Abstract

The subject of invention is a safety sear on hammer group for automatic rifle. This safety sear prevents the rifle from jamming upon heavy impact on rifle's butt plate while the rifle is loaded and ready to fire with the fire selector in position A (automatic fire) or in position I (semi-automatic fire). In case of impact on the rifle's butt plate the safety sear (3), affected by the force of the impact, sinks into the casing (7) and the catching pin (12) on the safety sear (3) blocks the primary sear (6) which prevents the hammer (13) from triggering and the rifle from jamming.
