技术领域
本发明涉及数字电视技术领域, 尤其涉及一种节 g搜索的方法、 装置与 系统。 背景技术
数字电视系统是一种能够提供数字化的电视节目以及与之相关的各种增 值服务的系统。 数字电视系统主要分成三个部分: 节目的采集、 制作和编码 (即数字化); 节目的传输; 节目的接收与解码。 数字电视网络中发送信息的 一端称为前端, 而接收者所在的一端称为终端。 数字电视机顶盒是数字电视 网络中的终端, 电视用户正是通过它接收前端所提供的电视业务和其它增值 业务。
节目搜索服务是机顶盒为电视用户提供的最基本, 也是最重要的一种业 务。 在现有的 DVB ( Digital Video Broadcasting, 数字视频广播) 系统中, 节 目信息被分成了多个传输流 TS ( Transport Stream ),每个传输流都在一定的频 率中进行传输。 节目搜索过程中, 机顶盒需要把每个传输流中的节目专用信 息 PSI ( Program Special Information, 节目专用信息) /SI ( Service Information, 业务信息)分别搜集起来, 并以节目列表的形式存储在机顶盒的非易失性存 储器中, 以便用户在需要观看节目时可以选择。 其中的 PSI/SI信息主要通过 DVB表的形式来进行存储。
在 DVB标准中, 表(Table )是一种组织信息的形式, 所有的 PSI/SI信 息都是以表的形式组织的。 节目搜索过程中可能涉及到的表包括: PAT ( Program Association Table , 节目关^^ )、 PMT ( Program Map Table , 节目 映射表)、 SDT ( Service Description Table , 业务描述表)、 NIT ( Network Information Table, 网络信息表), 其中: PAT表用于描述当前传输流中的所有 业务的 PMT表的 PID ( Packet Identifier, 包标识), 通过 PAT表, 机顶盒能够 确定所有业务的 PMT表在传输流中的位置; PMT表的主要内容是一个节目流 循环, SDT表描述了当前传输流中所有业务的描述信息, 这些描述信息可能 包括节目类型, 节目名称等等, 而这些信息是能够呈现给用户; NIT表描述 了当前网络的描述信息, 包括传输流列表, 这个列表描述了传输流标识、 传 输流的频率、 符号率、 调制方式等参数, 根据这些参数, 机顶盒可以锁定某 个传输流。
现有技术中提供一种搜索的方法是利用了网络中的 NIT表。 NIT表中含 有一个传输流列表, 这个列表描述了传输流标识、 传输流的频率, 符号率, 调制方式等参数, 机顶盒设备利用这个列表即可锁定各个传输流的信号, 从 而获得各个传输流中的节目信息。 其搜索过程如下: (1 )搜索 NIT获得频点 列表; (2 )判断频点列表是否搜索完成, 若完成, 则结束; 若未完成, 则进 入(3 ); ( 3 )取得一个未搜索的频点; (4 )调谐到该频点,接收 PAT表、 PMT 表、 SDT表; (5 )提取节目信息, 进入(2 )。
在完成本发明的过程中, 发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下缺点: 由于 节目信息 PSI/SI分散在各个传输流,机顶盒不得不分别锁定每个频率的信号, 然后才能解析其中的节目信息, 其搜索的过程复杂而且效率很低。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种节目搜索的方法、 系统与设备, 以解决现有技 术中存在的节目搜索过程中操作复杂且时间消耗过大的问题。
本发明的实施例一方面提供一种节目搜索的方法, 该方法包括: 获取网络侧前端设备下发的主传输流, 所述主传输流中包含网络侧前端 设备下发的所述主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应节目的 节目描述信息;
从所述的主传输流中提取所述主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他 传输流对应节目的节目描述信息;
根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。
本发明的实施例还提供一种网络侧节目描述信息的传输方法, 该方法包 括:
从待传输的传输流中选择至少一个传输流, 作为主传输流;
在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的包括主传输 流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息;
将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流通过网络传 输给用户终端设备。
本发明实施例还提供一种终端设备, 该设备包括:
接收单元, 用于获取网络侧前端设备下发的主传输流, 所述主传输流中 包含网络侧前端设备下发的所述主传输流的节目描述信息以及所述多个传输 流中除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流的节目描述信息;
提取单元, 用于从所述的主传输流中提取所述主传输流以及除所述主传 输流之外的其他传输流对应节目的节目描述信息;
搜索单元, 用于根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。
本发明的实施例还提供一种网络侧前端设备, 该网络侧前端设备包括: 确定单元, 用于从待传输的传输流中选择至少一个传输流, 作为主传输 流;
设置单元, 用于在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传 输的包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应的节目描述信 传输单元, 用于将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传 输流通过网络传输给终端设备。
本发明的实施例还提供一种节目搜索系统 , 所述系统包括:
网络侧前端设备, 用于从待传输的传输流中任意选择至少一个传输流, 作为主传输流, 在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的 包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息, 将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流通过网络传输给 终端设备;
至少一个终端设备, 用于获取网络侧前端设备下发的主传输流, 所述主 传输流中包含网络侧前端设备下发的所述主传输流的节目描述信息以及除所 述主传输流之外的其他传输流的节目描述信息, 从所述的主传输流中提取所 述主传输流以及除所述主传输流的其他传输流所包含节目的节目描述信息, 并根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。
采用本发明实施例的技术方案, 通过在网络侧所传输的传输流 (TS , Transport Stream ) 中设置至少一个主传输流, 所述的至少一个主传输流不仅 传输该主传输流对应的节目描述信息以及节目内容, 还附带传输与该主传输 流一同下发的其他传输流的节目描述信息, 使得在用户终端接收到由网络侧 前端下发的传输流之后, 通过找到所述的主传输流, 从中能够很容易的获取 到网络侧前端设备下发的所有传输流中的节目对应的节目描述信息, 这样整 个搜索过程只需要终端设备的高频头进行一次调谐, 就能够搜索到所有节目 的描述信息, 使得整个搜索的过程更加简单、 且时间损耗很少。。 附图说明

