Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Bauteil (1) für strömungsführende Systeme, wobei mit dem Bauteil (1) ein innerhalb des strömungsführenden Systems befindliches Fluid beeinflusst wird. Das Bauteil (1) ist als Kraft- und/oder Arbeitsmaschine oder als Armatur ausgebildet. Im Bauteils (1) ist ein Sensor (3) platziert. Der Sensor (3) umfasst einen Sender (8) und einen Empfänger (9). Der Sender (8) erzeugt akustische Wellen auf der Oberfläche (4) des Sensors (3). Der Empfänger (9) nimmt diese akustischen Wellen auf. Der Sensor (3) leitet seine Signale an eine Auswerteeinheit (6) weiter. Durch einen Vergleich mit Referenzdaten ermittelt die Auswerteeinheit (6) den Grad einer Belagbildung im Bauteil (1).
