Wireless-USB, RFID ( NFC ) 、 Zigbee等技术将消费电子设备(如电脑、 MP3、 电视机、 空调等)和通信设备进行短距离连接构成自组织网, 从而实现资源 共享、 设备共享、 访问外部网络等具体的应用。

本文中的移动定位终端是指, 比如具有定位能力的移动通信终端、 GPS 终端、 无线个人网网关等, 这些终端能够获取自身的实时位置信息, 而且能 够接入无线个域网络和其他的个人网络(例如数字家庭网络) , 并与无线个 人网设备进行通信。 移动定位终端通常由用户随身携带。 无线个人网设备是 指便携式智能电子设备和 /或智能家电设备, 比如 MP3、 导航仪、 手机、 家用 电脑、 智能水箱、 智能空调、 智能电视、 智能电动窗帘等, 而且智能家电设 备的位置通常是固定的。

对应图 1所示的方法, 本发明还提供一种装置, 图 2a为本发明实现对无 线个人网设备进行控制的装置的组成结构示意图, 如图 2a所示, 本发明装置 包括位置信息获取模块、 控制模块和接口模块, 其中,
位置信息获取模块, 用于获取装置所在位置的位置信息, 并输出给控制 模块。 该模块主要利用 GPS定位技术或移动位置服务(LBS )等技术来实现。
控制模块,用于根据移动定位终端的当前位置与无线个人网设备的位置, 计算移动定位终端与无线个人网设备间的距离, 并在所述距离满足预设控制 条件时, 通过接口模块向无线个人网设备发送控制命令。
当本发明装置设置在移动定位终端中时, 所述接口模块进一步接收来自 无线个人网设备的位置信息, 并输出给控制模块。
当本发明装置设置在无线个人网设备中时, 所述接口模块进一步接收来 自移动定位终端的位置信息, 并输出给控制模块。
所述装置还可包括存储模块, 用于存储预先获得的无线个人网设备的位 置信息, 并输出给所述控制模块。 例如当本发明装置设置在移动定位终端中 时, 而且装置包括存储模块并保存有无线个人网设备的位置信息, 则无需通 过接口模块接收无线个人网设备的位置信息, 直接从存储模块中获取。 再如 当本发明装置设置在无线个人网设备中时, 而且装置包括存储模块并保存有 无线个人网设备的位置信息, 则无需通过位置信息获取模块来获得无线个人 网设备的位置信息, 直接从存储模块中获取即可。 当所述装置设置在无线个人网设备中, 并且无线个人网设备自身不具备 定位功能时,图 2b为本发明实现对无线个人网设备进行控制的装置的另一种 组成结构示意图, 如图 2b所示, 本发明装置包括存储模块、 控制模块和接口 模块, 其中,
存储模块, 用于存储预先获得的无线个人网设备的位置信息, 并输出给 控制模块。所述无线个人网设备的位置信息是从有定位能力的设备中获取的。
接口模块, 接收来自移动定位终端的位置信息, 并输出给控制模块。 控制模块, 用于比较来自移动定位终端的当前位置信息与无线个人网设 备的位置信息, 计算移动定位终端与无线个人网设备间的距离, 并在所述距 离满足预设控制条件时, 通过接口模块向无线个人网设备发送控制命令。
下面结合实施例对本发明方法进行详细描述如下:
图 3为本发明第一实施例的流程图, 在第一实施例中, 假设通过移动定 位终端来控制无线个人网设备 (即移动定位终端向无线个人网设备发送控制 命令后, 无线个人网设备再执行相应动作) , 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 300: 移动定位终端预先存储无线个人网设备的位置信息。
该步骤中, 将所要控制的无线个人网设备的位置信息存储到移动定位终 端中。 例如可以把智能家电设备如家用电脑、 智能水箱、 智能空调、 智能电 动窗帘的位置信息预存下来。
步骤 301 : 移动定位终端获取当前自身的位置信息。
步骤 302: 在移动定位终端上, 计算移动定位终端与无线个人网设备间 的距离。
步骤 303 : 当满足预定的距离条件时, 移动定位终端通过无线个域网络 向无线个人网设备发送控制命令。
步骤 304: 无线个人网设备接收控制命令后执行相应动作。
图 4为本发明第二实施例的流程图, 在第二实施例中, 4叚设通过无线个 人网设备来实现控制 (即控制命令由无线个人网设备自己自动执行) , 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 400: 无线个人网设备预先存储自身的位置信息。
步骤 401 : 移动定位终端获取当前移动定位终端的位置信息。
步骤 402: 移动定位终端将其位置信息通过无线个域网络发送给无线个 人网设备。
步骤 403 : 在无线个人网设备上, 计算移动定位终端与无线个人网设备 间的 巨离。
步骤 404: 当满足预定的距离条件时, 无线个人网设备执行相应的控制 命令。
釆用本发明的方法, 可以实现个人网设备的自动控制。 例如当用户刚回 到家, 用户的手机具有定位能力, 手机中预存了家里电视机的位置信息, 用 户进家门后, 手机计算出手机与电视机的距离, 当判断出用户回到家里即满 足预设距离条件时, 自动开启电视机。 又例如当用户进入汽车时, 手机计算 出车载导航仪与手机的距离, 当判断用户在车内时, 控制车载导航仪开始导 航。 本发明提供的方案真正实现了对无线个人网设备的智能控制, 方便了人 们的生活。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保护 范围, 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、 等同替换和改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