101、 获取网络侧前端设备下发的主传输流, 所述主传输流中包含网络侧 前端设备下发的所述主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应节 目的节目描述信息;
在实现步骤 101 的过程中, 网络侧前端设备可以采用单播的方式或多播 的方式向终端设备下发传输流。 其中的主传输流即为对应主频点的传输流, 相应的主频点可以为网络运营商设置为固定的值, 并由运营商通过口头或印 在说明书的方式告知用户, 终端软件的提供商可以把这一值写入程序中实现 全自动的节目搜索过程; 主频点也可以不进行预先设定为固定的值, 而通过 运营商在其下发的网络信息表中标记至少一个频点为主频点; 还可以采用在 传输流的包头打标识的方式实现主传输流的标记。
为了保证主频点确定的可靠性, 通过规划多个主频点, 当一个主频点不 是一个有效的主频点, 或者机顶盒的调谐器不能够准确的调谐到某一个主频 点时, 由于设置了多个主频点, 可以继续进行其他主频点的调谐, 这样采用 了主频点备份的方式, 大大增强了节目描述信息搜索的可靠性。
102、 从所述的主传输流中提取所述网络侧前端设备下发的所述主传输流 以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应节目的节目描述信息;
在实施 102 的过程中, 在主传输流中分别提取对应主传输流的节目描述 信息以及对应其他传输流的节目描述信息。
具体实现方式包括: 从所述主传输流中得到 MT表; 根据所述的 NIT表 确定所述网络侧前端设备下发的所有传输流的传输流标识信息; 根据所述得 到的传输流标识确定所有传输流对应的节目描述信息。

