Abstract

The present invention refers to a siphon with a heat exchanger (coil (2) ) which recovers part of the energy spent during the preparation of sanitary hot water, namely bath water, the said energy being generally lost when the water is drained into the sewer. The said energy might be either stored or recovered and reused in order to heat the water which is promptly used, for example, in the shower. The energy recovery siphon preferably consists of a siphon part (1), piping (3), coil (2) and reduction part (5), generally manufactured in PVC. The present invention also refers to a possible production of a domestic water heating system using a HRS or a plurality of HRSs, according to preferred embodiments herein described which by no means intend to limit the scope of the invention.