本发明利用定位技术获取的位置信息, 在满足预设控制条件时, 实现了 对无线个人网设备的自动控制, 从而实现了真正意义上的智能控制, 满足了 短距离无线通信技术构成的个域网络的发展需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现对无线个人网设备进行控制的方法, 包括:
获取移动定位终端的当前位置信息;
根据所述移动定位终端的当前位置信息和无线个人网设备的位置信息, 计算出所述移动定位终端与所述无线个人网设备间的距离; 以及
在所述距离满足预设控制条件时, 对所述无线个人网设备进行控制。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线个人网设备的位置信息 是预先测量并保存的。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述无线个人网设备的位置信息 通过以下方式获取:
如果所述无线个人网设备具备自身定位能力, 所述无线个人网设备的位 置信息由所述无线个人网设备通过自身定位获取;
如果所述无线个人网设备不具备自身定位能力, 所述无线个人网设备的 位置信息通过所述移动定位终端或所述移动定位终端之外的定位设备对所述 无线个人网设备进行定位来获取。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中,
如果所述无线个人网设备的位置信息存储在所述移动定位终端, 计算距 离的所述步骤由所述移动定位终端执行;
如果所述无线个人网设备的位置信息存储在所述无线个人网设备, 所述 方法还包括:
所述移动定位终端将所述移动定位终端的位置信息发送给所述无线个人 网设备, 计算距离的所述步骤由所述无线个人网设备执行; 或者
所述无线个人网设备将所述无线个人网设备的位置信息发送给所述移动 定位终端, 计算距离的所述步骤由所述移动定位终端执行。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 计算距离的步骤与对所述无线个 人网设备进行控制的步骤由同一主体执行, 所述主体是所述移动定位终端或 所述无线个人网设备。
6、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 还包括: 当所述无线个人网设 备的位置发生改变时, 更新所述无线个人网设备或所述移动定位终端存储的 所述无线个人网设备的位置信息。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预设控制条件包括用于启动 对所述无线个人网设备的控制的距离条件。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 所述预设条件还包括室内温度, 和 /或室内湿度条件, 和 /或时间条件。
9、一种实现对无线个人网设备进行控制的装置,包括位置信息获取模块、 控制模块和接口模块, 其中,
所述位置信息获取模块设置为获取移动定位终端的当前位置信息和无线 个人网设备的位置信息, 并输出给所述控制模块;
所述控制模块设置为根据获得的所述移动定位终端的当前位置信息与所 述无线个人网设备的位置信息, 计算出所述移动定位终端与所述无线个人网 设备间的距离, 并在所述距离满足预设控制条件时, 通过所述接口模块向所 述无线个人网设备发送控制命令。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中,
当所述装置设置在所述移动定位终端中时, 所述接口模块还设置为接收 来自所述无线个人网设备的位置信息, 并输出给所述控制模块;
当所述装置设置在所述无线个人网设备中时, 所述接口模块还设置为接 收来自所述移动定位终端的位置信息, 并输出给所述控制模块。
11、 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 还包括:
存储模块, 其设置为存储所述无线个人网设备的位置信息, 并输出给所 述控制模块。
12、 一种实现对无线个人网设备进行控制的装置, 包括存储模块、 控制 模块和接口模块, 其中,
所述存储模块设置为存储预先获取的无线个人网设备的位置信息, 并输 出给所述控制模块; 所述接口模块设置为接收来自移动定位终端的位置信息, 并输出给所述 控制模块;
所述控制模块设置为比较所述来自移动定位终端的当前位置信息与所述 无线个人网设备的位置信息, 计算所述移动定位终端与所述无线个人网设备 间的距离, 并在所述距离满足预设控制条件时, 通过所述接口模块向所述无 线个人网设备发送控制命令。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的装置, 其中, 所述无线个人网设备的位置信息 是从有定位能力的设备中获取的。
14、 一种无线个人网设备, 包括如权利要求 9-14中任一项所述的装置。
15、 一种移动定位终端, 包括如权利要求 9-14中任一项所述的装置。