在实施 103 的过程中, 通过提取得到的节目描述信息, 建立节目的列表 信息, 实现节目的搜索。
由上可以看出, 本发明的实施例通过在网络侧前端设备下发的传输流中 设定主传输流, 在主传输流中存有网络侧前端设备下发的对应所有传输流的 节目描述信息, 用户终端设备的高频头只需要定位在主频点, 就能够提取得 到所有传输流的节目描述信息, 进而完成针对所有传输流的节目搜索, 使得 整个搜索的过程更加简单、 且时间损耗很少。
方法实施例 2
下面通过一个具体的实施例说明这种节目搜索的过程, 实施例 2可以通 过附图 2进行说明
201、 网络侧前端设备从待下发的传输流中选择至少一个传输流作为主传 输流, 所述主传输流中设置网络侧前端设备所需要传输的多个传输流对应的 节目描述信息, 并将所述的多个传输流通过网络传输给终端设备; 在实施 201 中, 所述网络侧所需要传输的多个传输流中对应的节目描述 信息不仅包括所述主传输流的节目描述信息与节目内容数据, 还包括与所述 主传输流一同下发的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息;
主传输流对应的频点为主频点, 确定了主频点就能够锁定主传输流。 相 应的主频点由网络运营商设置为固定的值, 并由运营商通过口头或写在说明 书的方式告知用户, 终端软件的提供商可以把这一值写入程序中实现全自动 的节目搜索过程; 主频点还可以不进行预先设定固定值, 而通过运营商在其 下发的 NIT表中标记至少一个频点为主频点。为了保证主频点确定的可靠性, 通过规划多个主频点, 当一个主频点不是一个有效的主频点, 或者机顶盒的 调谐器不能够准确的调谐到某一个主频点时, 由于设置了多个主频点, 可以 继续进行其他主频点的调谐, 这样采用了主频点备份的方式, 大大增强了节 目描述信息搜索的可靠性。
所述主传输流不仅包括主传输流对应的节目描述信息与节目内容数据, 还包括与所述主传输流一同下发的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息, 所述与 主传输流一同下发的其他传输流的节目描述信息主要通过扩展 DVB协议的方 式实现。 在现有的 DVB标准中, 如图 3所示, 为现有的数字网络信息下发的 结构, 其中, 网络侧前端设备下发三个传输流(以三个传输流为例, 事实上, 包括^ ί艮多的传输流, 具体传输流的个数在实际环境中确定), 分别为: 传输流 1、 传输流 2、 传输流 3, 其中传输流 1包含传输流 1中所下发的节目的描述 信息 1以及节目的内容信息 1 ,传输流 2以及传输流 3分别携带相应的节目描 述信息以及节目内容信息。 从这看出, 如果要对网络侧前端设备下发的节目 进行搜索时, 需要分别将终端设备(以数字电视机顶盒为例) 的高频头分别 调谐到每个传输流对应的频点, 通过对传输流进行解码才能够获取到所述传 输流所携带的节目对应的节目描述信息, 可以看出, 这个节目搜索的过程需 要不断的调谐, 不断的进行高频头的锁定, 整个过程操作复杂且非常耗时。
通过对 DVB标准的进行扩展,本实施例在传输流中选择某一个或多个传 输流为主传输流, 拓展主传输流的节目描述信息的描述范围, 使得主传输流
(以图 4中的传输流 1作为主传输流)不仅携带有传输流 1的节目描述信息 1 以及节目内容信息 1 ,还携带有传输流 2以及传输流 3的节目描述信息,这样, 当这些传输流从网络侧被下发给用户终端设备(以机了员盒为例) 时, 机顶盒 通过高频头调谐到传输流 1对应的频点, 然后再将对应频点中的数据进行解 码, 这样就能够获取到所有下发的传输流中的节目描述信息(即对应于本例 中的传输流 2以及传输流 3 )。
下面具体论述如何进行 DVB标准的扩展来实现在主传输里中传输其他传 输流的节目描述信息:

其中,在 DVB标准中定义的节目描述信息表有: PAT(节目关联表)、 PMT (节目映射表)、 SDT (业务描述表)、 NIT (网络信息表)。
通过 table_id字段就可以确定表的类型, 就可以知道哪个表是 PAT, 哪个 表是 PMT, 而哪个表又是 SDT及 NIT。 tablejd— ext提供与本类型的表相关的 一些附加信息, 比如对于 PAT来说, table_id_ext表示 PAT所在的 TS流的标 识 (transport— stream— id), 而对于 PMT表来说, table id ext则表示了 PMT表 所属节目的标识, 即对应于 program— number。
PAT表描述了当前传输流中的所有业务的 PMT表的 PID (如果该业务存 在 PMT表的话),通过 PAT表,机顶盒能够确定所有业务的 PMT表在传输流 中的位置。 一个典型的 PAT表的内容如表 3所示:

