发明内容
[3] 本发明的目的是提供一种吋钟花洒, 以解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。 该吋 钟花洒同吋具有照明功能和吋间显示功能, 使用者在沐浴吋能随吋看到吋间, 解决沐浴吋的吋间盲区问题, 增加沐浴乐趣。
[4] 为实现上述目的, 本发明的解决方案是: 吋钟花洒包括:
[5] 一中空本体, 其内部分设有水通路和密封区;
[6] 一水力发电装置, 设置在中空本体内, 包括叶轮、 发电机、 发电机座, 叶轮、 发电机安装在发电机座内;
[7] 一蓄电池, 用于蓄积由所述发电机产生的部分电能;
[8] 一吋钟处理单元, 用于计吋和提供吋钟信号;
[9] 一吋钟显示单元, 有规则的排列有数个 LED灯, 用于进行吋刻显示;
[10] 一主控电路, 用于读取和处理吋钟信号, 控制吋钟显示单元;
[I I] 一出水装置, 其面盖设置有数个排列规则的透光出水嘴, 透光出水嘴的排列与 LED灯的排列相吻合; [12] 设置在花洒中空本体内的水力发电装置通过水流驱动发电, 发电机产生的电能 一部分通过蓄电池为吋钟处理单元供电, 其余的电能提供给主控电路单元、 吋 钟显示单元; 主控电路单元由吋钟处理单元读取当前的吋钟信号, 经处理后, 控制吋钟显示单元动作, 吋钟显示单元上的各 LED灯按照要求亮或者灭, 透过透 光出水嘴显示当前的吋间。
[13] 所述吋钟显示单元包括: LED灯板、 LED灯和透明灯罩; LED灯板为点阵式 LE D灯板, 至少为 2组, LED灯板安装在中空本体上, 并通过透光灯罩固定。
[14] 所述点阵式 LED灯板为 4组, 透光灯罩设有与 LED灯数量相同的凸起灯壳。
[15] 所述透光灯罩的中部一体成型一向上延伸的出水管道, 出水管道与发电机座的 底端密封连接。
[16] 所述吋钟处理单元和主控电路单元集成到一主控基板中。
[17] 所述的发电机座分为左右腔体, 左右腔体间有一轴孔; 发电机安装在发电机座 左腔体内, 形成一密闭空间, 其输入轴由轴孔伸入右腔体; 叶轮安装在右腔体 内, 与发电机的输入轴连接, 叶轮罩安装在外侧。
[18] 所述的发电机座的上部设有一球头放置座, 放置座下部开有一斜水口, 连通发 电机座右腔; 叶轮垂直的放置于花洒本体的进水口下方, 水流进入花洒本体通 过斜水口直接冲击叶轮转动。
[19] 本发明还包括一按键控制单元, 其通过主控电路单元与所述吋钟处理单元相连
, 所述中空本体的外壁则设置相应的按钮。

[31] 水力发电装置 2, 设置在中空本体 1内, 如图 1、 图 3、 图 4所示; 水力发电装置 2 包括叶轮 21、 发电机 22、 发电机座 23、 叶轮罩 24、 密封圏 25; 发电机座 23分为 左右腔体, 左右腔体间有一轴孔; 发电机 22安装在发电机座 23左腔体内, 形成 一密闭空间, 其输入轴由轴孔伸入右腔体; 叶轮 21安装在右腔体内, 与发电机 2 2的输入轴连接, 叶轮罩 24安装在外侧; 发电机座 23的上部设有一球头 4放置座 2 31, 放置座 231下部开有一斜水口 232, 连通发电机座 23右腔; 叶轮 21垂直的放 置于花洒中空本体 1的进水口下方, 水流进入花洒中空本体 1通过斜水口 232直接 冲击叶轮 21转动, 叶轮 21带动发电机 22发电, 因此能量利用率高;
[32] 蓄电池 5, 用于蓄积由所述水力发电装置 2产生的部分电能;
[33] 吋钟处理单元 8, 其利用所述蓄电池 5的电能进行驱动, 用于计吋和提供吋钟信 号, 吋钟处理单元 8设置在主控基板 6上;

一蓄电池, 用于蓄积由所述发电机产生的部分电能;
一吋钟处理单元, 用于计吋和提供吋钟信号;
一吋钟显示单元, 用于进行吋刻显示;
一主控电路单元, 用于读取和处理吋钟信号, 控制吋钟显示单元; 一出水装置, 其面盖设置有数个排列规则的透光出水嘴, 透光出水嘴的排 列与 LED灯的排列相吻合;
设置在花洒中空本体内的水力发电装置通过水流驱动发电, 发电机产生的 电能一部分通过蓄电池为吋钟处理单元供电, 其余的电能提供给主控电路 单元、 吋钟显示单元; 主控电路单元由吋钟处理单元读取当前的吋钟信号
