Abstract
L'invention concerne une éolienne comportant une hélice entourée par un carénage. Le carénage comporte une surface interne et une surface externe. La surface est revêtue d'un polymère silicone-polyuréthane. La surface produite présente une énergie de surface réduite, qui empêche les dépôts atmosphériques tels que la pluie, la neige, la glace, le sable, la poussière, ainsi que des combinaisons des éléments susmentionnés de s'accumuler sur le carénage.