NIT表描述了当前网络的描述信息, 主要内容是各个节目的电缆传输参 数, 参过电缆传输参数, 机顶盒可以锁定某个传输流。
对应于图 4, 为了拓展主传输流的节目描述信息的描述范围,使得主传输 流中不仅携带有传输流 1的节目描述信息 1以及节目内容信息 1,还携带有传 输流 2以及传输流 3的节目描述信息。
这样就需要拓展 DVB标准的对主传输流的结构的描述, 设主传输流(即 对应于上面例子中的传输流 1 )的节目描述信息 1分别包括以下各表 (需要说 明的是:一个传输流会包括多个节目, 而一个节目又对应一个 PMT表, 因此, 下面的 PMT表采用序列的形式进行标记, 假设传输流 1、 传输流 2以及传输 流 3均包含 N个节目 ): PAT1、 PMTli (其中, i为整数, l < i < N )、 SDT1 等信息, 而传输流 2的节目描述信息 2包括的表为: PAT other K PMT2i (其 中, i为整数, K i < N ), SDT otherl; 而传输流 3的节目描述信息 3包括的 表为: PAT other2、 PMT3i (其中, i为整数, 1 < i < N )、 SDT other2; 由于将 传输流 2与传输流 3对应的节目描述信息 2以及节目描述信息 3设置在主传 输流(对应于传输流 1 )中,因此,需要对 DVB标准进行扩展,由于 PAT otherl、 PAT other2与 PAT1在同一个传输流中传输, 因此它们的 PID是相同的, 并且 PMT2i (其中, i为整数, 1 < i < N )的 transport stream id由 PAT otherl确定, 而 PAT otherl的 transport— stream— id即标识出它对应的是传输流 2对应的 PAT 表, ΡΜΤ3Ϊ (其中, i为整数, K i < N )的 transport— stream— id由 PAT other2 确定, 而 PAT other2的 transport_stream_id即标识出它对应的是传输流 3对应 的 PAT表, SDT otherl与 SDT other2的语法与 SDT1是相同的, 而具体的参 数有所不同, 具体参考下面的描述, 其中 SDT otherl与 SDT other2分别描述 的是传输流 2和传输流 3对应的业务描述表, SDT表中的 table— id以及传输流 标识 transport stream id不同。

本实施例中, 通过上面的几种方式其中一种, 终端设备确定主传输流为 传输流 1, 通过终端内部的高频头进行调谐, 锁定主频点, 就能够接收主传输 流的数据;
204、 终端设备从主传输流中对接收的数据包进行组包, 并将通过组好的 包提取出相应的主传输流传输的网络侧设备下发的传输流对应的节目描述信 台 ·

需要说明的是, 本实施例中一些步骤没有进行相应的解释, 这些步骤对 于本领域的普通技术人员通过前一个实施例以及相应的现有技术就能够实 现, 因此, 在此不再赘述。
可以理解, 在本发明的各个实施例中, 采用主传输流传输网络侧前端设 备下发的多个传输流对应的节目描述信息, 所述的 "多个" 可以包括网络侧 前端设备所能够下发的所有的传输流, 由于网络侧前端设备可能具有不同的 播放策略, 即网络侧前端设备对不同的终端设备用户可能具有不同的播放节 目, 相应的传输流也就不相同, 在此, 本领域的技术人员可能根据 "多个" 不经过创造性地会有其他的理解, 本发明对此不做限定。
采用本发明实施例的技术方案, 通过在网络侧所传输的传输流(TS, Transport Stream ) 中设置至少一个主传输流, 所述的至少一个主传输流不仅 传输该传输流对应的节目描述信息以及节目内容, 还附带传输与该主传输流 一同下发的其他传输流的节目描述信息, 使得在用户终端接收到由网络侧前 端下发的传输流之后, 通过找到所述的主传输流, 从中能够很容易的获取到 网络侧前端设备下发的所有传输流中的节目对应的节目描述信息, 这样用户 终端设备的整个搜索过程只需要进行一次, 就能够搜索到所有节目的描述信 息, 使得整个搜索的过程更加简单、 且时间损耗很少。 系统实施例

采用本发明实施例的技术方案, 通过在网络侧所传输的多个传输流中设 置至少一个主传输流, 所述至少一个主传输流不仅传输该传输流对应的节目 描述信息以及节目内容, 还附带传输与该主传输流一同下发的其他传输流的 节目描述信息, 使得在用户终端接收到由网络侧前端下发的传输流之后, 通 过找到所述的主传输流, 从中能够 ^艮容易的获取到网络侧前端设备下发的所 有传输流中的节目对应的节目描述信息, 这样用户终端设备的整个搜索过程 只需要进行一次调谐, 就能够搜索到所有节目的描述信息, 使得整个搜索的 过程更加简单、 且时间损耗很少。 设备实施例

其中,所述确定单元 511可以通过网络运营商设置固定的频率值得到(例 如: 291MHZ ), 并由运营商通过口头或写在说明书的方式告知用户, 终端软 件的提供商可以把这一值写入程序中实现全自动的节目搜索过程; 主频点还 可以不进行预先设定固定值, 而通过运营商在其下发的 NIT表中标记至少一 个频点为主频点。 为了保证网络的可靠性, 通过规划多个主频点, 当一个主 频点不是一个有效的主频点, 或者机顶盒的调谐器不能够准确的调谐到某一 个主频点时, 由于设置了多个主频点, 可以继续进行其他主频点的调谐, 这 样采用了主频点备份的方式, 大大增强了节目描述信息搜索的可靠性。

