapa, ambas transparentes y alojando entre ellas a unos caramelos determinantes del aludido producto; en tanto que el mencionado sobre dispone de una cara posterior con una zona para un texto a escribir, una zona para remite y una zona para indicación de los ingredientes de los caramelos, disponiendo además dicho sobre de una cara anterior transparente sobre la que se adhiere la referida pegatina, habiéndose dotado a esta pegatina de un recorte mediante el que se ven los caramelos y existiendo en la cara vista de dicha pegatina un sello timbrado por correos constituyente de la zona de franqueo, una zona para escribir la dirección
de envío y una zona de ornamentación tal como recuerdo turístico, ornamentación temática referente a cumpleaños, día de la madre, día de los enamorados u otra.
Con la estructura que se ha descrito, la tarjeta postal compartimentada de la invención presenta ventajas relativas a que en un único elemento el usuario dispone de una tarjeta postal y de una caja de dulces u otro producto, de manera que simplemente rellenando el texto que se desee en las zonas oportunas y depositando la tarjeta postal compartimentada en un buzón convencional de correos el usuario consigue efectuar el obsequio y la felicitación o comunicación oportuna. Además, según la realización preferente de la invención los referidos dulces o caramelos son visibles exteriormente, haciendo más atractivo el conjunto, consistiendo otra ventaja de esta realización en que ya incluye un sello timbrado por correos, para que el usuario no tenga que molestarse en efectuar el pesaje y compra del sello oportuno. Otra ventaja de la invención consiste en que se cubre un vacío existente en el estado de la técnica al no disponerse actualmente de tarjetas postales que integren una caja de un producto de obsequio para poder ser enviadas directamente por correo postal.
A continuación, para facilitar una mejor comprensión de esta memoria descriptiva y formando parte integrante de la misma, se acompañan unas figuras en las que con carácter ilustrativo y no limitativo se ha representado el objeto de la invención.
BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS Figura 1.- Representa una vista en perspectiva explosionada de una tarjeta postal compartimentada realizada según la invención y mostrando todos sus elementos componentes.

DESCRIPCIÓN DE UN EJEMPLO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN Seguidamente se realiza una descripción de un ejemplo de la invención haciendo referencia a la numeración adoptada en las figuras.
Asi, la tarjeta postal compartimentada de este ejemplo de la invención dispone de una caja compuesta por una bandeja 2 como la tapa 3 para alojar a un producto consistente en unos caramelos 1, siendo transparentes tanto la bandeja 2 y la tapa 3, las cuales pueden realizarse con plástico transparente. No obstante, en otros ejemplos de la invención dichos producto y caja podrán presentar una constitución distinta, pudiendo verse la del presente ejemplo en la figura 1.
Una vez que la tapa 3 cierra a la bandeja 2 con los caramelos 1 en su interior, el conjunto formado se introduce en un sobre 4 que se cierra herméticamente, por ejemplo mediante termosellado o con pegamento, existiendo en este sobre hermético 4 una cara posterior que incluye una zona para un texto a escribir 10, una zona para remite 9 y una zona para indicación de los ingredientes de los caramelos 11, tal y como muestra la figura 3. Además, el sobre 4 presenta una cara anterior transparente sobre la que se adhiere una pegatina 5 que cuenta con un recorte para que se vean los caramelos 1 y cuya cara vista tiene una zona con un sello timbrado por correos 8, una zona para escribir una dirección de envió 6 y una zona de ornamentación 7 tal como un recuerdo turístico, una ornamentación temática referente a cumpleaños, dia de la madre, dia de los enamorados u otra, tal y como se aprecia en las figuras 1 y 2 ; de manera que únicamente sustituyendo la pegatina 5 por otra que presente otra ornamentación 7 se podrán confeccionar distintos
paquetes correspondientes a distintos motivos de felicitación o de recuerdos.
Una vez que la tarjeta postal presenta todos sus elementos integrados, tal y como aparece en las figuras 2 y 3, queda dispuesta para ser comercializada en tiendas, quioscos o análogos, con lo que el usuario únicamente tendrá que adquirir la tarjeta que se adapte a su motivo de felicitación o al recuerdo que quiera enviar, rellenar la dirección y el remite en las zonas 6 y 9 respectivamente y escribir el texto que desee en la zona 10, tras lo cual puede depositar la tarjeta en un buzón de correos y efectuar el envió del texto deseado con el recuerdo o felicitación oportuno y con el obsequio adicional de la caja de caramelos, todo ello de una manera sencilla, rápida y cómoda, permitiendo la tarjeta del presente ejemplo proporcionar objetos-obsequio de felicitación con un aspecto estético excelente.
Claims
1.- TARJETA POSTAL COMPARTIMENTADA, para envío de felicitaciones, recuerdos u otros motivos mediante correo postal; caracterizada porque cuenta con una caja (2, 3) de dulces u otro producto (1) que presenta escaso grosor y que se encuentra introducida en un sobre hermético (4) sobre el que a su vez se dispone una pegatina (5) ; existiendo en el sobre y pegatina (4, 5) zonas para franqueo (8), ornamentación (7), texto de dirección (6) y otros textos (9 a 11) .
2.- TARJETA POSTAL COMPARTIMENTADA, según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque dichos caja (2, 3), sobre (4) y pegatina (5) presentan una combinación cualquiera de recortes y materiales transparentes que dejan ver el referido producto (1) .
3.- TARJETA POSTAL COMPARTIMENTADA, según la reivindicación 2, caracterizada porque dicha caja consiste en una bandeja (2) cerrada con una tapa (3), ambas transparentes y alojando entre ellas a unos caramelos (1) determinantes del referido producto; en tanto que el sobre
(4) dispone de una cara posterior con una zona para un texto a escribir (10), una zona para remite (9) y una zona para indicación de los ingredientes de los caramelos (11), disponiendo además dicho sobre (4) de una cara anterior transparente sobre la que se adhiere la pegatina (5) ; habiéndose dotado a esta pegatina (5) de un recorte mediante el que se ven los caramelos (1) y existiendo en la cara vista de dicha pegatina (5) un sello timbrado por correos constituyente de la zona para franqueo (8), una zona para escribir la dirección de envío (6) y una zona de ornamentación (7) tal como recuerdo turístico, ornamentación temática referente a cumpleaños, día de la madre, día de los enamorados u otra.