( 1 )相应的主频点由网络运营商设置为固定的值, 并由运营商通过口头 或写在说明书的方式告知用户, 譬如: 运营商将此主频点信息印在终端设备 的说明书中, 或者运营商的技术服务人员在为用户安装并调试终端设备时, 通过口头方式告知用户, 这样用户在获知主频点的数值时, 在进行节目搜索 的过程中, 利用确定子单元 5312, 将高频头调谐至主频点, 进而完成主传输 :流的确定;
( 2 )主传输流的确定还可以利用所述确定子单元 5312通过网络搜索 NIT 表的方式, 根据 NIT表的传输流列表中的传输流标识确定主传输流。
( 3 )主传输流的确定还可以利用确定子单元 5312 #居网络侧前端设备 下发的传输流信息的包头来进行表示, 将相应的主传输流的标识写在对应的 传输流中, 譬如: 在传输流的包头相应位置 1 标识主传输流, 而相应位置 0 的传输流为其他传输流, 确定子单元 5312根据各个传输流信息包头的标识, 确定主传输流。
提取单元 532,用于从所述的主传输流中提取所述网络侧前端设备 510下 发的所述主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应节目的节目描 述信息;
其中, 在终端设备的获取单元 531 确定了主频点后, 通过提取单元 532 从所述得到的节目描述信息中提取出网络侧前端设备下发的多个传输流对应 节目的节目描述信息。 搜索单元 533, 用于根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。
其中, 利用提取单元 533得到的节目描述信息进行节目搜索, 由于利用 节目描述信息进行节目的搜索属于现有技术, 在此不再赘述。
本实施例提供的终端设备能够根据从网络接收到的网络测前端设备发送 的传输流信息, 快速的调谐到主频点, 进而通过主频点能够很快的找到所有 传输流对应的节目描述信息, 能够使得终端设备更快的搜索到相应的节目。
通过以上的实施方式的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发 明可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案 该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得一台计算 机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实 施例所述的方法。

根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述获取网络侧前端设备下 发的主传输流包括:
从网络侧前端设备下发的传输流中, 确定所述主传输流。

通过运营商预先告知终端设备的方式, 确定所述网络侧前端设备下发的传 输流中的主传输流, 或

从待传输的传输流中选择至少一个传输流, 作为主传输流;
在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的包括主传输流 以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息;
将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流通过网络传输 给用户终端设备。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在确定的所述至少一个 主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的 其他传输流对应的节目描述信息, 包括:
通过在所述至少的一个主传输流中携带有除所述主传输流之外的其他传输 流的节目描述信息的节目关联表、 节目映射表以及业务描述表来实现。
10、 一种终端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取单元, 用于获取网络侧前端设备下发的主传输流, 所述主传输流中包 含网络侧前端设备下发的所述主传输流的节目描述信息以及所述多个传输流中 除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流的节目描述信息;
提取单元, 用于从所述的主传输流中提取所述主传输流以及除所述主传输 流之外的其他传输流对应节目的节目描述信息; 搜索单元, 用于根据所述提取的节目描述信息进行节目搜索。

13、 一种网络侧前端设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
确定单元, 用于从待传输的传输流中选择至少一个传输流, 作为主传输流; 设置单元, 用于在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输 的包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输流对应的节目描述信息; 传输单元, 用于将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其他传输 流通过网络传输给终端设备。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的网络侧前端设备, 其特征在于, 所述在确定的 所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的包括主传输流以及除所述主 传输流之外的其他传输流中对应的节目描述信息, 包括:
通过在所述至少的一个主传输流中携带有除所述主传输流之外的其他传输 流的节目描述信息的节目关联表、 节目映射表以及业务描述表来实现。
15、 一种节目搜索系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
网络侧前端设备, 用于从待传输的传输流中任意选择至少一个传输流, 作 为主传输流, 在确定的所述至少一个主传输流中设置网络侧所需要传输的多个 传输流对应的节目描述信息, 其中所述多个传输流包括主传输流以及除所述主 传输流之外的其他传输流, 将所述包括主传输流以及除所述主传输流之外的其 他传输流通过网络传输给终端设备;
